The best 5* hotel in Alanya. Very good food and rich selection of drinks by the system "ultra all inclusive". A small, pleasant rooms. Great compact area, which has everything. Beautiful beach.

Consists of a 6-storey building (80% rooms with direct or partial sea view).

Beach: own sand-pebble beach in 30 m from the hotel. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – free, towels – for the Deposit. The length of the beach 200 m.

Ultra all inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner - Swedish table, late Breakfast (jaws from 07.00 to 14.30 on Sundays), snacks, sweets and ice cream during certain hours, natural fresh juices, dietary and vegetarian menu, room service (24.00-06.00), day and night, some imported and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Staff here are excellent and the service is very good. There is always somebody to help you or take a drink order and always smiling. Food is quite varied and good quality and caters well for the nationalities of
guests (brits- don’t expect a full English!) The local Turkish dishes were excellent (lots of lamb!) and the lunch snacks etc were also good.
Pool areas are well maintained and the entertainment is OK - the kind of thing you expect which has to cater for a wide range of
nationalities and ages. Everything was clean.
Negatives:
Location isn’t great, although it’s right on the beach, there is very little of interest within walking distance so unless you are happy
to stay in the complex or take an organised tour you’re a bit stuck.
Our room was alight - a little bit dated (like the rest of the hotel) but clean and just about big enough.
Overall quite a good hotel probably let down by the location - this may or may not be a problem depending on your expectations.
Everything was at the highest level.
It's been our first stay at the Delphin Deluxe Hotel and one of the best all-inclusive experiences we ever had. Everything about this hotel is excellent, including service, staff, attractions, food.
The food was very good, you can always find what to taste, plenty of choices for everyone.
The room was very clean, cleaned every day, including changing towels and bed linen, special thank you to the lady who cleaned room 5108.
Many thanks to all waiters and waitresses who made our stay very relaxing. Great attractions for children and adults. Great evening programs.
We highly recommend the hotel especially for families.
Firstly, a huge thank you to Michael and Batu from the entertainment team. They were incredibly friendly and made us feel so good from the moment we arrived. Their enthusiasm and dedication to making sure everyone had a great time were truly remarkable.
