Spent one night here to simplify catching my early flight without having to wake up too early after a hard day. Even though the price was a bit high I must say that I was happily surprised about the overall quality of this hotel. It was peaceful and silent, even room air conditioning was possible to close for perfect silence. The bed in the spacious room was a real double bed and I slept so well. I ate lentil soup for late dinner at the restaurant and it was just as it should be although no water was offered to me as a meal drink. I didn't visit sauna nor the gym, maybe next time. WiFi worked perfectly and was easy to log into. TV had so many channels from all over the world and had also mobile and laptop integration technology. If there was a pool I would give five stars. Metro station is right next to the hotel as well as car rental offices and other services of the airport. A hidden gem in front of all the travellers.

I had an overnight connection and with my unsatisfactory experience at kepler, I decided to try this hotel. The wifi was great, worked just fine, the service was good even though lines form at check in. I ordered room service, which was very quick and adequately priced. The room was very clean and the furniture was new. I felt very safe as a young woman traveling alone.

The hotel does not refund money for free cancellation (reservation 1004335). I have been seeking a refund for 2 months after the cancellation, no changes have occurred. Ignore the emails. Horrible hotel, if you don't want to be scammed don't visit it!

I reserved a doble bed, but they told me they don’t have and gave me a two single bed room. The rooms look clean, the location is perfect BUT, the service was awful! Waited to have a beer for 25 min. no one came, finally got it by myself…no one came to ask my second order…again I went to the bar and got my own beer…It is not a self service bar, It is an AWFUL SERVICE! If you are going to sleep here, it is ok, but don’t eat or drink!

Drink prices are very very expensive. Not everyone take their wage from dollars or euros. Pillows are too big. Staff good. The reception doesnt take our request seriously , but the woman in responsible about rooms are very helpful. He said(reception) ve dont have any 3 bedroom rooms but they have many...

Great place to stay if you have long flights.
The room was perfectly clean. A baby bed was provided. Breakfast was excellent, it starts from 4:30am. At the bar, I found the prices to be quite overpriced. A 0,33 bottle of Corona will cost you 10 euros.

Very close to the airport. Walking distance ca. 2 mins. Fair prices and clean. Good for a layover at night

Terrible experience. Had to cancel last minute due to a bereavement in the family, not only they took the money anyway - which is the least important thing - they had the courage to tell me "if you would have told us this morning or yesterday we could have done something". Apologies if I do not own a crystal ball and I do not predict deaths. Thank you for being so cold hearted. I will never book with them when I'll reschedule my business trip, even if the location is great, and for this reason they have for sure resold the 4 rooms I had booked for the same night without any trouble, and maybe doubled the price.

This hotel requires your passport number to access the hotel wifi. They will tell you it is for your own security- which is a lie. It's simply so they - and the government - can track your internet usage and probably read your emails. It's invasive and unacceptable and it would never be tolerated in any European or truly free country.
