They save on everything. There is no beach, no internet, at breakfast the staff watches you so that you don't put too much in your breakfast. During 14 days of vacation the room was cleaned twice and not very well, you had to beg for toilet paper. We were not checked in upon arrival at 11:00 PM, but around 4 AM.

You read positive reviews and are very surprised, it feels like you were staying in completely different hotels. There were three of us, we settled into a room that only had enough for two people: two soaps, two shampoos, two glasses and two sets of towels (we had to ask for an extra set). It's good that there were at least three sleeping places. In general, with all the variety of minuses, I want to start with the biggest one - with towels and bed linen. ALL the towels are dirty, with strange stains of different colors, the nature of which can only be guessed at. Of the nine white towels received upon check-in, all were dirty. Also, in addition to three towels per person, they give some kind of strange scarf that looks more like a blanket, we laid it on the sun lounger when we went to the pool. The bed linen is also dirty, and they changed it only once in 10 nights. The rooms themselves are small. The square meters were used inefficiently, the furniture could have been arranged differently to have more space to move around. There were some crafts and stains on the walls. The refrigerator was covered in ice and constantly leaked. Also, during our stay, the shower head and the toilet lid mount managed to break. It's good that the shower was fixed pretty quickly. The rooms are wet-cleaned - that's a plus. But we weren't given toilet paper several times, we had to go get it ourselves. The shower is not fenced in at all, but only has a curtain. Because of this, all the water spreads across the floor, and dirt forms. There is no shelf in the bathroom itself, and only two hooks (this is in a room for three, I remind you). I don't know, maybe we stayed at the hotel during the shift of unfriendly staff, but we did not find those very "friendly employees" that everyone praises so much anywhere. The staff do not have any distinguishing marks, and the administrators are not always sitting at the reception desk, so it is difficult to tell who is a table attendant and who is a hotel employee at the reception. The key is supposed to be left at the reception, but no one watches it, because, as I wrote above, there is usually no one at the reception, and when you receive the key, you are not identified in any way. With lunchboxes, it is a whole quest. Twice we left on an excursion before breakfast, which began at 8:00, so we asked for food to take with us, we were told that we can just come half an hour before the start and eat, as usual. Twice we came like this, and both times the main dishes were not yet laid out, which would be enough to eat normally, we had to have salads for breakfast. On the day of departure, we had an early check-out, we asked both at the reception and in the kitchen to make THREE lunchboxes, in the end they made TWO of them for us. WIFI in the room is paid, and at the reception it is terribly slow and often switches off. Finally, about breakfast. We had neither pasta nor potatoes. From the constants: fried zucchini, eggplants, the same cheese with different sprinkles, one type of sausage, tomatoes, cucumbers, salad. There was also an omelet, cooked according to a traditional recipe, as I understand it, but due to the large amount of tomatoes in it was for

Overall the hotel is not bad, considering its price. The rooms are of course very simple. But the location is excellent. The main disadvantage is that there is a creepy receptionist who allows himself dirty jokes and slurs towards the women living there.

Dont know from what should i start. Maybe if someone said that its a hostel, not an hotel, then i would have nothing to be angry of. But its a 'hotel'. Wi-fi can just turn off several times per day, and its payable wi-fi??! I spent 30$ for non-working wi-fi you mean? Then the door in my room is in bad condition, and the door to the barthroom... It can be locked only if you try to close it with a ton of pressure... And i need to make that big noise of clap when i finally can lock the bathroom door. The location of my room is terrible cause apparently there is not even a sign of ANY noise-isolation. Unfortunatly i can hear hotel staff chatting and listening music. Once staff listened music at 7:30AM.... If i knew all of these issues i would NEVER stopped here. Also there are plenty of other smaller problems, but i mentioned only what was really impotant for me.
