The beach was clean and well-maintained, and the hotel's proximity to the sea was a big plus for us. This year we plan to return to Selectum Family Resort Side in a larger group, taking our grandparents with us

People throw towels before breakfast or even noticed that some are leaving them at night. Personal sometimes collect them before shift end

The bad thing - was a lot of drunk people. and security didn’t react 😳 my mom was alone with a small kid and didn’t get any help on the beach in front of security 😡 good man from Russia helped☀️ , but it was not his work

- that we highly recommend to be rethink. Theatre/Evening shows were interesting. Around the beach and the pool, often was hard to find free sun-beds

The hotel rate for Turkey, the rooms are certainly in need of repair, but do not come in the room to sit, the territory is large, lots of tennis courts, water slides, many pools, beach sand and pebbles at the entrance to the sea, plenty of sunbeds, restaurant always has a place, but the dishes are a bit repetitive, poolside bars

This resort has absolutely everything you need on a holiday. Multiple pools and a sand beach with loungers, unlimited food and drink, evening entertainment and places to just relax

It is possible to meet a peacock, a Cockerel, a hen with little chickens, geese,ducks,tortoise,rabbits-so interesting. There is an Aqua Park, mini club for children,stable. Great animation for children and adults

Chic of the sea, a huge, beautiful grounds, service good, staff helpful and professional, all smiling and friendly, lots of fruits, meat, etc. We all liked it! ?? Settled as it should be in 14 hours

This hotel was absolutely stunning and amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were very helpful. The place was kept immaculately clean. The gardens were just amazing.

But a lot if money paid to eat rice at dinner. And desserts awful! Ice cream available sometimes or not free. Location - resort looks great, you have a lot of swimming pools, there is entertainment, looks good and clean

Very rare there would be something different to eat. Just because of really poor food quality I would not come back to Turkey. Some ladies making some pies around snack bar that were good

Rooms - not 5 star, I would say a 3 star sort of room. Tiny TV, old wardrobe, headboard old and dusty. The cleaning lady would come to clean but the dust was still there

The staff is friendly and kind. The hotel is especially great for families, with fantastic swimming pools and water slides. There’s also a kids club and plenty of activities every day :-) We will happily come again

We have just returned from our holiday at Turan Prince World. My wife, our two daughters, and I absolutely loved it and stayed there for 10 days. The rooms are very clean and the food is delicious

We came here for honeymoon, it's simply an amazing place. The beach is clean and nice, the food was surprisingly nice, I didn't expect it to be this great, they offer a huge variety of meals, snacks, sweets and drinks

Amazing place, halal environment, very good location. Truly all inclusive food and they would be pleased to feed you. This is our second time family visit of this resort 7 years apart and they improved a lot

Positive: perfect beach with kids playground, a lot of greenery, nice pastry in Café Sultan, animation for kids in the evening. Pools for kids are Aquapark are great

It's a huge hotel with Aquaparc, bars, pools, beach side, comfortable rooms and very nice service! Really, very nice service! I heard staff speaking English, Turkish, French, German, Russian, and some other asian languages

There is a small aqua park with nice slides (for adults too), a quiet pool and a big pool where you can take part in games. There's a direct access to a private beach too

  the pool is too narrow for deckchairs, but it has a pretty good layout.   good beach with large umbrellas against the sun.   the deckchairs are of poor quality and could be cleaner

Instead, it would be much better to have only one but tasty! There is no place you can swim in shadow. Could be better if you could add roof & umbrella partially on swimming pools

Similarly, the beach area during the day offered a peaceful retreat. In conclusion, the Seaden Sea World hotel has its merits, particularly for families with children

The entertainment, animation, pool parties, games and evening parties were non stop, ive genuinelly never had so much fun

We booked one week in August 2024 all inclusive as a family. The rooms are fairly okay, location is also good. However it's not really a 5 stars hotel

The all inclusive is not really including everything, some stuff were to be paid. Food was nice, but plates were always not clean. Service was also not so friendly and not good compared to a 4 star hotel elsewhere

The beach area is also very nicely designed and offers a good selection of food and drinks. A major drawback is the towel policy

There is access to private beach also with pubs and restaurants belonging to hotel. They cleaning rooms every day and you don’t need to take your own towels as they offering beach towels for free

The customer service team, especially Anya went above and beyond to help us have the best holiday ever. Our rooms were gorgeous with linen changed every day including the thick towels

We stayed at the Palm Beach in May 2024 with our friends. From first arriving we were very impressed with the hotel staff who were very friendly,polite and helpful

If that wasn't enough choice there was the beach bar who served up tasty snacks eg burgers,wraps with spiced meat,salads and drinks

