Great place to stay with a family. The complex has everything you need. Several restaurants and bars, few pools, long beach with sandbags, spa, gym, playground for kids, amphitheater, aqua park etc

The rooms were spacious and clean. The food was great and every night there was another theme. They offer a variety of alcohol drinks and other beverages

- that we highly recommend to be rethink. Theatre/Evening shows were interesting. Around the beach and the pool, often was hard to find free sun-beds

Our 4-year old and 1-year old really enjoyed the Kids Club and the kids pools. The food variety is great, there are many options. The staff really cares about you having a great experience

If you come with little ones try to book a quite room, the beach view rooms are a bit loud until midnight each day

We came here for the first time, amazing hotel. Thanks to animator Dilnaz, very nice, helped us to have a good time, our vacation went positive and active. Trainers Erham and Berkant are professionals

The food options during any meal were uncountable with each one equally good. The watersports and swimming options at different pools were cherry on the cake

Beach time during leisure from dawn to dusk had full day commitment in itself. The options of drinks to relieve ones thurst during quenching sun were marvelous. Children had their own day and night activities

But a lot if money paid to eat rice at dinner. And desserts awful! Ice cream available sometimes or not free. Location - resort looks great, you have a lot of swimming pools, there is entertainment, looks good and clean

The staff is friendly and kind. The hotel is especially great for families, with fantastic swimming pools and water slides. There’s also a kids club and plenty of activities every day :-) We will happily come again

Pools - amazingly clean, saw them cleaned most mornings and the levels checked. Entertainment team - one of the most hard working people i have met and always happy and chatty

We have just returned from our holiday at Turan Prince World. My wife, our two daughters, and I absolutely loved it and stayed there for 10 days. The rooms are very clean and the food is delicious

This review is based upon the opinion of someone from England (UK), if I was or could speak German, then my review of service may and possibly other aspects may be more positive

I did not mind staying in a such a hotel, the German guests were polite and well behaved, and appeared to have a good time without being drunk and disorderly (not like the English at similar hotels I have stayed at)

The complex is very clean and tidy but facilities are dated and some are broken or in poor cosmetic condition. Secondly, the hotel is oriented towards the German tourist market

After Turkish, German is the predominant language spoken and food and entertainment is focused on German tastes, with French, Russian and UK tourists in the minority

The entertainment team work very hard and provide a 45 minute multinational mini disco each night, with some professional acts following on some evenings

One other strange thing was having live chicken around in open areas and the snack restaurant. There is no way I would book a vacation again there

Just back from our 2nd holiday at Sunrise & it didn’t disappoint. With so many pools to choose from as well as the beach there’s plenty to do each day

A large complex with many possibilities, a very good aqua park, many different pools, a beautiful beach, sunbeds are plentiful and you don't have to get up early in the morning to secure a place

We liked it here overall and would come back. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food and restaurant experience as well as pools - all is good. Our kids enjoyed the kids club and the disco in the evening

It was a shame that there were no midday pool games this year though. The evening entertainment was good although the the musicians we’re all clearly miming

Very nice service, great place to stay with your kids, a lot of pool so they are not over occupied. Delicious food and drinks. You cannot be bored here :)

The room cleaning was poor and we experienced a couple of technical issues in the room, but we enjoyed the vacation

There is a small aqua park with nice slides (for adults too), a quiet pool and a big pool where you can take part in games. There's a direct access to a private beach too

But our hotel guide lied to us about the tour??? example: we were told that check-out at 7am, come in the room and the paper exit 4 in the morning! About Oceanarium we said to him 15 minutes drive, the bus we were told that it's a two and a half hours!

A great experience, I would come back. Good staff, we had a problem with AC in our room, they fixed it within an hour. They speak so many languages, no problem to communicate

Very low hygienic standards in the restaurants (tables, cutlery, vending machines. ) Extremly stinky pool bar with terrible drinks. Some employes provided 5 star service, some were extremly de-motivated

Our rooms were clean and tidy, and bottles of water were placed in the fridge daily. Clean beach towels are supplied each day. The entertainment team was great, with loads of different activities

A lot of food to choose from (not for the night snack though). If you want some drinks other than beer or vodka with juice you need to pay extra but for that price of stay I think it's fair

It's not a 5 star hotel by European standards but that's not what I expected. It was an enjoyable week, the beach was nice, good food for a mass tourism hotel and two pools to choose from

Awesome hotel, full all-inclusive experience, very friendly & polite staff, clean rooms, pools and overall area. Two minuses - wifi / payed by device, and often has problems, do not work

The rooms were clean, fresh bed sheets and towels every day, very nice food, desserts and fruits. The gözleme cooked on order by the lady beside the pool bar were amazing. The night entertainment suitable for all ages

The animation team is the best. Especially Beste, she is a very energetic and authentic animator. She completes all of her tasks perfectly with a lot of enthusiasm and is over all very reliable

Beste is the best animator by far. She is able to manage every kind of tasks. It doesn‘t matter if it‘s yoga, zumba or water gym she does everything in an amazing way

She is able to work with all kinds of people and is always making sure that every client has the best experience possible

There is only one pool adult pool which is a little disappointing but it is more than large enough and the slides are also fun. The beach is also pretty good, with lots of sun loungers as well as hammocks and bean bags

However, I can only give it 4 out of 5 because it seems to be a victim of it's own success - having the reviews it has inevitably raises expectations and unfortunately, while still being nearly excellent, the few minor issues we had mean it just falls slightly short of being truly perfect

The quality is very high but we felt that the selection was a bit limited, especially as most of the desserts tasted very similar. The drinks were also good as were both the al a carte and barbecue restaurants

Getting the bus to Manavgat and Side is easy enough though and only 1 euro each which is well worth the 15-30 minute journey each way. The Pool and Beach would get an 8/10

But, nevertheless, I can't thank the team at Tui Blue Palm Garden enough for making our stay so good, keep doing what you're doing because you're doing wonderfully, and we'd love to come back again one day!

