The aquapark with lots of slides and pools provided our daughter with unforgettable fun, and we could relax knowing that she was safe and having a great time

Great place to stay with a family. The complex has everything you need. Several restaurants and bars, few pools, long beach with sandbags, spa, gym, playground for kids, amphitheater, aqua park etc

The animations for children were well organized, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful

- that we highly recommend to be rethink. Theatre/Evening shows were interesting. Around the beach and the pool, often was hard to find free sun-beds

Ice cream by the scoop between 10 and 16:00 - best chocolate ice cream ever! Playroom is a rip off. Each game per person is 2 credits and it will last you like 1 to max 5min depends on the game

The hotel rate for Turkey, the rooms are certainly in need of repair, but do not come in the room to sit, the territory is large, lots of tennis courts, water slides, many pools, beach sand and pebbles at the entrance to the sea, plenty of sunbeds, restaurant always has a place, but the dishes are a bit repetitive, poolside bars

This resort has absolutely everything you need on a holiday. Multiple pools and a sand beach with loungers, unlimited food and drink, evening entertainment and places to just relax

Suits everyone from a romantic getaway for two, or a group of friends, or even a family

It is possible to meet a peacock, a Cockerel, a hen with little chickens, geese,ducks,tortoise,rabbits-so interesting. There is an Aqua Park, mini club for children,stable. Great animation for children and adults

99% of Russian holidaymakers, including problems with communication will not be a bunch of pools and the abundance of food in the restaurant good

Absolutely amazing hotel great staff and service, food was amazing and out of this world. This was our first holiday with the children and we loved every minute of our holiday

There is a small aqua park with nice slides (for adults too), a quiet pool and a big pool where you can take part in games. There's a direct access to a private beach too

The slides are something else! 5 amazing slides at the front of the parc with thrilling speeds and excitement! They'd be illegal in any other European country!

A great experience, I would come back. Good staff, we had a problem with AC in our room, they fixed it within an hour. They speak so many languages, no problem to communicate

Pros: Staff is very helpful and warm. Interesting animations and shows. Cons: Desserts could be better ( there are more than 20 kind, none of them actually tasty

A special mention has to be made to Goofy, a children’s rep who was brilliant, friendly and helpful. There are chickens, turkeys, peacocks and ducks freely roaming around the whole hotel, this may be good or bad

We booked one week in August 2024 all inclusive as a family. The rooms are fairly okay, location is also good. However it's not really a 5 stars hotel

The spacious garden with numerous pools and slides invites relaxation. The rooms are also adequately furnished

However, there are a few points of criticism: the duvets are too thin for cooler nights, and the towels seem a bit worn. The restricted opening hours for the pools and slides are particularly annoying

The staff, especially in the restaurants, give an overall unmotivated impression. Guests are often ignored, and the quality of drinks, especially the cocktails, leaves a lot to be desired

Really nice place for families and couples as there is few swimming pools you can relax by main pool or stay with kids by the other with water slides

The main pool was very quiet and immaculate too. There was bar servers on rollers blades making sure your drinks didn't warm up!!! We saw some performances in the amphitheatre who were brilliant

The rooms were clean, fresh bed sheets and towels every day, very nice food, desserts and fruits. The gözleme cooked on order by the lady beside the pool bar were amazing. The night entertainment suitable for all ages

It's not a 5 star hotel by European standards but that's not what I expected. It was an enjoyable week, the beach was nice, good food for a mass tourism hotel and two pools to choose from

The animation team is the best. Especially Beste, she is a very energetic and authentic animator. She completes all of her tasks perfectly with a lot of enthusiasm and is over all very reliable

Great animations and animation crew, especially Chico Kaan (the Tarzan boy ! :D) Room - A/C worked only 1h and after that it goes OFF Mode. Told reception to fix it 2 Times but nothing happend

Beste is the best animator by far. She is able to manage every kind of tasks. It doesn‘t matter if it‘s yoga, zumba or water gym she does everything in an amazing way

She is able to work with all kinds of people and is always making sure that every client has the best experience possible

There is only one pool adult pool which is a little disappointing but it is more than large enough and the slides are also fun. The beach is also pretty good, with lots of sun loungers as well as hammocks and bean bags

The temperature of the pool was very cold throughout our stay and the sun lounger situation is a little annoying; having to get up a 6:30 every morning just to get an opportunity to sit near the pool isn't great

The quality is very high but we felt that the selection was a bit limited, especially as most of the desserts tasted very similar. The drinks were also good as were both the al a carte and barbecue restaurants

Getting the bus to Manavgat and Side is easy enough though and only 1 euro each which is well worth the 15-30 minute journey each way. The Pool and Beach would get an 8/10

We stayed at the TUI Blue Palm Garden for 11 nights from 13th October 2024. We are a family of 4 and we were split over two rooms as we have older teenagers

However, I can only give it 4 out of 5 because it seems to be a victim of it's own success - having the reviews it has inevitably raises expectations and unfortunately, while still being nearly excellent, the few minor issues we had mean it just falls slightly short of being truly perfect

Through out the day there is no entertainment a part from Wednesday at 3:00 there is a foam party. The pool is very big! Theres one baby pool, one main pool and 1 pool where the slides land

The location in Side is far out from the Centre, some local shops and market but if you intend to stay in the resort then that shouldn't be a problem as the hotel spreads out from the pool area straight onto the beach which has good facilities to relax

I have rated this hotel 3 out if 5. The positives first, the hotel has huge and very beautiful out door space. The children were pretty happy with the pool and evening entertainment

Arrived very late at night and took a while to locate our reservation. A decent sized resort with many facilities. The pool area is great, large pool so plenty of space for crowded times and plenty of seating space