The daily collection and delivery of bath towels is an unnecessary hassle for guests and is handled much better in many other resorts

Just back from our 2nd holiday at Sunrise & it didn’t disappoint. With so many pools to choose from as well as the beach there’s plenty to do each day

We liked it here overall and would come back. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food and restaurant experience as well as pools - all is good. Our kids enjoyed the kids club and the disco in the evening

Also there are never enough glasses on the table, a table set for 4 people has only 1 or 2 glasses which is very strange. The animation team were great, especially Kate at Sunrise who was really friendly

We’ve been to places with better evening entertainment but there has to be a compromise being that this place offers good value Overall I highly recommend this place

The rooms were clean, fresh bed sheets and towels every day, very nice food, desserts and fruits. The gözleme cooked on order by the lady beside the pool bar were amazing. The night entertainment suitable for all ages

It's not a 5 star hotel by European standards but that's not what I expected. It was an enjoyable week, the beach was nice, good food for a mass tourism hotel and two pools to choose from

The animation team is the best. Especially Beste, she is a very energetic and authentic animator. She completes all of her tasks perfectly with a lot of enthusiasm and is over all very reliable

Awesome hotel, full all-inclusive experience, very friendly & polite staff, clean rooms, pools and overall area. Two minuses - wifi / payed by device, and often has problems, do not work

Beste is the best animator by far. She is able to manage every kind of tasks. It doesn‘t matter if it‘s yoga, zumba or water gym she does everything in an amazing way

And also it would be great to have two/multiple cards for a room access. A lot of food & drink options, which are very good. Almost always something to eat or drink

It has everything, nice beach connected to a hotel, many restaurants and bars that serve food and drinks 24/7, aqua park, amusement park, many many swimming pools, spa, anything you can wish for

They use translators in mobile phones when needed. The biggest advantage and plus of the hotel is a placement - 100m from beach. Nice views and all the facilities are in convenient place

Hotel is very nice, it is located on beautiful beach with clear sea. There is enough space on the beach. Rooms are very comfort and clean. Food is delicious and with plenty of choice

We have had the BEST holiday here!!! 2 weeks of pure luxury, the rooms were lovely, the pools were all amazing & the slides were so much fun!!! The many restaurants were great and the food was delicious and available 24/7

All the staff is very friendly, all people are smiled and very hostile. Girls from kids club are amazing, they made are stay here with the son excellent experience. I have to underline Sara from kids club

The entertainment was incredible!! So many different shows each evening and the animation staff were brilliant, especially Yunus!!! We had very enjoyable times partying and having lots of fun!!!

Hotel get crowded and it's not even full, not enough capacity for people to get sunbed in the pool area, waiting for drinks, waiting to get food because not enough service people to take care people needs

The beach is not first line and need walking, beach bar only work to 4pm and when we complained they move it to 5pm, still not enough

I was there on my honeymoon, and it was so amazing! Starting from the food, the service, the location, the sea, the spa, everything was so well organized that you only need to relax because the rest is taken care of

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone that wants a seamless summer experience. Some of the cons: The resort is kid-friendly, so if you can't stand the sweet screaming of kids, don't go there

The hotel has its own beach strip, which is alternately sandy and rocky (depending on the tide). The water on the beach is clean. The beach and also by the pool have their own bar, which also offers meals and drinks

I stayed in this hotel in September and i have to say its amazing! The rooms, the staff, the food, everything was perfect! I really enjoyed staying here and i would stay again, the food was amazing, you can have anything you want at anytime, the beach was beautiful, the staff was really kind and always cheerfull, Mustafa who worked at the bar on the beach deserves 5 stars!

We were there in 2017 on our honey moon, it was amazing. The stuff is kind, the food is very good, room is clean, on the beach you can relax and chill because the hotel has private beach

The best hotel I have stayed in Turkey. Clean, rooms of sufficient size, with a balcony, good food, a large selection of food, very friendly waiters

The quality is very high but we felt that the selection was a bit limited, especially as most of the desserts tasted very similar. The drinks were also good as were both the al a carte and barbecue restaurants

Getting the bus to Manavgat and Side is easy enough though and only 1 euro each which is well worth the 15-30 minute journey each way. The Pool and Beach would get an 8/10

The surrounding area would rank about a 7/10. Kizilagac itself is okay, there are a few bazaars which sell the usual souvenirs and "designer" goods but there isn't too much to do

We just had a few minor issues particularly with the lack of English language TV channels and the inability to be able to change the temperature of the AC

The rooms are kept spotless and are mainly very comfortable, spacious and more than good enough

There is only one pool adult pool which is a little disappointing but it is more than large enough and the slides are also fun. The beach is also pretty good, with lots of sun loungers as well as hammocks and bean bags
