My daughter and I stayed at Hampton by Hilton Istanbul Kurtkoy and we both slept in the same bed. The next day, we woke up covered in red, itchy bites, consistent with bedbug bites. We immediately reported this to the front desk, showed photos, and expressed our concerns — yet nothing was done. No room inspection, no alternative room offered, no follow-up, and no apology.
To make matters worse, the staff was completely uninterested and unhelpful. They showed no care or urgency at all. The hotel charges €50 per person to use the pool, which is outrageous. The breakfast was extremely poor, lacking both quality and variety — absolutely not up to Hilton standards.
I have stayed in many Hilton hotels before and have always trusted the brand. But I have never experienced anything like this. This was a shocking and deeply disappointing stay.
This level of neglect and indifference is unacceptable, especially from a Hilton-branded hotel. Hygiene, hospitality, and guest safety should be a priority. Sadly, we received no support, no accountability, and no solution. I strongly advise against staying here unless the management makes serious improvements.

Nice hotel near to the SAW Istanbul airport. Hardly 2KM from the airport. A lot of places nearby to have great food.

The rooms at Hampton by Hilton, Istanbul are good and comfortable, and the location is decent—convenient enough for most travelers. However, I had a rather disappointing experience with the reception staff during my recent stay.
After a long day of travel (including a sleepless overnight layover in Bahrain), my colleague from Germany and I checked in and settled into our rooms, hoping to finally get some rest. Unfortunately, around 10:30 pm, the reception called and insisted that we come down immediately to settle a payment issue, which was actually due to their own calculation error during check-in.
Despite explaining that we were exhausted and already in bed, the staff were persistent and would not allow us to postpone the payment until the next morning. It was quite surprising and uncomfortable, especially coming from a reputed hotel chain like Hilton. This incident really affected our overall experience and I hope the management looks into improving their guest service in such situations.
Overall, while the hotel itself is fine, I would expect better hospitality and flexibility from Hilton staff, especially when guests are clearly tired after long journeys.

It is disappointing to note that the reception staff do not appear to place a high priority on customer service. While you are occupied with them, they are attending to other clients, seemingly ignoring your presence.
The airport transfer was poorly managed, the information was not displayed at the airport, and we were obliged to share our email communication. Fortunately, I have a local interest connection. We waited for 15 minutes for the pickup, and upon arrival at the reception, I was informed that the pickup would need to be cash since I was required to use my business payment card. This request was very inconvenient.

Great to stay if needed to travel to SAW airport on early morning.
Surrounded with a lot of restaurants a d maybe this is the reason the hotel only serve breakfast.
Overall are good. Service are delighted, especially Enes, check out for me and served me a coffee as he know I will stay in the lobby for half an hour before I will book a taxi

My sisters and I had an amazing stay at this hotel. A special thanks to Ramazan at the reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay in Istanbul unforgettable. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made a difference. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. Thank you again, Ramazan, for making our stay so wonderful!

Supervisor at reception in the evening ( Mr even) extremely have bad attitude and behavior, this kind of person should not be working In hospitality business or work as a receptionist, how you talk to customer are extremely rude, I’m not sure I’m the first person who making complaints about him but I’m not gonna be the last.

I love everything here, the sheets, the rooms and also the friendly receptionists, esp Nevy (we have the same birthday)😍. The proximity to almost all shops - money exchange, IT and cellphone shops, Starbucks, Migros, malls, and even massage. For massage I go to Donna D’oro. Also if you crave authentic Turkish meals, it’s just around the corner, or if Asian food, Chinese & Sushi express is just a walk away. Perfect location, Sabiha Airport is only 100Turkish Lira (5 mins away or 3-5$ ). Breakfast is also complete.

I have never been in such a bad hotel, the staff was uninterested and even very rude. A very important thing, at the reception during the night when you are checking out, they are unable to issue you an invoice for the full amount because the cutoff is at 6 AM. I have never encountered such a system in any hotel in the world.

Very convenient location to go to SAW airport, room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was best I had in any other Hampton Inns. There are several restaurants walking distance from the hotel.
