We had issue with their booking system and overbooked rooms but it was solved promptly! Rooms are wide, cleaned and tidy up daily. Complimentary drinks in the fridge are restock daily

The rooms were spacious and clean. The food was great and every night there was another theme. They offer a variety of alcohol drinks and other beverages

Ice cream by the scoop between 10 and 16:00 - best chocolate ice cream ever! Playroom is a rip off. Each game per person is 2 credits and it will last you like 1 to max 5min depends on the game

Bed is fantastic! Food - there is something for every taste. Al a cart - don’t waste time on those. If you fancy a good Cafe Latte or cappuccino - the Lobby bar is the only place to go

This hotel was absolutely stunning and amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were very helpful. The place was kept immaculately clean. The gardens were just amazing.

This resort has absolutely everything you need on a holiday. Multiple pools and a sand beach with loungers, unlimited food and drink, evening entertainment and places to just relax

Traveled with child (1,4),the child is very active in the carriage is not sitting,ever ran,so the only thing we regret is that it took a room in the main building,and I think with children there are comfortable,go closer to the restaurant

Well, our baby did not recognize the breakfasts,though, like the choice was for him( oatmeal,rice milk,semolina)I regretted that I did not take baby food with me,but it is already on the preferences of the child depends

In the evening at the amphitheatre concerts and shows. Delicious food in the restaurant for every taste with themed dinners. Stay in may and was a success!

Whenever you decide that you are hungry or thirsty, just turn around and you will find in 10 meters all day long. Drinks everywhere, even top quality whiskey brands everywhere

Sea is great, but some stones just in front of the water, not big deal also… Animators were great and really willing to entertain people, kudos to them. Chardak bar was 24/7 and great barmans there

Rooms are a little bit small and outdated, but you spent there just few hours to sleep and take a bath… Food is everywhere and very good quality

But a lot if money paid to eat rice at dinner. And desserts awful! Ice cream available sometimes or not free. Location - resort looks great, you have a lot of swimming pools, there is entertainment, looks good and clean

Very rare there would be something different to eat. Just because of really poor food quality I would not come back to Turkey. Some ladies making some pies around snack bar that were good

With many slides and pools, as well as a lunapark, you will never be bored. The animators create a fun atmosphere and the comfortable rooms are cleaned every day, keeping them clean and comfortable

Rooms - not 5 star, I would say a 3 star sort of room. Tiny TV, old wardrobe, headboard old and dusty. The cleaning lady would come to clean but the dust was still there

Food - Okay, a bit of everything that will cater for most including children. Drinks - Okay selection, small glasses. Only downside was the amount of glasses we heard being smashed over our stay

I have been elsewhere in Turkey where they only serve drinks in the plastic cups around the pool area ( might be worth investing in )

We came here for honeymoon, it's simply an amazing place. The beach is clean and nice, the food was surprisingly nice, I didn't expect it to be this great, they offer a huge variety of meals, snacks, sweets and drinks

Amazing place, halal environment, very good location. Truly all inclusive food and they would be pleased to feed you. This is our second time family visit of this resort 7 years apart and they improved a lot

A great experience, I would come back. Good staff, we had a problem with AC in our room, they fixed it within an hour. They speak so many languages, no problem to communicate

Very low hygienic standards in the restaurants (tables, cutlery, vending machines. ) Extremly stinky pool bar with terrible drinks. Some employes provided 5 star service, some were extremly de-motivated

A lot of food to choose from (not for the night snack though). If you want some drinks other than beer or vodka with juice you need to pay extra but for that price of stay I think it's fair

I want to note that the staff works very well. All positive,always smile,say Hello. Cook a good,trying all very tasty,varied. Fruits: melons,apples,tangerines, grapes are always different and delicious

There is a small aqua park with nice slides (for adults too), a quiet pool and a big pool where you can take part in games. There's a direct access to a private beach too

But I purposely booked all-inclusive not to pay extra. For some this might not be a big deal. To me this significantly lowered my feeling of "vacation" and "relaxation"

Holidayed here with the family summer of '23 and it was by far the best holiday we have ever had from the last 10

The all inclusive is not really including everything, some stuff were to be paid. Food was nice, but plates were always not clean. Service was also not so friendly and not good compared to a 4 star hotel elsewhere

One other strange thing was having live chicken around in open areas and the snack restaurant. There is no way I would book a vacation again there

The entertainment, animation, pool parties, games and evening parties were non stop, ive genuinelly never had so much fun

The hotel is average but staff tries hard. The food is great, not just words. All compact and convenient. Slides for children are good. The seabed is not the best, binding shoes for swimming to not get hurt.

