ARIA RESORT & SPA HOTEL Ultra All Inclusive

My recent stay at Hotel Aria was a mix of delightful experiences and a few small disappointments.

The hotel itself is impeccably clean, and the rooms are very nice, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay. The beach, though small, is quite pretty, and there are plenty of free sun beds available for guests, making it a lovely spot to relax and soak up the sun. The pool areas are also well-maintained, providing a refreshing escape from the heat.

The hotel's staff is generally friendly and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the drinks served at the bar are delicious, adding to the overall enjoyment of the stay. The entertainment team deserves a special mention—they were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and made the activities so much fun. We loved participating in the various events they organized.

The main restaurant was very good, especially for meat lovers like us, offering a variety of tasty meat dishes every day. Special themed days like Turkish, Mexican, or Fish Day added an exciting twist to the dining experience. The snack bar also provided awesome food between meals. However, we had an unfortunate experience when we wanted to get a snack before our departure. The staff ignored us for five minutes, and when I approached them, they told us they were no longer serving, even though it was only 16:45 and they were supposed to serve food until 17:00.

The spa center was another mixed experience. When we inquired about massage prices and mentioned we would come another day, the staff member responded rudely, saying, "your body, your problem," and indicated that prices might be higher the next day. Despite this off-putting interaction, we decided to proceed with the massage. The massage itself was quite nice, offering a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, the post-massage experience was less enjoyable. The same staff member provided a counselling session, pressuring us to book additional back massages, citing issues with our lower backs. After speaking with other hotel guests, seems like everyone we talked to has a lower back problem and needs more massages. This money-draining tactics left a sour taste regarding the spa services.

PS. Renovate or loose the gym, it’s an embarrassment of a 5-star hotel

These are only small problems that management should address.

Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Aria and will probably come back! The excellent amenities and friendly staff make it a wonderful place to stay.

We spent two weeks in this hotel. The views are great, you can watch the sunset every day. The food is very good and available all the time. I recommend the Turkish a la carte restaurant. There is no problem with sunbeds. It is very clean, the rooms are cleaned every day. Very friendly staff, and the entertainment team entertains guests all day long. There are many shops near the hotel, and if someone wants to go to the center, there are buses from outside the hotel. Special thanks to Linda and Artun for creating a great place to relax. Gözde in the main restaurant who made sure that every meal was unforgettable. Sahin who took care of our drinks. And of course Zoia and Jay Jay from the entertainment team who made our time more pleasant. And to the lady who cleaned the 6th floor, always smiling and always preparing some surprise in the room. Of course the whole team in the hotel is great, so I recommend staying in this hotel.

beautiful and well-maintained hotel. It’s not one of those giant ones, making it ideal for families. The rooms are very spacious and clean, the bathrooms are roomy, and the showers are enormous. Everything is precise and organized in detail. At the bar, the restaurant, and the water park, you never have to wait in line, even when the hotel is fully booked.I must say that what impressed me the most is the professionalism and courtesy of the staff, who never disturb the guests. The beach is very beautiful, with plenty of available spots. The pools are clean and spacious, never overcrowded.Dear manager reading these reviews, I hope you respond. Of these 5 stars, I want to dedicate one to:Waiter Ibrahim: great professionalism and excellent service.Pool bar barman, Çedar: even though he is only 19 years old, he is the best in service, speed, and his drinks really make a difference. Besides not being attractive, they are not even friendly.I would open the water park from 9 AM to 6 PM. Four hours a day is too little.I will definitely return to your hotel

Had an excellent week at Aria with my husband and baby son. The staff are so fantastic with babies and could not do more to accommodate us every day. A beautiful hotel with lovely food. One very minor downside is the transfer time from Antalya Airport which is almost 2 hours but don't let that put you off, it's worth the extra trek!

Great service, very kind people, bunch of entertainment for both kids and adults. Boat rides, paragliding, surfing… There is group aerobic in water, pools for kids, pikado games, spa, big choice of food, cocktails etc…

I spent a relaxing and delightful holiday from June 2nd to 9th at the Aria Resort & Spa Hotel in Alanya, Antalya, Turkey. Over these 9 days, I had a wonderful experience. Without a doubt, I give this Aria Resort & Spa Hotel a full five stars, and if I could, I would give it even more.
This hotel was not gigantic in size, but as a 5-star hotel with multiple locations in Turkey, it was still quite substantial. The facilities and amenities were clean and luxurious, allowing guests to enjoy the refined atmosphere and services that a 5-star rating promises. My room was well-kept throughout the 8-day stay, and the dedication and friendliness of the staff were truly impressive.

