Be careful of the staff at this hotel!!!

The hotel is fine, but the staff attitude is extremely rude, they refused to allow a friend coming to pick me check out to come to the room, and she asked for money to allow him, believe it or not!!!!

Over the past 30 years, that was the most rude receptionist attitude/behavior i have ever faced.. a very ugly image giving about her country especially next to the airport.

She refused to give her name or connect me to the supervisor and said I am the supervisor and manager.!!!

The stay was fine, however we got food poisoning from the restaurant. I do not recommend eating here at all. Not only did we have to fly with severe food poisoning but whatever we got lasted 10+ days and ruined our engagement. Be extremely careful to order room service or eat at the restaurant.

Somehow disappointing stay. Yes, bed was comfortable and I had a good night sleep and it was quiet, which I appreciated. But then : the drainage of the shower in my room 317 was clogged: the shower plate would fill up immediately so I had to stop the running water to allow it to slowly drain and not flood the bathroom. The handle directing the water to the big shower head above was not fully functional : it stops halfway so part of the water was running down and not getting up to get a shower with full pressure experience. The service is very slow and the spoken English level is not good enough: I asked for a bigger cup for my tea with more water and it never came. The salad I ordered lacked seasoning: I asked for olive oil they brought me vinegar. I ask for sweets and fruits only the sweets came. I asked for directions in the lobby they could not even point me in the right direction (there are 2 elevators and one of them does not go to the reception so I had to circle around to find the another one, the staff could not help). The breakfast is generous but not even one non-diary milk available - no almond, coco, oat or soya milk…The experience does not leave up to the standard for the price you pay. Needs improvement.

The hotel does not refund money for free cancellation (reservation 1004335). I have been seeking a refund for 2 months after the cancellation, no changes have occurred. Ignore the emails. Horrible hotel, if you don't want to be scammed don't visit it!

I reserved a doble bed, but they told me they don’t have and gave me a two single bed room. The rooms look clean, the location is perfect BUT, the service was awful! Waited to have a beer for 25 min. no one came, finally got it by myself…no one came to ask my second order…again I went to the bar and got my own beer…It is not a self service bar, It is an AWFUL SERVICE! If you are going to sleep here, it is ok, but don’t eat or drink!