The staff from the restaurant is very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and tidy. Every day we had the room cleaned and the fridge refilled. The big pool is nice and clean, enough space to swim

Many activities for everyone in the resort. The first rooms that was assigned to us was in the last villa of the resort, so far away from the restaurant, main pool and from all the activities

Very kind employees, full of various food, The evening shows are minimalist and with young students who are not professionals, too bad

The staff, especially in the restaurants, give an overall unmotivated impression. Guests are often ignored, and the quality of drinks, especially the cocktails, leaves a lot to be desired

There is access to private beach also with pubs and restaurants belonging to hotel. They cleaning rooms every day and you don’t need to take your own towels as they offering beach towels for free

The restaurant is large with lots of choice and also outside cooking. The pizza station was really nice and the jacket potatoes were too

The beach area is also very nicely designed and offers a good selection of food and drinks. A major drawback is the towel policy

The customer service team, especially Anya went above and beyond to help us have the best holiday ever. Our rooms were gorgeous with linen changed every day including the thick towels

We stayed at the Palm Beach in May 2024 with our friends. From first arriving we were very impressed with the hotel staff who were very friendly,polite and helpful

We liked it here overall and would come back. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food and restaurant experience as well as pools - all is good. Our kids enjoyed the kids club and the disco in the evening

All day animation for children and adults. There is a wide selection of food and original drinks at any time, but don't expect exotic food. For special wishes, there are many a la carte restaurants

We stayed in one of the duplex studios in the resort as we were a family of four. All was great, rooms - very spacious and we got the rest we needed. The food was very diverse and fresh. Very cool shows in the evening

The food in the main restaurants is absolutely amazing, so much choice of good food

It's not a 5 star hotel by European standards but that's not what I expected. It was an enjoyable week, the beach was nice, good food for a mass tourism hotel and two pools to choose from

The animation team is the best. Especially Beste, she is a very energetic and authentic animator. She completes all of her tasks perfectly with a lot of enthusiasm and is over all very reliable

Beste is the best animator by far. She is able to manage every kind of tasks. It doesn‘t matter if it‘s yoga, zumba or water gym she does everything in an amazing way

And also it would be great to have two/multiple cards for a room access. A lot of food & drink options, which are very good. Almost always something to eat or drink

Some rooms are spacious, some are not, so make sure you check the rooms size before booking. Service is good but it can be better. Location however is not great. It is 20minutes located from nearest city Manavgat

Rooms are nice, just used a lot in some parts (like balcony doors). It's clean overall and the comfort is high. Service is good and very helpful, but most don't speak English which can be an issue

You wanna go shopping , prepare for long walk or take a cab. Worst thing is that the hotel is full of Russians (90% of guests), and staff usually speaks Russian language, but poorly English

They use translators in mobile phones when needed. The biggest advantage and plus of the hotel is a placement - 100m from beach. Nice views and all the facilities are in convenient place

We have had the BEST holiday here!!! 2 weeks of pure luxury, the rooms were lovely, the pools were all amazing & the slides were so much fun!!! The many restaurants were great and the food was delicious and available 24/7

Amazing Stay with Fantastic Activities and Excellent Service We had a wonderful time at this hotel! Every day there were incredible activities for the kids, with different themes and events each day

Hotel get crowded and it's not even full, not enough capacity for people to get sunbed in the pool area, waiting for drinks, waiting to get food because not enough service people to take care people needs

I was there on my honeymoon, and it was so amazing! Starting from the food, the service, the location, the sea, the spa, everything was so well organized that you only need to relax because the rest is taken care of

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone that wants a seamless summer experience. Some of the cons: The resort is kid-friendly, so if you can't stand the sweet screaming of kids, don't go there

Also, the disco night was every night until 1 PM, and the music was so loud. There is no way to sleep with such loud music near you

The hotel has its own beach strip, which is alternately sandy and rocky (depending on the tide). The water on the beach is clean. The beach and also by the pool have their own bar, which also offers meals and drinks

Otherwise it's a really nice hotel! Lovely beach in a walking distance, restaurant with great food, friendly service. I had a great time there but I'd not come back until they fix the air conditioning

I stayed in this hotel in September and i have to say its amazing! The rooms, the staff, the food, everything was perfect! I really enjoyed staying here and i would stay again, the food was amazing, you can have anything you want at anytime, the beach was beautiful, the staff was really kind and always cheerfull, Mustafa who worked at the bar on the beach deserves 5 stars!

We were there in 2017 on our honey moon, it was amazing. The stuff is kind, the food is very good, room is clean, on the beach you can relax and chill because the hotel has private beach

The beach was calming, relaxing and very beautiful! We are planning on spening our holidays always on the HEAVEN BEACH RESORT&SPA! We enjoyed it so much!

The quality is very high but we felt that the selection was a bit limited, especially as most of the desserts tasted very similar. The drinks were also good as were both the al a carte and barbecue restaurants

There is only one pool adult pool which is a little disappointing but it is more than large enough and the slides are also fun. The beach is also pretty good, with lots of sun loungers as well as hammocks and bean bags

The temperature of the pool was very cold throughout our stay and the sun lounger situation is a little annoying; having to get up a 6:30 every morning just to get an opportunity to sit near the pool isn't great

The surrounding area would rank about a 7/10. Kizilagac itself is okay, there are a few bazaars which sell the usual souvenirs and "designer" goods but there isn't too much to do

Getting the bus to Manavgat and Side is easy enough though and only 1 euro each which is well worth the 15-30 minute journey each way. The Pool and Beach would get an 8/10

We just had a few minor issues particularly with the lack of English language TV channels and the inability to be able to change the temperature of the AC

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the management of the residential complex for a great vacation. The staff is friendly and ready to help guests 24/7. Very clean everywhere, comfortable to stay

The pool is suitable for a child, you can not be afraid for his health. The residential complex is safe and quiet. We will definitely return to you