Although I haven't had many all-inclusive holidays—this being my fourth—I can confidently say that the dining experience at the Aria Resort & Spa Hotel was among the best I've ever had. Every meal was excellent, with standout features being the Mediterranean seafood dishes and the abundant, fresh salads. The vegetables were always crisp and fresh, never wilted or spoiled, and a dedicated staff member consistently ensured the cleanliness and orderliness of the food areas.

The daily fish barbecues were a delightful highlight, and the lamb barbecue at the Aria Resort & Spa Hotel was grilled to perfection, reminiscent of Michelin-star quality, with rich and savory flavors. Although I usually avoid lamb due to its strong smell, the lamb here was odorless and exceptionally tender, making me crave it again as I write this review.
Each day featured a new menu, offering a variety of special dishes, which made my 7-day dining experience truly delightful. Through this review, I want to extend my deepest gratitude to the head chef and a heartfelt thank you to all the kitchen staff for their exceptional work.

My first night’s memory of the hotel was not pleasant. The rudeness of the bartender at the main bar on my first night continued into the second night, significantly souring the mood for both my friend and me. However, what followed turned the situation around and ultimately led me to write this review.

On the second night, after the ongoing issues with the bartender, Chief Waiter Cadnan approached me and offered a sincere apology, assuring me that he would do everything possible to resolve the issue. From the first to the last day of my stay, the rest of the staff at the main bar were friendly and accommodating. Even on that unpleasant second night, another waiter—whose name, unfortunately, I don't remember—made a significant effort to improve our experience.

The next day, F&B Manager Sinan met with us during lunch. He extended a heartfelt apology and reassured us that the hotel and its management are committed to providing the best service to guests, especially when issues arise. The bartender also came over to offer a polite apology.

I was genuinely impressed by how the hotel addressed our concerns. Despite the size of the hotel, Chief Waiter Cadnan and F&B Manager Sinan didn't overlook our discomfort. Instead, they made every effort to ensure our remaining six days were filled with attentive and kind service. Their dedication turned our experience around.

Additionally, I’d like to extend my gratitude to the head chef. Due to our tight schedule, we had to leave for the airport early and missed the chance to have a proper meal before heading back to the UK. Knowing this, the chef kindly prepared packed meals for us. This gesture was especially meaningful as I had a long journey back to Bristol from London, and there wasn’t any time to buy food on the way. Thank you once again for making our stay memorable and comfortable.

Lastly... Although I can't remember all their names to include in this review, I express deep gratitude to the many staff members whose kindness made me want to visit Aria Resort & Spa Hotel again. If you enjoy drinks, Aria Resort & Spa Hotel is a must. The beer, wine, and cocktails were all top-notch. It was truly the best. Thank you for reading this lengthy review.

We stayed at this hotel 7 days, it was amazing, the room is very clean, the lady that was cleaning she really knew how to do her job, she came every day to clean and change everything in the bathroom, which I really loved. The food was very tasty, me and boyfriend really loved it, the “a la carte” restaurant amazing I have nothing to complain about , the people are so nice all of them, speak very nice with you.

It was my first time being in Turkiye with my family and Aria Hotels made our stay memorable and pleasurable.

When we checked in, Berkan and Okan helped with the check in and Luggage assistance. When we got to the room, we were taken back by how spacious the family room was.

We had an all inclusive package, which was worth it. The food choices were excellent and drinks were available all day.

Special mention to Ksenia from the entertainment team, who was very lovely and welcoming. Yasin from the dining team was great as well.

I would definitely recommend Aria Spa and Resorts for your stay.

Excellent hotel that knows hot to impress guests! We had a fantastic family holiday at Aria. Rooms were very clean and amenities well looked after. All members of staff are amazing and really know how to entertain and are excellent at communicating. There is plenty of activities during the day and fantastic night entertainment show. Food is very good too, plenty of options for vegetarian guests.
Overall excellent value for money and definitely worth visiting. Thank you Aria Resort Spa for making our holiday perfect 😊
