Honest Review

If you’re considering this hotel, I strongly advise you to reconsider. Spend the extra €1000 and book a genuine 5-star hotel. This property is advertised as a 4-star, but in reality, it resembles a neglected 3-star establishment in urgent need of renovation and proper staff training. I would not recommend this place to anyone – particularly not families with young children.

Facilities – 2/5
The rooms are significantly outdated and poorly maintained. The bathroom had a constant leak

Food – 1/5
The dining experience was severely lacking. The buffet offered minimal variety and overall quality was far below expectations.

Beach 1/5
The beach itself was overcrowded, small, and not suitable for relaxation.

Staff 1/5
Not many speak English.
One time we sat down for dinner at a dirty table. We asked the staff to clean it, and instead of changing the tablecloth, he just flipped it over and left it. Only after insisting did he return with a fresh one. Completely unacceptable and unhygienic.

Another day there was poop in the kids’ pool. I told a staff member, and after 30 minutes someone came, looked at it… and left. We avoided the pool and went to the beach instead. The next day we came back – and the poop was still there. Completely disgusting and unacceptable.

Staff training is clearly lacking, and it shows in the service and communication.

As for the manager – nowhere to be seen. Perhaps they were enjoying a holiday at a better hotel.

We visited in June 2025 as a family with a 16 year old and 18 year old and had a brilliant time. The entertainment team were amazing and very friendly. Any problems we had (and they were minor) were sorted quickly and efficiently. The food was lovely, I think some people forget they’re in Turkey and not England, so things are different. We struggled with some Russian tourists pushing through queues to get to the front of the food, but the hotel staff seemed to be trying to stop that. The hotel was clean and the bar staff were friendly and helpful. There was a limited number of drinks on the all inclusive and the glasses were very small so the queues for the bar did get long. I would definitely visit again.

I was this hotel with my family second times. I think the price-quality ratios is right. Rooms were ok, some problems was but all problems administration resolved immediately. Animation team was very friendly and communicate can also in Emglish. There cold be more visitors from Europe. Food was ok but big problem is queues. Last year was the same problem and nothing had changed. The dining area was a lot of pushing. Our family had a good vacation.

The hotel is simply disgusting — filth everywhere. The staff doesn’t understand English. When I arrived, I spent 20 minutes looking for a table because every single one was filthy and disgusting. There were no cutlery, and the food was not replenished. The level of dirt in this place is on another level. You have to arrive exactly on time for every meal, because if not, the staff won’t clean anything. The worst part is the Wi-Fi — not only is it 17 euros, but it also doesn’t work at all. In the room, the ceiling above the shower is collapsing. This place is not worth 4 stars, not even 3, 2, or 1.

I know very well the owners will read this review — the question is, will they respond to anything other than the praise from the Russian guests they seem to adore so much? Maybe you’ll finally fix the Wi-Fi that you force people to pay for even though it doesn’t work. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Greeted at 4:15am by a man at reception, who had a “broken foot” so he couldn’t help us to our room. He pointed to where we had to go and when we found our block, discovered we were on the third floor and our room was stifling with the air con not working. When I say room, I should say prison cell, in fact, a prison cell was probably more appealing!! The bathroom was soooo tiny, exposed electrics and 2 small beds with brown, tired bedding. Told my husband not to unpack and I was ready to move to a different hotel. Went to reception and told man I wasn’t staying in that room, to be told that there was nothing he could do until 9am. 9am, we were moved to a ground floor room, which was bigger, but certainly not clean. We just accepted it, we were exhausted!! The food here is awful, you have to queue for 40ish minutes for limited options (we are eating out at night as the choice is so limited (unless you like salad) If you are Russian, you’ll be fine here. The staff speak fluent Russian but barely any English!! They don’t know what lemonade is and dare you ask for milk, for your tea, you’ll be told “NO” the only good thing here is the pool. The beach is appalling, wouldn’t lay on their sunbeds if I was paid, very poor condition canopy’s and sunbeds. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Plenty of other nice hotels in Kemer!!

The hotel looked exactly like the photos we saw when booking – what you see is truly what you get. Everything was clean, well-organised, and exactly as expected.

The staff were kind, professional, and always helpful. Special thanks to Yasemin Hanım, Mira Hanım, Tolga Bey, Samet Bey, and the rest of the team – their warm attitude really made our stay more enjoyable.

One of the highlights was how much the hotel offered throughout the day. There were plenty of activities such as darts, daytime games, and different live shows every evening after 9 PM – always something to enjoy.

The snack bar was also a great feature, especially for those who get hungry between meals. It was ideal after breakfast or for those wanting a lighter bite during the day, offering fresh snacks outside of the main meal times.

The main bar was open until late and served a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, with friendly and quick service throughout the day and evening.

When it comes to food, drinks, and overall service, we feel the all-inclusive price provided excellent value. It’s not ultra-luxury, but everything included in the package delivered a satisfying and well-rounded holiday experience.

The hotel also has a beach spot just a short 3–4 minute walk away, where sunbeds and umbrellas are provided free of charge. There’s also a small beach bar offering complimentary soft drinks, which is perfect for relaxing by the sea without heading to the pool.

We had a really pleasant holiday and are thankful to everyone at the hotel who made it so enjoyable. It’s a great choice for those looking for a well-priced all-inclusive stay with plenty of activities and thoughtful touches.

Worst hotel ever! Do not stay here its terrible, rooms are dated, no drink choices, staff are so rude and hostile and don't speak English and the food is the worst and you have to que every night for about 40 mins for your tea with no food options.

My sister and I arrived at the hotel just after 3am, very tired and hungry. We were greeted by the nighttime receptionist who was lovely and friendly. In no time at all we were taken to our room, on first impression it looked tiny with very low ceilings. It was like they had some spare attic room, so put beds in it. The bathroom was tiny, but well set out. Also there was a cockerel crowing somewhere ALL night. Our shower didn’t work and the hairdryer was sparking, reported these and both issues were resolved before lunchtime. The guest relations guy was lovely and had lived in the uk for years, so he’s the go to guy. In the morning we went for breakfast, which was specifically aimed at the Russian guests. All I wanted was a fried egg on some toast, this was the morning for omelette and no way would they do a fried egg too, not even a toaster to do toast. If you want chips for breakfast then you’re in luck. This set the scene for every morning. Lunch wasn’t much better either, nor the evening meal. Neither my sister nor I are fussy eaters, but I really struggled to find something I could eat, apart from salad. The pool area was lovely, plenty of sun beds for everyone and some shaded areas too. Only one pool open the first week as renovations being done in the block by the smaller pool. Also there is an indoor pool advertised, there wasn’t one. The bar was nice and Mahmut, Omer and Hebat were friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The only snag was that there was only one toilet for the whole pool/bar area. Not ideal when the hotel gets to capacity. The animation team were very hard working and not pushy if you didn’t want to join in. Pros - friendly staff, clean, lovely pool area Cons - food not good, full of Russians, not enough toilets
