Beach: own sand and shingle beach, 100 m from the hotel. The length of the beach 200 m. beach chairs, umbrellas, mattresses, towels - free of charge.
System "All inclusive" operates from 10:00-00:00, includes soft drinks and alcoholic drinks of local production. Charge: freshly squeezed juice, imported drinks, Turkish coffee, bottled drinks.
On the hotel territory: restaurants (Sultan Ocakbasi Turkish restaurant is located indoors. Italian restaurant: located indoors. The restaurants are open from 19:00-21:00. Reservations required. 1 free visit to 1 of the restaurants during the stay.), bars (Lobby bar: 10:00-24:00. Beach bar: 10:00-17:00. Pool bar: 10:00-18:30 and 20:00-24:00. - Hotel Staff and reception are doing great job and helping out guests very well. All our questions and requests have been dealt with and overall they we very helpful. Big thank you to Katarina at reception
- Good clean swimming pools
- Always available places at the seafront under the roof
- Shops in the hotel are good
- A La Carte restaurant was fantastic (you can only visit it once)
Bad things:
- we’ve had food poison (all of us, 3 adults and child)
- plastic forks in the restaurant, unacceptable
- not always cutlery was available, we had to search for it
- outdated gym, very old equipment (if you want to see how the gym looked like 20 years ago, go there). There are no even basic mats in the gym
- outdated and very noisy aircons in rooms
- our window was broken and had a gap so we could hear the noise from the bar at night
- our room was not cleaned everyday and it seems like cleaners did not attempt to clean it daily
- Dirty public toilets , especially the one closer to the seafront
- Smelly pond next to the hotel. Tractor is working on the filed next to the hotel until 1am creating a lot of dust
- Small bathrooms/showers
- Fruits were not washed properly , especially grapes
- Cakes and sweet stuff was laid out at 5pm and kept all dinner time in the hot restaurant with flies around.
- The person who works in the lobby bar was a bit rude to us
- Animation is not bad, but could be better for 5 star hotel.
Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back to this hotel

A special credit for Yilmaz at the pool bar for his kindness and attentive service. A very respectful young man, always happy to help.
