Just spent a lovely week on holiday here. A lovely pool with access to the beach direct from the hotel, which is literally a minutes walk away

Especially in the main restaurant and guest relations. There were many swimming pools and private beaches but the beach was too cold to swim

The room had superb air-conditioning, which was needed in the heat whilst we were there. The maid was lovely! (Room 105) Well recommended, especially for young families as the kids club and the staff looked impressive

I think it's lovely for kids, especially German kids. But some are a bit inappropriate for kids. Since I'm English, people are nice to me, but some sellers are mean. Overall, I really like how they learn our language

We have just returned from a two week stay at Felicia Village. Everything is absolutely how you would expect it to be for a 5 star hotel. From the rooms to the food and entertainment we couldn't fault it

This resort has absolutely everything you need on a holiday. Multiple pools and a sand beach with loungers, unlimited food and drink, evening entertainment and places to just relax

The grounds are huge, lots of pools, its own water Park. I'm in love with Starlight?!!!

Never realized how many pools, 12. Animation at the highest level, make the stay diverse, not boring. The rooms are elegant, every day cleaning and restocking the Minibar

Nice green area with blooming grenades, trees with lemons, oranges. On site many pools, bars, tennis courts, football, basketball and Golf

It is possible to meet a peacock, a Cockerel, a hen with little chickens, geese,ducks,tortoise,rabbits-so interesting. There is an Aqua Park, mini club for children,stable. Great animation for children and adults

Pools are anazing! I really think belly dance is the best ??❤ And I really likes Aqua gym ? The only thing I don't like is that pepole don't really know English. And sometimes you can't understand them at all

Fantastic hotel, facilities are great- pools are brilliant and lots for kids to do! Rooms are always immaculate along with the rest of the hotel! Spa is lovely we had massages and they were incredible! Food is good but quite repetitive- same with most all inclusive places i suppose

Secondly the bars only have one person serving and can cause such a wait in the day and there isn’t staff walking around taking orders for drinks ( this may just be how it is done here but I was surprised as I’ve not been to a hotel of this size and not had waiters taking drink orders at the pool and serving you) Lastly the lack of supervision in the spa facilities

Firstly to find out so much stops at this time of year (November) ale carte restaurants close, day time activities become minimal and the big one air conditioning is turned off- nigh times become slightly unbearable because of the heat

The amphi bar has things like: Crepes, jacket potatoes, waffles, ice cream, burritos, fruit teas and again, a variety of drinks

There is no problem with sunbeds at sea. At main pool guests reserve subeds early morning and after breakfast you will not find free

Amazing experience, everyone was welcoming and the facilities were excellent, they had separate pools for ladies and gents which made the holiday more enjoyable

But we found that many PPL complaining about their rooms. Rooms are clean and the bathroom looks average (as for Greece/Turkey). Pools are ok, maybe need more cleaning. Beach is a bit dirty and rocky

BIG plus for PPL at reception they are very friendly. And room cleaning is also good. After 1600 you cant take water or anthing to drink at beach bar. Same goes to relax pool after 1700

However the holiday and service could be more worth while if they spoke and understood English. Also we were not properly informed about anything unless we asked about it which was quite a bit of a downfall

So amazing place with a wonderful atmosphere. Its architecture is so beautiful and the art in hotel is impressive. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyday something new in meal

Lot of free snacks and drinks available almost all the time. No Iron, so be mindful, no free wifi. Pool, beach and evening shows was great Spa is only free between 12-2pm

There's a real lack of communication and organisation around this hotel - trying to find out where things are and when they're happening is impossible. The pool towel people are downright rude

We also appreciated the wide range of drinks available all day long. If we were to mention any small downsides, we would have appreciated less pressure when being offered massages while borrowing towels

Won't give you towels when you need them, even within their designated hours. The cleaners and bar staff were great, hence the 3 stars for service. Not 5 star hotel level at all

Our stay at Meridia Beach Hotel was truly excellent and met all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff, which was just the beginning of a fantastic experience

