A great place to stay with children. If you need a convenient entrance to the water, then this hotel is not for you. You can go down from the pier, of course, but from the shore, this is for real

Dolphin Botanik was honestly so good. The food was awesome, so much to choose from and everything tasted great. The staff were super nice and always helped out with a smile

Not a very convenient entry into the sea, large pebbles, I recommend bringing "coral" although you can buy it on the market

Our room was really clean and cozy, plus the view was amazing. I had such a good time and would 100% go back!

There is a security guy, his name is Metehan, he did his job very well in the disco(+18). Also the other guys. They help you right at the moment. It was a nice holiday, but it stays a family place(not for singles)

We stayed along with our two kids (5,2) at Granada Luxury Okurcalar for the period of two weeks in May 2024. We had an exceptional experience at the hotel. The facilities and activities for young children are great

My compliments to Lilia and all the lovely girls from the kids club who were great with all the kids and even during their break times when we happened to see them in the restaurant always made time to say hello to the kids and hug them including my 2 year old daughter

All the staff from the managers to the cleaners were very friendly and spoke several languages and in spite of their many duties all made time to help and answer our questions by for instance giving tips in how to best travel to Alanya and what sights to visit, like Maria from the Granada Kids Club did

That made our visit so much more pleasant. Unfortunately i do not remember the names of all the lovely staff but i did get to know the Kids Club very well. My two year old daughter had a wonderful time in the Kids Club

There's a kids’s area inside the hotel, and it's wonderful. Kids can spend quality time there during the day and have fun with fun activities. I'd like to thank the team working in this mini club

There's also a mini disco for the kids in the evenings. Also the hotel's food was delicious

Food - plenty of it, can pretty much get food whenever! We arrived at 1am and they had some food prepared for us which was good! The food is very much the same, not the most exciting food but there was always something we could all eat, even my very fussy child! Rooms - we were on the 7th floor, large, clean room, large balcony overlooking pool, little dated, especially the bathroom but it did the...

Russian is definitely the preferred language here (majority of guests are Russian) but this didn't bother us at all! All in all we had a fantastic holiday, making memories and spending time as a family which is what holidays are for! Would we return - i think we would, providing the price was right

Beds - very hard, like sleeping on a board! Staff - we didn't have a problem at all, everyone we communicated with made a real effort to understand us, all were helpful and friendly, absolutely no issues

Our kids were exhausted by night so we didn't really experience evening entertainment so can't comment, they also didn't want to do the kids club

70% of the drinks are local, they have J&B, Absolut, Bacardi, Efes, Havana at the lobby bar and at the outside bar (at the hotel entrance), but you have to ask for them, otherwise they will always have local ones

10 for the staff who are great and work non-stop. Quality/price ratio, not worth it, a 4* hotel at most, maybe if they renovate it and improve the food and drinks, it will return to 5*

The cleaner(Darika) was so good and made special animals with towels. Guest relation team (Emir)were super helpful and always willing to help. All staff were great with the children and making them smile

Our kids were really impressed with the performances at night, including the mongolian acrobats and the gala night was super special. Good variety of food choices and great cocktails

The facilities were really good with lots of activities by the pool. They had someone come in with the water jets and this is like nothing we had seen before

The dingys for the water park are mostly punctured causing accidents once they hit the water at the bottom, I saw many a times people crashing severely into the water due to this. Really poor considering 5* claim

Safety at the water park was a major concern!! This should not happen a hotel of this calibre and corners should not be cut for guest safety

I've stayed in at least 5 other Turkish hotels and unfortunately they trumped this one in terms of food quality by a mile

Food was plentiful, but unfortunately it was the same old every day. No live cooking, no themed days just the same food

Very family friendly hotel, it has a lot you can do with the kids. Good restaurants, lots of pools, good entertaining team. And the waterpark is great.

