Hotels with water slides in Mahmutlar

We rested in a large company, 6 adults and 2 children. The food is very well, just very good. Rooms were cleaned daily with flowers and swans. We settled in immediately upon arrival

I was here in june 2023 for a week and now for 2 weeks, both times i loved it here

First thing, as a sauna fanatik i was looking forward to use the sauna atleast once every 2 days, but the temperature is not high enough, a sauna should be 85 to 90 degrees minimum and there should be a bucket with water that we can pour on the stones every few minutes or a system that pour waters automaticly every few minutes

I enjoyed my vacation at the kirbiyik resort. It is a nice resort with two swimming Pools and a nice quit private beach. The people who work thee are nice and helpful. The food is really good and varied

The building might need a little renovation but the facilities and conditions are good. There are 2 Pools outside, one of them with slides and one indoors, all of them well maintained

Food was delicious. Location is perfect close to Alanya city centre and Alanya ( Gazipasha airport). Clean and have 3 pools and own beach that easy to access.

Pros: Close to the beach, local shop and mosque at walking distsnce, swimming pool with slides, smaller pool for kids, 24/7 reception, Air con in rooms, reception staff speak English, Clean rooms Cons: Facilities, housekeeping doesn't come without asking, I didn't have a fridge in my room for the first 48 hours, the location is kind of remote 20min drive from Alanya, limited selection for food that...

Food almost identical each day and nothing was hot! Like warm if you were lucky No cold water in bathroom so had to clean teeth in hot water 😫

Lovely hotel and lovely resort. Shame the food wasn't particularly good and the manner of service in the restaurant was something we've never had before. The hotel allowed the guests to put towels on sunbeds at 5

(Thankfully these awful German guests left) after a few days and there were sunbeds still available at 9am for those coming down to the pool later

Sufficient number of sun beds and the pool sparkling clean. Rooms are being disinfected against infestation with certain period. There is insufficient room, the lobby and restaurant

We got sea view room with no extra charge paid! Animation team give their best to entartain the guests! Negative: Food was very traditional, for people who like Turkish food that is a positive, for my family it would be better to also have some more european meals

Now it is called Armas Prestige. For slightly demanding tourists, a very good place. Good food, friendly staff, pool, tunnel from the hotel directly to the sea, a children's room

Structures and facilities of an European 5 stars, but service lacks a bit of professionalism, and there are to many payed extras, even with the all-inclusive offer. Great place for family vacations, nonetheless.

Cons: - Even with the all included they have stuffs you may pay appart, some juices for example. - NOBODY there speak english, 1,5/10 people if you lucky. - This hotel is 3,5 hours away from the airport

This hotel is clean and you can walk to the beach in just 2 minutes, on the beach they have a cantina and a bar where you can order without go back to the hotel. They have a lot of activities daily

So all the reviews that were up to 2016 it is true ((( half does not work (lifts, toilets, bars) alcohol only local and intermittent( men complained) is no animation for all ( kids disappointed)

The hotel was in the may holidays. The hotel was closed for 2 years and we were hoping that advertising will bring, as they say, the chic and shiny, but this did not happen

Nice Hotel on the Riviera of Alanya. Very nice and clearly Water and wunderful Beach. The hotel hafe a little Aquapark Two Swimmingpools and Softanimation but the Meals was not ok. Not fresh enough

Food is beautiful , you have very big choice and it's very delicious. It has many pools , for babies , for bigger kids and for adults

The food was normally, nothing special, but many people equals many kind of food. Swimming pool was only for us cause there were a few people👍. We were very, very satisfied🙏❤️

Rooms are clean , there are people that clean rooms almost every day , people in the hotel are all friendly. I recommend , if you go in this hotel , you go like all inclusive

Visited the hotel 3 years ago. I had one of my best vacations there. Variety of well-made food, regular cleaning, nice beach. In 2019 everything was excellent.

It was the best vacation, ww were there only woman, 4 adults and 2 kids. But the negative was: internet, was on order only on reception, on 4th day we bought wifi cards-at last

Maybe it's primarily because we're English and we were frankly the only English holiday makers present

Never a sunbed available in pool areas, unless you're the type to put towels on them at 6 in the morning, not our style

For example only watermelon, apples and some citrus fruits. The desserts weren’t so good because the cakes were very similar to one another but it depends from the persons taste in cakes

Beds basic and lacking comfort. Pools, bars and eating facilities were great and the staff did their very best, in the circumstances

We payed 2€ a day for wifi, but the quality of it was very good! Safe is also for charge 2€ a day. I was sad that they didn’t give us early breakfast so be prepared to not eat if you have an early flight home

The one thing I liked was that you could make your own salad because they provided the greens and sauces separately. In my opinion, a minus was that they didn’t provide a lot of fruits

Free alcoholic drings but a few selections on it. Had awesome animations such as music,ping pong ,pool etc. Beach is very close,mostly sand but as you enter the water there are pebbles and big rocks

