Divan spa was super nice the Turkish bath was different I would do research first if you’re American. Additionally great customer service, the masseuse was awesome a d the place is very clean and elegant! I would come here again and u highly recommend.

Great service, nice people, walking distance to promenade and shopping mall. We spent really nice weekend in this hotel. Breakfasts were great, and there are some really good wines at restaurant upstairs.

Kaan and Ufuk (manager) are truly a gem! I am traveling with my mom and they made sure she was well taken care of. The service is SUPER. 5 stars! For hotel and their staff.

Nice restaurant at 14/F with full sea view. Great staffs with great services. Room is a little bit old, just a thin blanket and no comforter, so strange and this is what I don’t like. And air condition was down by 3 hours while I stay, in summer time, you can still imagine how bad it was.

We stayed at Divan hotel for 6 days. We had a positive experience. Breakfast choice was good and the service was phenomenal...the waiters attended our specific needs, always helpful with a smile. Service from Can and kaan were lovely too. Definitely recommend:-)

I want to first start with I appreciate each and everyone that works there. The professionalism and the attitude is above and beyond. Special thanks to the gentleman at the front desk at the over night shift on the days of our stay (07/8/2024 ). Everyone speaks English and provided complementary stuff that was great. The spa and massage was terrific. Definitely recommend and coming back one day.

The rooms are nice and very clean! Had a quick lunch in the hotel restaurant and Mustafa was great! So far my stay has been amazing!

Good value for money, nice view from the room. During the high season, i recommend booking a room without breakfast because of the enormous number of people at the restaurant. Taking into consideration that the buffet is very rich and the service is exceptional. Clean room, a bit spacious.

From the moment we walked in we were relieved and comforted in the knowing of being in a renowned Hotel. From the security at the front of the building, to the reception staff, to each and every person who works in the building (chefs, waiters, managers, front of house staff) provides the same...

Best stay ever. It was the first time in this hotel. We spent really nice time. From pool bar, Berk and Murat are really helpful and they are always ready to help and always smiling. We will definitely come back. Thank you so much for your efforts.
