How much disrespect must you have for your guests to accommodate them in such a wretched place. It is unclear why travel agents so strongly recommend this dump. When checking in late, they didn't even feed us, we had to drag our suitcase up to the 3rd floor ourselves, the woman at the reception didn't speak a word of Russian, they should have taken the trouble to learn Russian, after all, it is mostly Russian-speaking visitors who bring them money. The room is wretched, dirty, the bed linen and towels are terrible, there was practically no hot water, and when there was, there was no pressure, we had to wash ourselves like a cat with our paw. The hotel soaps are scary to look at, let alone use. The air conditioner is aimed directly at the bed, and there is no way to do without it. The balcony is small, covered in puddles from the air conditioner. The mirrors in the corridors and stairs are dirty, apparently they haven't been cleaned for years, fear and horror... Internet is only available for a separate fee. The food is a separate topic, it is not all inclusive, but squalor, there is practically nothing to eat, no choice, everything that was offered was terrible, the dishes were dirty. And the presence of the owner's dog in the dining room, in short, complete unsanitary conditions. There are no air conditioners in the dining room and the hall, it's terrible, especially at +40. The staff at the reception was constantly absent, the doors to the hotel are wide open - come in whoever wants and take whatever you want.

This is the least that can be said. If you want to ruin your vacation, go ahead to this "hotel". Do not be fooled by the inflated reviews and fairly low cost compared to others. In my opinion, it is better to pay more and really relax than to suffer in this hostel, but not a 3 * hotel.

This is the fifth time in Turkey, I have always lived in three-star hotels, but very decent in all respects, so I have something to compare with. THIS IS NOT AN ALL-INCLUSIVE HOTEL, BUT A PATHETIC SIMILARITY TO A HOSTEL.

The room is very bad. We had to ask for a refrigerator, although it was promised when booking. The next day they brought it, but it almost did not work, since all the sockets in the room turned off when we left and took out the key. Wires were sticking out instead of sockets, in the washbasin only cold water flowed in a thin stream. The shower is terrible, the shower head did not fix, everything flowed. There is hot water only during the day, after 9 pm it is cold. At the same time, they say that there are no problems with water, there is just not enough. They put 2 towels for 3. Sheets are covered 2 for 3 (small). We had to ask for everything. At the reception they only know Turkish, they do not understand English. The balcony is small, there is nowhere to dry things. This room was the worst of all 3 in Turkey where I was. The food is normal, but there is no choice. One side dish and one meat/chicken. The only fruit is watermelon. The only sweet thing is cookies in syrup. The small pool is clean and nice. The location is good, that's where the pros end. I don't recommend it, you can't even wash yourself properly.

When we were getting ready for our vacation, of course we read reviews that it was a 3-star hotel, the hotel was old and the food was extremely poor, but the reality turned out to be much worse! They wrote that the hotel was only good for an overnight stay, but even that turned out to be a problem! There is a night bar adjacent to the hotel, where music blares until 4am. With the windows closed, you can hear not only the music, but also the bass vibrates through the bed... Our room was 107, apparently it was located closest to this wonderful establishment. As a result, we suffered for two nights = 2 days down the drain. After that, we managed to get a room on the 3rd floor (313), on the other side, where the situation was much better. That is, what you get is a lottery, friends! I would also like to warn you about the water from the cooler: in the first days we lost our vigilance and, like everyone else, filled our bottles, thinking that the water was brought in, from bottles. But at one "wonderful" moment, opening a bottle of water, the smell of CHLORINE hit my nose!!! That is, visitors are offered tap water, which guides and locals strongly advise against drinking!!! Be careful if you are with children or have a weak stomach. Food: it's not that there is none, but absolutely everything is cooked terribly. If it's fried eggplants and zucchini, then they are swimming in oil; if it's rice, then for some reason it is undercooked; if it's fried chicken, then it is dried out to death; if it's fish, then it's bare salt, etc. etc. The cook managed to spoil even such simple dishes... There was no tea for breakfast, we didn't risk drinking coffee from a terrible dirty tank. And if you want to completely ruin your appetite, then look at the fans in the dining room, with rags of soot, grime and dust... In the end, we went to the kebab shop right at the exit of the hotel on the left. The locals themselves eat there (very tasty lamb shashlik and other things). Like! Cleaning: there is no sign on the door, that is, when after the first sleepless nights we tried to sleep during the day, the cleaning lady burst in with a knock, waking us up. Pros: central location and a large terrace with a beautiful view in the room on the 3rd floor. That's it!

This is the worst hotel we've been to. We had experience staying in 3* hotels before, but this one exceeded all our expectations! And of course there can be no talk of any 3*... 1.5* is the maximum. There is no Allinclusive, but there is breakfast, lunch and dinner. Moreover, there is no choice of food. Breakfast: eggs. If they are boiled one day, then an omelet the next day. And so it alternates... + tomatoes, cucumbers, jam in bowls, olives, olives, loaves, and all sorts of nonsense that is impossible to eat. Instant coffee from the machine. Lunch: strange soup, pasta (something looks extremely poor). + the same tomatoes, cucumbers, olives that we didn’t eat from breakfast. Dinner: most often rice or pearl barley. For this luxury, chicken gizzards, nuggets, or fried herring are prepared. The bar is as trash as this entire hotel. Most often during the day there is no one there and they won’t pour you anything. Or the cleaning lady doesn't tell me. There is no wine at all (we saw boxes with wine in bags. Then they poured it into a container with a tap on the bar). There is no beer. The rooms are dirty, there is dust everywhere... In the shower there is a persistent smell of sewage, mold, there are no hooks for towels because they are broken. If you want downshifting in life, then this is the place for you. This hotel will give you unforgettable moments that you will not forget. For those who want a normal attitude towards themselves and a good rest, do not go here under any circumstances.
