I had a wonderful stay at Divan Hotel in Mersin! The service was exceptional, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and elegant. Every detail was taken care of with great attention. Special thanks to the amazing team for making my stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mersin!

I would like to share my comment about SPA. Firstly, It is very over price so if you are willing to pay this much amount, you are expecting to get good service which you will NOT get it. They sell the massage packages as a full body massage which I asked who can make strong massage too.She has zero power and making the massage with her finger bones and elbows which was very unpleasant. Great experience! Not easy to find cured and cared service like we found at Divan. The staff very attentive made our experience . Suphi and Umut have always been on top of anything needed and also the rest of the team and managers, especially Gültekin and Tekin, such of nice and attentive too!! We went for dinner and atmosphere was just fantastic. I will recommend it to visit again and again!

Divan spa was super nice the Turkish bath was different I would do research first if you’re American. Additionally great customer service, the masseuse was awesome a d the place is very clean and elegant! I would come here again and u highly recommend.

Fantastic stay at Mersin Hilton! The hotel is right by the sea, offering stunning views. The staff provided excellent service, and the restaurant had a great variety of delicious food, including an amazing buffet. However, despite the temperature reaching 28-29°C, the rooms were still set to winter mode, so the air conditioning was not available. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommended

Good value for money, nice view from the room. During the high season, i recommend booking a room without breakfast because of the enormous number of people at the restaurant. Taking into consideration that the buffet is very rich and the service is exceptional. Clean room, a bit spacious.