The surrounding area would rank about a 7/10. Kizilagac itself is okay, there are a few bazaars which sell the usual souvenirs and "designer" goods but there isn't too much to do

The entrance to the sea is not very steep, but at the bottom there is a large plate( to the right of the pier, close to water sports ,there is a place without plates). The hotel is suitable for families with children

One of the best holiday hotels I've been. 🍻🍸🍹🏖️🩴 But still people placing a towel over two sunbeds and expect it to be reserved for the whole day. You know who you are, you are a disgrace

However, the resort is filled with greenery and fountains, making the walk enjoyable. The beach, pools, and water park were all excellent. The food offered a wide variety with plenty of options, and nothing was lacking

This resort has absolutely everything you need on a holiday. Multiple pools and a sand beach with loungers, unlimited food and drink, evening entertainment and places to just relax

Super hotel with a large territory, neskolko pools, bars too much, the food is also very delicious, the staff kind of come down the beach with harsh stones but it will come down and lastly the show is cool)))! The season is mid-August and September

Nice green area with blooming grenades, trees with lemons, oranges. On site many pools, bars, tennis courts, football, basketball and Golf

It is possible to meet a peacock, a Cockerel, a hen with little chickens, geese,ducks,tortoise,rabbits-so interesting. There is an Aqua Park, mini club for children,stable. Great animation for children and adults

This hotel was absolutely stunning and amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were very helpful. The place was kept immaculately clean. The gardens were just amazing.

In the evening at the amphitheatre concerts and shows. Delicious food in the restaurant for every taste with themed dinners. Stay in may and was a success!

We came here for honeymoon, it's simply an amazing place. The beach is clean and nice, the food was surprisingly nice, I didn't expect it to be this great, they offer a huge variety of meals, snacks, sweets and drinks

There is access to private beach also with pubs and restaurants belonging to hotel. They cleaning rooms every day and you don’t need to take your own towels as they offering beach towels for free

It's a large place, there are lots of pools with people. Nice and friendly workers,good and clean rooms. A nice beach with good weather

Well prepared for kids with plenty of entertainments including evenings. Tasty food and served non stop. Really friendly and helpful staff

The main pool was very quiet and immaculate too. There was bar servers on rollers blades making sure your drinks didn't warm up!!! We saw some performances in the amphitheatre who were brilliant

In general hotel is all right because of the huge area itself, beach front, a lot of space for children for playing and a number of pools but I am not sure if I would recommend it or go back there in the future

Amazing Stay with Fantastic Activities and Excellent Service We had a wonderful time at this hotel! Every day there were incredible activities for the kids, with different themes and events each day

The hotel has its own beach strip, which is alternately sandy and rocky (depending on the tide). The water on the beach is clean. The beach and also by the pool have their own bar, which also offers meals and drinks

Nearby water sports center by the sea. If you wish, you can enjoy various attractions for a fee. 100% recommend and would definitely visit again

I stayed in this hotel in September and i have to say its amazing! The rooms, the staff, the food, everything was perfect! I really enjoyed staying here and i would stay again, the food was amazing, you can have anything you want at anytime, the beach was beautiful, the staff was really kind and always cheerfull, Mustafa who worked at the bar on the beach deserves 5 stars!

Otherwise it's a really nice hotel! Lovely beach in a walking distance, restaurant with great food, friendly service. I had a great time there but I'd not come back until they fix the air conditioning

We were there in 2017 on our honey moon, it was amazing. The stuff is kind, the food is very good, room is clean, on the beach you can relax and chill because the hotel has private beach

The main building(the resort has villas too, some of them are far away from the main pool and restaurant) is very clean, stylish, rooms here are quite modern. The food is way to much and very diverse, very tasty

The staff from the restaurant is very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and tidy. Every day we had the room cleaned and the fridge refilled. The big pool is nice and clean, enough space to swim

Many activities for everyone in the resort. The first rooms that was assigned to us was in the last villa of the resort, so far away from the restaurant, main pool and from all the activities

I can imagine this being a 5* property when it originally opened in 2004 but 20 years of relentless use with minimal maintenance means the instances of peeling paint, chipped furniture and mouldy grout are too numerous to ignore- for a resort that closes in the lean season, this lack of regular maintenance is inexcusable IMO

But it is the only negative point, all the week was a real daydream 😀 We plan to come again in the following years !!

Even though we had ultra all inclusive, there was only one ‘type’ of beer, draft beer, there was no bottled coke or fanta, only brew ones, no brand vodkas or whiskey, only local ones with questioning taste, the cocktails were a joke

Hotel get crowded and it's not even full, not enough capacity for people to get sunbed in the pool area, waiting for drinks, waiting to get food because not enough service people to take care people needs

I was there on my honeymoon, and it was so amazing! Starting from the food, the service, the location, the sea, the spa, everything was so well organized that you only need to relax because the rest is taken care of

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone that wants a seamless summer experience. Some of the cons: The resort is kid-friendly, so if you can't stand the sweet screaming of kids, don't go there

The beach is not first line and need walking, beach bar only work to 4pm and when we complained they move it to 5pm, still not enough
