THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL IF IT IS I DREAD TO SEE WHAT A 4 STAR IS.
I WILL NOT BE STAYING AGAIN OR RECOMMENDING

Child friendly snack bar and crèche was good may have to go with the children to get snacks as they usually got completely ignored when going on there own to ask for ice cream.

Pools and water play area was GOOD.

STAFF are RUDE ,IGNORANT and UNAPPROACHABLE JUST IGNORED YOU AND WALKED AWAY WHEN YOU ASKED THEM ANYTHING could do with more staff speaking English, if majority of staff could be helpful would be nice had a big team of staff but only found one or two who where slightly helpful.

Food choices are far from OK (more then one group of ppl i spoke to had some sort of food poisoning) could be different items each day if you dnt get to breakfast/lunch/dinner on time you will be waiting for a table and as service closes bang on time ( they clear the buffet exactly on time even if you are still eating or helping yourself, waiters emptying your plate while you turn your back lol), you may not get to choose from everything on the buffet and the good stuff will definitely be gone even getting there 35min before service is finished main items will already be finished (tried going late if you call 35min before close late, so not to be waiting for a table, also they recommend going in the last hr of service). Was here for 5 days and they only allowed me to book one of the 4 restaurants for one day only which was not a good experience half starters came and then the rest came with main, completely wrong order taken even though there was only 2/3 items in each section to choose from even after reconfirming they still got it wrong. You can get snacks 24hrs which was good.

Staff would force you of the table even though you may still be eating and have food on your plate.

PPL cutting in line as if it's normal maybe some queing system instead of ppl just pushing in front of you.

Booked 2 rooms as I was travelling with my husband and 4 children and they wanted to give me 2 rooms at different ends of the hotel, in the end agreed to a family room so we could be together however had to go 3 times to reception to get a extra bed, pillows and towels compromised 5 beds instead of 6 so 2 had to share as kids are still small, ac was not very powerful put it on max and still not happy lol did some redecorating moved the bed infront of the ac, watched the telly in turkis.

Not exactly close to any where you have to get a 30min bus to the nearest town or Alanya is bout 1hr away, no masjid close by either for those who want to pray jumma or just go to the masjid in general.

Staff constantly cleaning around pools and general area, which was good. I went to the toilet in my room rather than using the general toilets.

If you go late to the pool area you will not find a seat empty alot of towels left on seats with no one returning there for a few hrs so grab yourself a place so not to be left standing around.

Gave 1 stars as the children liked eating chips, onion rings, and nuggets every day. All 4 children are under 10.