There is the main restaurant, the pool area restaurant and the beach area restaurant so you're always close to some food when it is being served. Food was great and inclusive meant no worries with the kids

Kids club, children's activities all come at a price. At 3-10 euros per activity, it can add up

Wonderful experience in any way from the front desk to the beach are people that work their are wonderful and so helpful if you need them their there for you food is so good and spa area is a wonderful place you will find dino who is so helpful for everyone who wants to go their its worth it if your single or with 100 family members and kids its worth

The hotel was the most beautiful and luxurious hotel I have ever visited. The pool was big and there was plenty of sunbeds

The beach was quite nice but the water got deep very quickly so it was not ideal for bad swimmers or small children

The hotel is located next to a beautiful beach, the rooms are comfortable, clean and beautiful, many facilities for children and adults

So! Everyone wants to know - Noone wrote before. Rooms - clean, spacious, every day cleaning. If you tip a cleaning lady - you will have minibar full every day

Buy alcohol on the airport because in the hotel is expensive, on the Bazar next to the hotel is also expensive so better at the airport or own from home country. Alcohol in allincl option is weak and tastes funny

The beach is also only a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel and has enough water slides to keep everyone entertained

It is a town within itself and has plenty of day and night time entertainment either on the beach, around the pools or in the entertainment areas

Genuinely there is food and drink everywhere and more than enough pool space and sun loungers to go round

The hotel is not bad, the area is large, the power is normal, the animation is great! the child could not pull away from the boat with the slides he very he liked! However, a children's pool required cleaning, he did not have time to clean up, we rested in August, children of the sea! My kid caught some kind of virus! 4 days spent in the room,2 days with high fever and some sort of bubbly on the body...

The hotel was very nice it has a nice view of sea of place the workers here were very friendly and very helpful food was so delicious and you have different place to eat they had most delicious meals also they have some nice games that you can play all day and make new friends

This was the first trip to turkey and we went with crystal admiral. We are a family of three and don’t regret our time at the hotel

Pool was hot, nice ice cream and brownies I liked the bridge that you can jump off because the water is deep. I don't like expensive gym and expensive french restaurant. Cool though 👍👍👍👍

However, the resort is filled with greenery and fountains, making the walk enjoyable. The beach, pools, and water park were all excellent. The food offered a wide variety with plenty of options, and nothing was lacking

The resort is quite large with multiple buildings, so if you're not in the right one, you might find yourself a bit far from the pools or the main restaurant

Sea is great, but some stones just in front of the water, not big deal also… Animators were great and really willing to entertain people, kudos to them. Chardak bar was 24/7 and great barmans there

But a lot if money paid to eat rice at dinner. And desserts awful! Ice cream available sometimes or not free. Location - resort looks great, you have a lot of swimming pools, there is entertainment, looks good and clean

Very rare there would be something different to eat. Just because of really poor food quality I would not come back to Turkey. Some ladies making some pies around snack bar that were good

Rooms - not 5 star, I would say a 3 star sort of room. Tiny TV, old wardrobe, headboard old and dusty. The cleaning lady would come to clean but the dust was still there

The staff is friendly and kind. The hotel is especially great for families, with fantastic swimming pools and water slides. There’s also a kids club and plenty of activities every day :-) We will happily come again

The hotel is average but staff tries hard. The food is great, not just words. All compact and convenient. Slides for children are good. The seabed is not the best, binding shoes for swimming to not get hurt.

Bit of an odd hotel this, in that it's like 2 different places in one. On the one hand you've got the calm of the beach, the beach bar/restaurant and the quiet pool

We stayed in one of the duplex studios in the resort as we were a family of four. All was great, rooms - very spacious and we got the rest we needed. The food was very diverse and fresh. Very cool shows in the evening

We liked it here overall and would come back. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food and restaurant experience as well as pools - all is good. Our kids enjoyed the kids club and the disco in the evening

Also there are never enough glasses on the table, a table set for 4 people has only 1 or 2 glasses which is very strange. The animation team were great, especially Kate at Sunrise who was really friendly

Some rooms are spacious, some are not, so make sure you check the rooms size before booking. Service is good but it can be better. Location however is not great. It is 20minutes located from nearest city Manavgat

Rooms are nice, just used a lot in some parts (like balcony doors). It's clean overall and the comfort is high. Service is good and very helpful, but most don't speak English which can be an issue

You wanna go shopping , prepare for long walk or take a cab. Worst thing is that the hotel is full of Russians (90% of guests), and staff usually speaks Russian language, but poorly English

They use translators in mobile phones when needed. The biggest advantage and plus of the hotel is a placement - 100m from beach. Nice views and all the facilities are in convenient place

We have had the BEST holiday here!!! 2 weeks of pure luxury, the rooms were lovely, the pools were all amazing & the slides were so much fun!!! The many restaurants were great and the food was delicious and available 24/7

Hotel get crowded and it's not even full, not enough capacity for people to get sunbed in the pool area, waiting for drinks, waiting to get food because not enough service people to take care people needs

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone that wants a seamless summer experience. Some of the cons: The resort is kid-friendly, so if you can't stand the sweet screaming of kids, don't go there

Also, the disco night was every night until 1 PM, and the music was so loud. There is no way to sleep with such loud music near you

The hotel has its own beach strip, which is alternately sandy and rocky (depending on the tide). The water on the beach is clean. The beach and also by the pool have their own bar, which also offers meals and drinks

I stayed in this hotel in September and i have to say its amazing! The rooms, the staff, the food, everything was perfect! We were there in 2017 on our honey moon, it was amazing. The stuff is kind, the food is very good, room is clean, on the beach you can relax and chill because the hotel has private beach
