I’ve had an absolutely wonderful experience at Mövenpick Hotel. The breakfast has been fantastic, with fresh, delicious food and so many options to choose from. Osman and his staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. As I am pregnant, Osman went out of his way to make sure I got everything I needed to satisfy my cravings, which was much appreciated. The level of care and attention to detail made my stay truly special. Because of this lovely experience, my husband and I decided to extend our stay by two more days. Thank you, Mövenpick, for making our stay so memorable!

The rooms are perfect—clean and comfortable, with complete facilities.
The service is very good. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. The food is very good, and Mr. Osman in the restaurant is really friendly and helpful.
The location is perfect, with many restaurants and mini markets around the hotel.
I would recommend this Hotel for anyone who will stay in Kurtkoy area.

Stayed at this hotel due to missing a flight at SAW. The hotel was closer in comparison to the hotel Pegasus placed me in, only 14 minutes away from the airport. Easy check in process. The staff was helpful and efficient. The room was quite big for the price paid, which was a delight.

The hotel located near the airport and surrounded by numerous cafes and restaurants. Our one-night stay was delightful, starting with a very clean and beautifully appointed room. The standout feature, however, was the exceptional staff. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, making our experience truly memorable. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

Visiting from Florida, I stayed here for four nights and it was a superb experience. I did not receive a bad attitude nor negative vibe from any staff here. The rooms were nice, modern and I had a view overlooking the city. The food was also excellent. This hotel contributed to the overall five star experience I had in Türkiye making me not want to leave. I cannot wait to visit Türkiye again.

I am on a business trip in Istanbul and decided to stay at this hotel.
Everything is perfect and the staff are the best staff that I have ever seen during my 15 years of travel.
On the way from the airport, I unfortunately left a piece of my luggage in the taxi while getting out at the hotel. Ms Gulbahar went out of her way to help me and traced the taxi driver. She ensured that I got my luggage back. Thanks again !!!

I had a fantastic stay at the Movenpick Asia hotel for Ten Days. The food was exceptionally good at the breakfast buffet and also the Swiss Bistro restaurant. Everything I ordered from the Swiss Bistro
Was fantastic and huge portions of food as well. Osmon was my server most days at the Bistro, he was very catering and Amy questions I had about the menu he was quick to answer. He speaks good English to which is very helpful. All in all
I give the hotel and Restaurant a 5 star

Seriously, one of the best hotel I have ever been to. The hotel is beautiful, the room is nice. The service was great too. It was the amazing hospitality from people working there like Gulbahar and many others that make me want to come back!!

During my recent stay at a hotel, I encountered an unfortunate experience with the manager( if he was lying about it ) Mr berik that left me quite frustrated. I approached the front desk to resolve a simple issue, expecting courteous service and clear guidance. However, the manager's response was far from what I anticipated.
Right from the start, the manager's demeanor was rude and dismissive. Instead of listening to my concern, he interrupted me multiple times, seeming impatient and uninterested in hearing me out. I asked for clarification on a particular hotel policy, but he brushed me off without providing a proper explanation, merely stating, "That's just how it is." This lack of detail left me confused and unsatisfied.
The manager's attitude only worsened as I pressed for more information. He rolled his eyes and sighed heavily, making it clear that he was annoyed by my questions. When I tried to reason with him, he responded with sharp, condescending remarks that made me feel like I was the one at fault for seeking clarity.
This experience was not only disappointing but also left a negative impression of the hotel's customer service. A manager's role is to ensure that guests feel welcome and valued, but his behavior was the opposite. I hope that the hotel management takes steps to address this issue and train their staff to be more respectful and professional in their interactions with guests.

I ate 2 nights there and my man Osman was awesome he's the restaurant chef. Took his time explained everything and his customer service was great and such a nice guy. The Dallas steak and the Lamb shank meal was so dam good. Also turkish style salad was awesome. If I ever come back I will make sure he is my waiter. Beautiful restaurant!!
