Beautiful stone beach with a pier to lounge on. Interesting things to do nearby for a day trip but we decided to enter full relax mode Very happy with the quality and availability of food and drinks. We tried some of the ale carte restaurants but prefer the main buffet style dining area for the variety and no wait. One of us has an unusual allergy and the chef took very good care of us.

We recently stayed here for 10 nights with our daughters (15 and 13). It was, without doubt, the best hotel we have ever visited. From the moment we arrived, the staff were excellent. Greeting us in the reception area with a cookie and offer of a drink whilst they took our passports and checked us in as we relaxed in the lobby bar. Their team were excellent throughout - the service round the pool...

So I am not exactly sure of why some people have complaints of this hotel. The service was fab and always helpful with a smile. The food and drink again was great with a wide variety. The food trucks in the day were all great. The entertainment was good too. The rooms we had were big, I need those beds back home here, so comfortable. Not stated as part of their service but they have a couple of guys...

This was a good hotel.  However, it wasn't perfect. Firstly upon arrival at 1am, they put our family of 4 in a double room. Reception tried to charge us 1100 euros to upgrade to a bigger room.  I do not believe we were provided with the room we paid for. They had to put two camp beds into it to provide sufficient beds for us to sleep in. As it was 1am and the kids were tired, we just went with it...

Special mention to the staff - 10/10 hospitality!! They all deserve a payrise and would work like hell to make sure every guest had everything they needed exactly when they needed it. Beach, pool, rooms, food.. everything was amazing, especially for the price. Pool is large enough, has an extremely fast and fun flume! Full large buffet with different themes, food vans at lunch, multiple bars, 2 coffee...

It's hardly 5* hotel. Rooms need renovation, bath tub is plugged and so on. Instant coffee. 95% of meat is chicken. In common, there's plenty of food so you won't be hungry. 3 minutes walk to the beach. Beach is situated on a small bay, so there are no waves. Water is clear.

The reception is disgusting. At the entrance immediately offered to change the room for$ 45, although all rooms are the same.
