Excellent hotel, I would definitely recommend coming to this hotel as the service is really good. All hotel staff were very hard-working and attentivrle to helping us with anything we needed. The facilities were really good with lots of activities by the pool. They had someone come in with the water jets and this is like nothing we had seen before. Our kids were really impressed with the performances at night, including the mongolian acrobats and the gala night was super special. Good variety of food choices and great cocktails. The cleaner(Darika) was so good and made special animals with towels. Guest relation team (Emir)were super helpful and always willing to help. All staff were great with the children and making them smile. Animation team were so good and hardworking and you can clearly see that they enjoy what they do.

I can find nothing bad to say about this hotel, after staying at a few 5 star resorts in Turkey this is the real deal, it is how a hotel should be managed, we loved every minute we had here, 10 great night's enjoyed with my family. The hotel is very well maintained and spotless clean, the food is great and the staff are fantastic, I just hope we can make it back here again next year. Thank you for looking after me and my family.

Honest review. Mostly good. A couple of small things which is why I could not give a 5 stars. Check in was really smooth. Suitcases taken to our rooms. Rooms were immaculate and very comfortable and spacious. Bathrobes, slippers, minibar stocked daily. Safe was free. Lovely bathroom with spacious shower and toiletries. Hairdryer very good. Room cleaned daily. The hotel is immaculate and spotless. Staff very friendly but I would say the English language is not easily understood compared to other nationalities. Food was excellent no complaints. Lots of places to eat and always lovely. Drinks were good. Typical AI . Cocktails were ok but not brilliant. The wine was very really good in some place but awful in other bars. Not really consistent. Al a cartes we’re ok but we felt very rushed at the Chinese. They were taking desert orders before we had finished our meals. For families this place is amazing. The funfair the water park area is brilliant. Ice cream on tap for the kiddies. We loved the decked area by the sea. It like a pier and has a bar. Nice for adults. There is an adult only pool which is nice too. The guys on roller skates keep you hydrated all day. The games room is expensive but lots to do. Bowling, pool etc Indoor pool is lovely if you like a quiet swim. Sunbeds are not a problem. Loads of them. But we came out of season. The evening entertainment has something for everyone. All in all a very nice hotel just not quite a 5. One thing to take into account the transfer is 1.5 hours from Antalya.

I can honestly say that this holiday has been one of the absolute best me and my family have ever experienced. The hotel and grounds are wonderfully well kept, everything perfectly clean and nothing is ever out of place. There are many pools to choose from, heated, and non heated. Some are very child orientated, along with the water park which is brilliant for families. There is also a dedicated pool for over 15's, placed very strategically at the quietest part of the hotel, therefore everyone is catered to. Food and drinks are limitless. The buffet restaurant is very impressive, with a wide range of food (even for the fussiest of eaters). There are seven al a carte restaurants to choose from within the hotel, so you are never short of choice. We did not manage to visit all, however, the ones we did were nothing short of excellent. Along with this there are many bars to choose from, the secret garden bar and beach bar being two of our favourites. The staff are what truly make this hotel one to remember. All staff are a testament to Delphin Deluxe, they are all very approachable and no request is too extreme. To all of the wonderful girls at the mini club, thank you. You made my nieces holiday one that she will never forget. We would like to give special thanks to Emir (guest relations), he is incredibly attentive to all guests needs. While on holiday we celebrated both my sister-in-law and nephews birthdays, both of which were made to be very special and something we will not forget, thanks to him. He truly is a credit to the hotel. All in all, this was an utterly unforgettable holiday. We did not want to leave, and we will most definitely be returning in the future.

Oh my, what an amazing holiday we had as a family celebrating two special birthdays at this wonderful hotel! We stayed for 11 nights and our first impressions on arrival were just wow! The hotel itself deserves its 5 star status, as it is absolutely stunning. It is immaculately clean throughout and is maintained at all times. Our room was a family room which had two seperate bedrooms was roomy and of a high standard and lots of thought had gone into providing extra touches to make sure that you had everything you could possibly require. They were serviced each day. The towels were arranged in various displays such as swans with flowers by staff. The extensive gardens are tended to daily and the array of flowers are magnificent, we have never seen such large roses of all variety and colours. The gardens were a pleasure to walk around. There are so many great facilities to enjoy, from the numerous eating areas for snacks, lunch and later eating if preferred that are open at different intervals in the day, to the buffet and a la cart restaurants. All of the meals were varied, displayed and made to a high standard but the array and standard of food on offer at the buffet was nothing short of spectacular! It's a nice touch children have their own food buffet area and that babies also have their own food area and a blender is provided to use, it was much appreciated. The numerous bars from the lobby bar to bar in the secret garden provided great cocktails and different ambience depending on where you wanted to be around the hotel and it was lovely to sit with a drink at the beach bar looking out to sea. You could always have coffee on request, and fridges were available around the hotel with soft drinks and water which you could use at your leisure. There were also areas where you could have fresh smoothies and fruit juices on a self serve basis throughout the day. The swimming pools were great and there were slides and childrens play areas but we mostly preferred the outdoor heated pool which was a huge bonus as we were on holiday with a seven year old and baby. The indoor pools were also great and had jacuzzis to relax in. The turkish bath and massage is recommended! The entertainment was very good and varied both during the day and in the evenings and there were lots of different themes and celebrations going on to enjoy. The kids club was fantastic! The staff at the hotel especially guest relations go above and beyond to make sure that your every comfort and need is taken care of during your holiday and it was the best service that we have ever received in a hotel. We have travelled to a few countries to stay in 5 star hotels over the years and the service here was the best by far. Thank you so much for making our two birthday celebrations so memorable by dressing rooms with flowers, arranging bouquets, birthday cakes, dressing the tables and providing champagne. Just amazing! We would love to return in the future!

This has got to be the best hotel we have ever stayed at!!!! The service was impeccable! Each member of staff I came across was courteous, helpful and would go out of their way to provide you with an outstanding service. For example my daughter became ill during our stay with an ear infection. She was seen straight away by a doctor in the facility, she was visited by the manager to check on her wellbeing and to top it off the receptionist got her prescription delivered to the hotel for us…. The rooms are cleaned immaculately and each day we had a different towel decoration on our beds. The staff continuously clean around the pool lifting your glasses to even clear away any little spillages. There are hotel managers present everywhere keeping on top of everything!!! You don’t need to take towels as these are provided fresh on a daily basis and you can even go down at 10am and get a sunbed! Great bonus!! The food was lovely and always fresh with many sections of choice that no one could complain and the selection of ala carte restaurants was a great touch. I would recommend the Chinese one especially! There are fridges around the complex with bottled water and other beverages, as well as your mini fridge topped up daily with a selection of drinks and nibbles. The entertainment staff work hard and my daughter loved taking part in all the activities. She especially loved the Candy Land Party!!! I literally can’t fault any aspect of it especially when you are lying on your sunbed getting cocktails and ice creams delivered by waiters on skates!! All I can say is book and you will not be disappointed. I would recommend booking a private transfer for quickness and booking a side sea view or sea view.

excellent we are happy the rooms are cleaned well the food is delicious the people are kind and friendly everything is clean everywhere you can have a snack convenient location of the hotel fast cleaning and a good mini bar there is entertainment for children and adults beautiful concerts