Nice average hotel when you don't want to pay a lot of money for a luxury hotel, As an unpretentious person, it was enough, small cozy rooms and food was excellent, Every evening there was a program and a good pool table, It was close to the beach via the underpass, There are very good markets and bazaars behind the hotel

You need to understand this and not expect much from him. We liked it: the sea is 100 meters from the building, the food is normal, everything works in the room. Disliked: the room is really not very big

Went june 2023,hotel staff are nice but dont know much english,only turkish or russian. Food was awesome changed everyday i loved their rice. Drinks are free during breakfast,lunch and dinner

The citycentre is close by taxi or bus but beware dont accept the hotels private taxi ,it will be a random person driving you so i suggest you get real turkish taxi

The negative thing is that at the reception they ask 20€ per week for wifi

There is an outdoor pool and a fitness but quite old equipments. Everything else is excluded, hamam, sauna etc. You can not take someone to your room, you have to pay

It’s very good value for money hotel one down side was the food. The location is bit far away from town and restaurants due to this would make more sense if they add half-board or all inclusive with extra cost.

We managed to get an entire 1 bedroom unit, literally a 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen, bathroom and living room. Yes we did laundry which isn't that common while on holiday. Great staff and very friendly

It isn't in downtown Alanya but a quick drive gets you there. There's a migros in the area and a wonderful little beach bar down the street, maybe a 10 min walk if not less

Normally with this price range there will be always a problem with AC :) Breakfast and dinner were included and food is okay. Not bad, not like in restaurant

Everything about room was good enough and clean. AC had no problem for the entire holiday (one week)

A very good hotel. Nice service. Lots of delicious food, close to the sandy beach. The owner of the hotel was very nice, he invited us for a private dinner. A very enjoyable vacation. Stay 08.2021. I recomend it!!!

The rooms are good ,just food was the same all the time ..you don't have a very choices.Their English are bad like maine but we are understand ,a little Russian ,English and Macedonian.The people are very kind.

Food is good as long as you don't expect any meat or fish. That said, you can still have perfect dinner in one of restaurants located all around the hotel. Prices will range around 10-15 EUR including an Efes Pilsen

There was some gravel from the beach on the floor in our room at arrival and the same when we left so it was not cleaned a single time during one week. Anyway, not a big deal if you keep your shoes on

The hotel is perfect for Russian nationality vegetarian. The staff is very friendly but almost none of them understand English nor German. You will hardly hear any music but Russian pop

2 pools, slides, near the sea, sunbeds in abundance. The food is good, lots of desserts, fruits, meat only chicken, sausage and fish however, sometimes offal

Of course the chlorine in the pool felt, but not fatal. The sea of course leaves much to be desired, ie the place. There are two sides stones and uncomfortable to swim there, ALL bathed in the middle

The Hotel is middle class hotel with clean and good service. Here is the main problem with its beach. It is rocky and not comfortable at all.

I liked it, it wasn’t that bad as the reviews said I came here 2018 august for 2 week trip in the beach there was a lady who made pizza it was delicious I also liked the beach only thing I had a problem with is with the internet wasn’t thst good & the elevator went dark when I was on it

The bar, dining area, and pool area were always impeccably clean Food variety was minimal but healthy and very nicely presented

At nights they gave pool party which is very amusant activity

This hotel is a good place to stay not because of luxury but because of some of very friendly waiters the foods are not so bad not so good but i liked the sincere atmosphere of place ı have with a boy ın the name of Halit he is such a good boy that everyone loved him and so sincere and if you like this type of genuine hotels then come here

Firstly i would like to say thank you SADAF and HAKAN. As it was because of them that made our (my friend too) stay there very good. Both constantly on the go yet always smiling and treated EVERYONE as equals

If you are Russian, male and female GULHAN the "manager" will welcome you and be extremely hospitable. If you're a female of every other nation and can't speak Turkish and russian, then you're buggered

3-The pool is nice big clean 4-The sea is very close, you just pass through a 30 m tunnel, sunbeds and umbrellas are enough. The sea water is very clear and clean

Since it is only used by hotel guests, it is not a problem to find calm and sunbeds and umbrellas no matter what time of the day you go. The most beautiful hours of the sea are morning hours

This should be taken into account when commenting on a full price/performance hotel. Positive aspects; 1- A complete family hotel, local and foreign, everyone is very calm and smiling

2-I think the meals are according to the hotel price. Good four kinds of main course (Chicken-meatballs mainly), appetizers are good, salad varieties are fresh, fruits watermelon melon orange Desserts are nice 6-7 kinds

7-There is no slide in the pool 8-The drinks are unlimited, but you always buy them in glasses, not cans or bottles, you get the water from the dispenser, and the quality of the drinks is low, such as fruit juices are made from tank powder in the markets

Negatives; 1- Insufficient parking lot 2 - Rooms are a bit small 3- The furnishings and pillows in the room are old. 4-The bed and pillows smell like sweat. 5-There are almost no entertainment activities in the hotel

Speaks good in both English and Russian. Food without much variety, but everything is very fresh and tasty. At breakfast there is no butter, sweet jam and honey
