TUI BLUE Pascha Bay

Our recent stay at TUI Blue Pascha Bay was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a seamless check-in process. The hotel itself is stunning, with well-maintained facilities and a beautiful setting that added to the overall charm of our holiday.

The meals at the hotel were perfect. Each dining experience offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. The quality and presentation of the food were consistently impressive, making every meal a delightful experience.

A special shout-out to the entertainment team, particularly Can and Berfin. They were absolutely the best, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and genuine friendliness to their roles. Their efforts made our stay even more enjoyable, as they went above and beyond to ensure guests were entertained and having a great time.

Overall, TUI Blue Pascha Bay exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable holiday. We can't wait to return!

Great hotel, very well-kept, the cleanliness of the rooms and the surrounding area is great, public toilets are very clean and fragrant, beautiful greenery, the buildings are very well located, the restaurant and bar are centrally located, delicious food, great drinks, very nice evening shows, during a lot of attractions every day for children (golf, exercises in the water and the wonderful Bamse club - my children could not complain about the lack of activities) and adults (exercises in the water and outdoors, football, table tennis, volleyball, water polo... ) wonderful and very helpful and very nice staff (they put a lot of heart into making guests feel as good as possible) special thanks to Cem (guest relations ) , Volkan ( guest relations menager ) , Cemil & Umit ( chefs ) Tekin ( F&B ) , Mustafa ( hesdwaiter ) ,Anna and Emma for help, and great advice regarding the hotel and trips, and wonderful Sanne for amazing training in the pool and on the beach- YOU ARE THE BEST!!! It is difficult to list all the staff but I would like to thank each and every one of you for a wonderful holiday at Tui Blue Pascha Bay!!! you are awesome!!!

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Samet Çetin for his exceptional assistance with our early check-in. Despite the hotel being fully booked and our very late arrival, he provided us with a temporary room so we could rest after a long journey. Thank you so much for your understanding and effort, Mr. Samet. Your kindness made a significant difference in our stay.

Really nice hotel for the kids and Also for adults with alot of activities. Special Thanks to Alp who was very friendly and really helpful, all the activities he managed was excellent especially basketball. Made our stay really enjoyable. / edi

I had a holiday in May last year. I will go again. I want to get a price. hotel staff is very friendly. The entertainment team for the family is very good. There is a nice welcome at the entrance and the food is good. I would also like to thank the entertainment team

We had our first family holiday abroad here and absolutely loved it. The food and drinks are great, how the staff keep up with it all I don't know but they do a fab job! Entertainment is good in the evenings, mainly focused on the little ones earlier on then a main act at 9pm which were all really good. We have to praise the waiting staff, they were all fantastic and work so hard to make sure you have a great holiday. The beach is beautiful and everywhere is kept so clean and tidy. The room cleaners did a great job even with our messy kids room! Only things I would grumble a bit at is that the road in front of the hotel is very busy and noisy all the way through the night, it did wake me a few times but that can't be helped. The pool is absolutely freezing, it was ok when you needed to cool down a bit but honestly I preferred to swim in the sea it was warmer. Overall we had an amazing and unforgettable holiday here and didn't want to leave.

We were at the hotel from 08/10/2023. Vast area, good food and very good contact with the staff. The best manager is CEM - he and his entire crew deserve bonuses. Thank you very much and best regards. I recommend.

I came on a holiday pregnant with a girlfriend. We were SO HAPPY there I can recommend it to everyone, we consider to do our small wedding there on pier. It’s very beautiful, food is absolutely top, but the service and staff so friendly! Everyone is genuinely happy from working there. Since I was pregnant I was really treated like a queen. I was used to only 5star huge hotels where there were many people, too crowded, noisy, and difficult to eat dinner, Pascha has 3/4stars I think, but It was one of the cleanest, and most friendly hotels I have been to with nice games during the day, rich program for children (I loved it :) and every evening half an hour baby songs (baby shark etc). I definitely look forward to come back with family.

Came here with the family, including three children between ages 4-14. We had a wonderful time enjoying the activities and food offered. All-inclusive is definitely worth every penny.

The hotel is located between two cities, both of which can easily be accessed by bus or taxi.

Pros:

entertainment provided by the TUI team generally speaking ok, but visiting groups/artists were better

Please can you pass on my kindest wishes and thanks to Aslihan in the Restaurant. She was extremely helpful and so kind to me. I have an allergy to milk and egg, which means its hard for me whenever I go on holiday and can be stressful for me. However Aslihan made my holiday special and looked after me whenever I needed anything. She spoke clear, fluent English and would double check with chefs for me if she was there every evening she was on shift.

For me this was the highlight of my holiday, as it made it no stress and no hassle. It was lovely to have someone who cared and could help me. Other staff where no where near as helpful, or not bothered. I even went to some restaurants in Alanya and they would laugh and joke about the allergy, I find this rude. Aslihan was so kind and understanding which made my holiday.

I must stress that Aslihan should be promoted, even a pay rise, staff like this are valuable and deserve to be looked after.
I wish Aslihan all the best in the future and am sure she will go far in life.

Big thank you to Mr Ali the waiter as well, he was great and also made our holiday fantastic.
