We have our last night here today. Got our favorite ice coffee from Yasin, the best bartender at the resort. Always friendly! Food is always fresh and there is a great variety. The beach is great and so are the pools. One thing I did not like was that people reserved pool- and beachchairs with their towels. That shouldn't be allowed!

From the beginning, very far from the airport (2 hours by car) and far from being a 5 star hotel... We stayed in the old building, so everything is quite worn out or outdated. The elevators seem newer but look cheap and tacky and are really small. More important aspects would be the really thin walls and balcony door. We could hear all our neighbours and the loud music from outside until falling asleep...

We were on vacation in Doganay and honestly I will never come back. Small rooms,need to be fixed and refreshed. Me and my partner visited for 6 days. We arrived late and were greeted with a warm welcome a staff member helped us to our room and then told us there is a late supper on which we are welcome to go to. The pools were all amazing and some fun games around the pool with the animation team such as water polo and water gym. My wife and my son and I stayed in this hotel for 8 nights, it has a good family atmosphere, the rooms are clean and cleaning is done every day. Every night there is entertainment program and show for children and every night dance was done at the beach bar.

Dated hotel,ok if you like cold food not much hot choice. Food recycled from previous meals.There was some beautiful cakes tho. Had clean towels every day but beds not changed during stay. I have just spent 2-weeks long holiday at Club Kastalia and it was really great! Very nice resort with small accomodation buildings spread over large, green area, resulting in the resort area not being crowded. Lot of quiet places allowing to rest. Aquapark and miniclub for chidren (VERY important for families), 'quiet' pool for adults and two other pools for everyone. Great food in restaurant, helpful...

The hotel used to be luxurious long time ago. now it is far from 5 stars. All baths are dirty - rust, mold and repulsive smell. Though if you complain - they could clean it better and the smell gets bareable. The food is gorgeous - lots, delicious, varied, tasty! The best I've tried. I'm nervous when I read reviews, but the rooms are clean, well maintained and new materials to be used, it's a relief. The variety of food in the least, but it's enough. All of the employees was friendly and helpful. Pool is clean and the beach is a very important criteria. I'm happy to have chosen this hotel as a family.

Rested at this hotel in July 2015. The hotel is family-run, quiet, peaceful night brawlers was not. If you want a night of dancing, 3 of the hotel(about 400 meters) from the MS beach, MS is arancia, there is disco and very decent. I put 4 and not 5 because it seemed to us very little space in the room. Will definitely be in this hotel.

We lived in the new campus, the tiny room was cleaned every day. This is the only plus ) but the food did not like , almost all of lamb, 2 kinds of fruit, oil, artificial, juices from powder, Kool-aid. The child had nothing to feed .left hungry.

We were really happy with the service at Bera Alanya. Especially with the animation team , a special mention for Suna at the animation team. She was really sweet, helpful, entertaining. Cons (lot of them but they are not so important) : Sunbeds are reserved for all the time by other stupid people, and the hotel service does not remove towels from sunbeds at the end of the day. Beautiful hotel & lovely attentive staff, very clean with lots of things to do with kids. Scenery is to die for and the entertainment is pretty good too, the only downfall is the food isn't so great and other holidaymakers are very rude and greedy (not all but most) especially when it comes to the food, sun loungers and inclusive amenities which was a bit of a let down.

Clean and quiet rooms with a great view over the ocean (at least for those who pay extra for a room with an ocean view) the room was okay, a bit damaged but OK for being in Turkey. I loved their pool with seawater in it. Unfortunately, they don't allow children but i did not know that when i made my reservation but they made an exception. A fabulous tranquility with a saltwater pool. They have a calm shady garden with sunbeds and a restaurant where you can choose between all sorts of delicious food, that you can enjoy indoor in their luxurious saloon or out on the terass facing the Mediterranean sea. There is room for improvement howether - The coffee is real good only in Starbucks and in the hotel interior court. the rest of the coffee machines are average. Everything else was fantastic! Everything is ok. The Best barman Merih, Mustafa and Murat. A lot of tasty food everything. A lot of entertainment. Clean room and servis.

This hotel is a fantasy. We have loved our stay there. All of the staff are so pleasant, friendly and helpful. The food is divers and so delicious, we have loved the Starbucks Café and the virgin Mohitos were also a dream. The hotel is very clean, we got our towels changed as well as our beds made every day. The hotel itself is nice. Clean, nice service, great pool area, awesome meal selection. Adequate to 5 star hotel. Some receptionists don't speak English, spa staff also has troubles with English but is willing to help or call some English speaking person. The orientation to Russian/Ukrainian clients is obvious. Rested in 2014. It was the first holiday in Turkey and delight knew no bounds. Cleaned up very clean. The guys tried, cleaned, smiled, and most importantly created a warm atmosphere. The hotel is small, everyone knew each other, it was nice and cozy. They spoke Russian well, they always did everything at the first request. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

We came twice and both times we were very satisfied. The owner of the hotel, Cengiz Bey, is relevant and friendly. So do the employees. They do everything to make the guests comfortable. The food does not look for a 5 star hotel, it is scrumptious. The hotel is generally clean and comfortable. Perfect for listening. We recommend it to everyone.

Spend 10 days there recently . Very clean hotel , lovely and helpful staff , good food , grilled meat , freshly pizzas made in between meals , entertainment during the day at pool side and in the evening. Hotel has own beach bar with soft drinks n food while u stay at beach . Sunlounges for free as well . Location good just 10 mins to Alanya by bus . Very sad had to leave and definitely revisit soon...
