Great place to stay with a family. The complex has everything you need. Several restaurants and bars, few pools, long beach with sandbags, spa, gym, playground for kids, amphitheater, aqua park etc. The rooms were spacious and clean. The food was great and every night there was another theme. They offer a variety of alcohol drinks and other beverages.

Overall we had a great experience here. Few remarks can be done but for the size of the hotel and amount of the staff, they are doing good job. We had issue with their booking system and overbooked rooms but it was solved promptly! Rooms are wide, cleaned and tidy up daily. Complimentary drinks in the fridge are restock daily. Our 4-year old and 1-year old really enjoyed the Kids Club and the kids pools. The food variety is great, there are many options. The staff really cares about you having a great experience. If you come with little ones try to book a quite room, the beach view rooms are a bit loud until midnight each day.

We liked it here overall and would come back. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food and restaurant experience as well as pools - all is good. Beste is the best animator by far. She is able to manage every kind of tasks. It doesn‘t matter if it‘s yoga, zumba or water gym she does everything in an amazing way. She is always smiling, very active and is all in all a fantastic person to talk to.

For family vacations the most. 99% of Russian holidaymakers, including problems with communication will not be a bunch of pools and the abundance of food in the restaurant good.
