Our room was clean, big enough and had a balcony.
The breakfast is very good, plentiful and freshly prepared. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea and the city.

In terms of price/performance, it is one of the best hotels to choose in Kaş during the season.
As mentioned in many comments, it has a magnificent view, especially from the terrace used for breakfast. The breakfast consists of a delicious and sufficient small open buffet.
The rooms are welcoming and clean; Just tea/coffee, or at least with those cups that even non-star hotels offer today.
You can reach some of the beaches in the images by walking and others by car in a very short time.
Our only negative feedback about the reception is that although we stated that we were on the road and would be there in half an hour, the reception was closed when we arrived and we had to wait outside for 15 minutes. If there is a planned check-in, the receptionist should not sleep before the customer checks in.
Overall it was a nice experience, recommended as long as the price is 2-2.5k.

One street above the beaches and a five-minute walk from the centre. The slope may be a problem for those who do not like it. The terrace view is very beautiful. The toilet and shower area in the room I stayed in was very small; I don't know how it is in other rooms. Price/performance hotel. Overall I recommend it.

The most important aspect of the hotel was its view. It has a great view on the 4th floor. Both the sea and the city are visible from above at the same time. Also, especially the friends working in the kitchen were very friendly.

Apart from this, do not expect anything extra from the hotel. The breakfast was standard, there is nothing more extra than a Sunday breakfast at home, if you are expecting an overly large open buffet it may disappoint you. 5 types of cheese, a different pastry every day, 3 types of jam, honey, eggs. When we first entered the room, there were stains on some towels, I did not find the towels very hygienic. There is no kettle in the rooms, if you want to drink coffee in the evening, you cannot. It's actually a very low-cost service, but I don't understand why it wasn't included.

In summary, you should go there just for the view of the room on the fourth floor and its proximity to the center.

Ms. Senem was very attentive. The rooms were small but generally adequate. We came for a 3-day holiday with my wife. The location was very good, we were able to leave the car in front of the hotel and walk everywhere in Kas. The hotel was generally good for us and the only problem was that other guests were making a lot of noise and slamming the doors. We thank you for everything. If you are looking for a mid-range hotel, I recommend it.