Delphin botanik platinum is the most wonderful and beautiful resort I have visited. Very good food, many pools, much fun, very friendly staff. The staff gives gifts,a cap,shiet,beach bag. I recommend it with all my heart

Fantastic hotel, facilities are great- pools are brilliant and lots for kids to do! Rooms are always immaculate along with the rest of the hotel! Spa is lovely we had massages and they were incredible! Food is good but quite repetitive- same with most all inclusive places i suppose

Not so good: We went during summer holidays so it was busy, sunbeds were all gone by 0800 each day. Breakfast was repetitive, different bars had different quality drinks. Would definitely book this hotel again!

Very good stay, the location is very close to shops like bazaars. Service is quick, they take your drinks at the restaurant and give them to you in less then 8 minutes

Secondly the bars only have one person serving and can cause such a wait in the day and there isn’t staff walking around taking orders for drinks ( this may just be how it is done here but I was surprised as I’ve not been to a hotel of this size and not had waiters taking drink orders at the pool and serving you) Lastly the lack of supervision in the spa facilities

At the reception, they put bracelets on us and we brought our things into a separate room, then we ran to the hammam (this is to get an even tan) and we were offered a massage in the hammam, it was unforgettable, then we went to the reception, a cozy room with air conditioning was waiting for us - for 8 days of rest, my husband and I liked everything: delicious food, a variety of salads, soups, cakes...

All the guests are delighted with the host Apo, and my child generally fell in love with him and did not want to go home, because there is no such uncle named Apo at home! 😂 The room is clean, the bed linen was changed every day! In general, we really enjoyed our vacation there! I recommend it to everyone!

Pools are very nice but if you don't come early in the morning you will stay without sunbeds (same for the beach). The shore has rocks and you shouldn't go into the sea without swimming shoes

We settled in right away, somewhere at 11:00 in the morning, we liked it very much. The difference between all inclusive and ultra centuries was not felt

Unfortunately during our stay all the a la carte restaurants were closed, but they will be opening up I assume very soon

The food was delicious, the bar and the service was fast. The animation team is very interested and energetic. Our animation have fun at the young animation show all day long and the hotel is very busy in the evenings

The food is varied, but almost every day the same, the beach is set off - sand, a little pebbles, toilets at every step, this is +, the animation is different every day, interesting

One of the animators told me that she would not play with my child because it is better when there are at least 3 children. The playground is ok, but the carousel is only open around 8 p

Having a morning walk every day helped us start the day off nicely. All the staff spoke various foreign languages

In the mini club, the animators do not offer games to children if they do not speak Russian/Turkish

10 minutes of dancing (the same 3-4 songs every day) and then a game in which children have to stand in line to, for example, jump rope once or walk under a stick. The animator repeats the same thing over and over again

We booked this location last minute by just reading the reviews and looking at the pictures. Everything is as you see in the pictures if not better. Excellent staff, shows, activities and facilities

The hotel, pool and beach were lovely! There is a lot of food to choose from however, the food is not labelled and there are no alternatives for foods such as meat, cheese or milk which made finding suitable meals for a vegan to eat each day very difficult

Hotel was in very nice location, didn't have to travel far to go to the beach like some hotels you have to take coach to go to the beach, Instead this hotel you awake up come out of the room and pool and beach are right there, very friendly and helpful staff, normal Turkish food like all other hotels, loads of eating bars all over the hotel throughout the day

Best Turkish hamam bath ever had, loads of entertainment throughout the day for kids. Will go there again and recommend 100%

pros: It looked nothing like what it was in the photos, but overall, a good hotel. Pool was nice too and the sea was as well. However this didn't seem like a 5-star hotel, more like a 3-4

Lovely Beach the hotel is very nice but the pool is dirty and not very clean. There are variety of food options to eat and very delicious. The rooms are small and old but the A/C is ok

However, some animation staff (M and T) did not act so professional which as a group of girls made us feel very uncomfortable and resulted in us leaving our night early

We had the best holiday there. All the staff there are very friendly and helpful. They are also hard working, especially the restaurant staff. They are doing their best to make you feel comfortable

