I've been there 3 times. This time I experienced the bad experience, room beds where like sleeping on springs no iron plus most things were closed as of end of season. But overall was good my child loved it and the food was OK..

Nice atmosphere for families looking for a beach vacation. The resort offers many options such as yoga, water polo, beach volleyball, nightly entertainment. They also have kids crafting and activities available. The pools are nice and we found the beach nice as well. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We have our last night here today. Got our favorite ice coffee from Yasin, the best bartender at the resort. Always friendly! Food is always fresh and there is a great variety. The beach is great and so are the pools. One thing I did not like was that people reserved pool- and beachchairs with their towels. That shouldn't be allowed!

We had such a great family holiday here. My partner proposed to me on the beach, so Eftalia Holiday Village will always hold a special place! Staff were fantastic and location is great. We are actually hoping to return in the next year or so. Very good place to relax with Family (children). Service on the high quality. Good, smiling People. Area is so big, a lot swimming polls, pipes, slides, food on the high level. I recommend of this place to spend good time.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days. Whilst the experience as a whole, was certainly a positive one, there are some things we found frustrating. Whilst the hotel is great, it's not a 5 star hotel. The rooms are nothing particularly special, standard rooms with air-conditioning. We didn't have any problems at all with our rooms. The cleaning lady, does a great job, always leaves a nice swan in the duvets...
Cons (lot of them but they are not so important) : Sunbeds are reserved for all the time by other stupid people, and the hotel service does not remove towels from sunbeds at the end of the day. There is a strange smell from the pillows, even if they are exchanged daily. The music is too loud at the swimming pool (louder than in a disco club). Hotel spa staff are pushy and will offer you a massage...

They say it’s 5 starts hotel but it is far away from 5 stars. In my opinion this is an 4 stars hotel. This hotel is mainly focused on tourists from Russia, bit a shame because 80 % of the personnel don’t even speak English. All the programs and animations are in Russian language. Great 5 star hotel in Konakli. Good food, friendly staff and good location approx 13km to Alanya centre but loads to do on resort and local area
The hotel overall had a good vibe. Would like to thank Julia by the poolside for fantastic helpful service. The scenery, pool and outside facilities are great. Furniture inside the room certainly needs to be updated, and no kettle! In short, need to make a better effort to cater for UK, English speaking visitors. Would recommend still. The hotel is old and the food is bad. Everyday the same things, nothing to choose. Cleaning is very poor, wi fi is not free. The single advantage is location just near the sea, pools are clean and well designed..
Is just 5 hours that i am in this place and is the worst experience of my life. We arrived here at 10 am and they didn't give yet to us a room. Is the most dirty place that i have ever seen, starting with the food that is disgusting, with the dishes that are not cleaned, even to thr chairs you can't sit from all the dirty thst they have. And the best part you pay 1500 euro and they don't give even...
Nice hotel, good food, nice rooms and great stuff. Great slides and great pools. The food from the terrace are really good and the all inclusive it's great.