Also, the number of guests in the restaurant during the start of lunch or dinner was sometimes higher, but these were only brief moments and didn’t affect our overall very positive impression

This resort is a paradise on earth. My experience is out of this world. One can tell that the management of this resort is top notch. Their facilities are excellent with quality food and drinks available 24/7

The kindness and professionalism of the staff is amazing. This resort is highly recommended. While here, please do not miss the spa. It is an experience on its own

If you want to go out a bit then the location might not suite you but from speaking with others on the transfers Crystal hotels had a few other locations which had this option

Genuinely there is food and drink everywhere and more than enough pool space and sun loungers to go round

Pool areas are great, especially for kids, its not too busy considering the amount of guest. The slides were also a hit for our kids (open 10 - 12 and 2 till 4)

Russian is definitely the preferred language here (majority of guests are Russian) but this didn't bother us at all! All in all we had a fantastic holiday, making memories and spending time as a family which is what holidays are for! Would we return - i think we would, providing the price was right

A big disappointment was the ice cream fridge that is being locked up on the key at 1600hrs. Sun is up till very late and lot of kids are walking around the fridge without being able to get an ice cream

Lots of pools, great beach connection, warm deep, slightly rough sea. Friendly receptionists and staff, helpful and always available for all guest needs

The sea is close and accessed through a tunnel. The swimming pool is clean and ideal temperature. The food was good, but sometimes I found myself not finding anything appealing to me, as there wasn't that much choice

There’s generally a good consistent offering. To summarise, I’d label this hotel as a 3. 5 star hotel and I’d be disappointed if I was saving up all year round to come here with kids in the summer holidays

I would consider this as a 3 star hotel, not a 5 star. I was there with a friend, so for our needs it was OK, but I would not go here with the family. I would definitively try different hotels

Check the beach snack bar, it's not always the same food as the pool snack bar. Check out the Hokka bar, yes it's not included but the cocktails are amazing as is the guy that works there

Beach was with small rocks which is difficult to walk on and there is not enough sunbeds for guests. Hotel would really need a reconstruction and better cleaning. Some parts like bars and stairs were smelly a little

The animations in the night were fantastic, we saw the gymnastics, strong man, laser show, synchronical swimming and many more. That was the most advantage of the hotel

Sometimes it bas noisy from the neighbour hotel at night. A wonderful aqua park for adults and children. The whole atmosphere very nice and pleasant

All inclusive, but the food quality is not very good, meat products are especially not recommended. They also make you pick up beach towels from spa, where they try to sell you services like massage

At the end of June, we spent a wonderful time with three families. The service of the staff was top notch. The rooms are cleaned all the time, the food is excellent, so I have no complaints

Very poor quality and variety. The restaurant is too small for the no of rooms and tourists. Aquapark and the entertainment was great, the rooms are very spacious and the hotel is pretty clean

The chic beach is spacious, there is a bar, fresh juices, low alcohol drinks. Entertainment for adults and children. For lovers species I advise you to choose the 6th floor with a sea view

Front office very nice at check-in and checkout as well. The barkeepers are working well but the cocktails are extremely bad. Most probably the ingredients are not good enough. They replace Cointreau with lemon liquor

Myself and a group ladies stayed here in late August for our first girls holiday and it did not disappoint. The hotel is so gorgeous! A highlight is the Boho beach bar, which looks out directly onto the beach

The location of the pool attached to the room we stayed in, was much more sheltered from the sun, which meant the water was actually uncomfortably cold, even in 30° heat. I would say another design flaw

So to go and get a drink, you need to get out the pool, dry off, so you can walk through your room, walk up to the hotel, down to the pool bar, grab 2 small takeaway cocktails to take back to the room (because you don't want to have to do the same again in 20 mins)

It went on for about 10 mins the first time and was so loud it felt like it was in the room! There is also a wooden walkway that runs alongside the room, which makes a horrendous racket, like a heavy piece of furniture being dragged over it, when people arrive at 2/3am

They were the best part of our 10 days vacation. So a big thanks to the staff and the management but the biggest one is to the service staff and their chief🤗