Towels are changed daily as well as rooms are cleaned every day, additional free bar in the room is filled every day! 5. There is no need to stand in lines at the bar

Even at the end of my stay I was not tired by the food offer, which is a big compliment in itself. The only possible downside was noise from neighbouring hotels at night and I am not a fan of instant coffee

The smoking and non-smoking areas are separated, so mothers can not complain about the smoke in the comments, everything is great here, people are relaxing and having fun

Due to their overload and the behaviour of the guests they are unfriendly; - real feel is rather 4* instead of 5*; - room cleaning is poor, is carried out very sloppily; - culture of fellow guests is rather low (wasting food, towel-reserving sunbeds early in the morning when they are not use them, smoking in crowded areas, littering, disrespecting staff); - pushy sales style for massage; - poor lighting...

If you're not sensitive to minor faults, manage to avoid spoiled food, and do not mind having an super-non-sustainable type of vacation, the beach will make up for everything and you can have a great time here

Good coverage; Cons: - seriuous issues in the kitchen, repeated food-poisoning among guests (avoid non-heated food containing milk or eggs); More guests ended up in the local hospital

I and more members of my family got fever and vomiting, diarrhoea with upset stomach; - hotel crew is overloaded, not coping with the peak-time-demand during the middle of the summer

Especially loved the fruit and desserts, and there were always enough choices even for picky eaters. The bar was also great — good selection of drinks and some interesting cocktails

The stuff knows several languages, so one way or another you will understand each other. The territory is easy to navigate and very convenient. There are lots of fun activities to do during the day and parties at night

We had a really nice stay at Kirman Leodikya Premium. It’s one of those places where you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. Everything worked smoothly, and the atmosphere was very calm and pleasant

Hotel-Garden! We liked the hotel with its location, large green territory, beautiful flora. There is constantly something blooming there. Big professionals gardeners in such a heat maintain from burnout all the greenery

we came here for the week with family. We like swimming pool, so many food, restaurants we like. Animation for us and kids are so good. We don’t need to go outside for having fun, we could find it here in the hotel

The fish restaurant is the bomb! The soup, was excellent, and very rich, for the first time in all the soups we tried really surprised us! The fish was perfectly cooked 10/10, very fresh

This hotel is one of the most amazing hotels we have tried. Mini-Club is very nice for kids, they are very satisfied with it. Sea - is pleasure, water is like a glass and so warm, similar to Thailand, that’s amazing.

Everyday is a kind of hunting for a free sunbed by the pool, any of the pools and the beach, actually. Catering is rather poor, same dishes everyday, only grilled meals that are made in the yard differ

Cheese, olives, side dishes often too salty. On the last days of our stay we simply decided to skip eating at the main restaurant and chose snacks from the pool bar

Except from the broken baclony door which opened only if pushed really hard, the room is good, clean, housekeepers come everyday, change towels, make beds - that is ok. But facilities of this hotel are another story

Evening programme for kids is the same everyday, while for adults - differs and is rather interesting, so he we give a +. All in all, the hotel is too crowdy for its space and in our eyes, it is not worth 5*

And also thanks to an old man who helped in our hunt of sunbeds several times :) By the way, there are many Russians in the hotel and the staff prefer Russian instead of English

Very poor quality and variety. The restaurant is too small for the no of rooms and tourists. Aquapark and the entertainment was great, the rooms are very spacious and the hotel is pretty clean

Also the fridge in the room didn't close, leaked all over the room and I never had cold drinks at night. The food was amazing, and so was the waiting staff. Please tip the waiters if you can

Sometimes it bas noisy from the neighbour hotel at night. A wonderful aqua park for adults and children. The whole atmosphere very nice and pleasant

All inclusive, but the food quality is not very good, meat products are especially not recommended. They also make you pick up beach towels from spa, where they try to sell you services like massage

I was here with my family in September. There are nice time for the rest. I can fully recommend this hotel. Personal is great, food is fresh and tasty, there are a lot of food everywhere, a good variety of ice cream
