Hotels All-inclusive in Okurcalar

There are queques everywhere (food, drinks, even elevators), swimming pool is very crowded, the are problems with finding tables to eat or drink. Also, it's very noisy (there's a loud music until midnight)

We vacationed for a week at the Orange County hotel. I came with the Hungarian hairstylists team to the 3-day International hairdressing show held at the hotel. The foods was varied and delicious

Enjoyed the vacation! Got the sea view room not even asking for it. Impressed by variety of food and drinks. There are a lot of activities inside and outside of the hotel

Hotel location is amazing. The beach view is breathtaking. The beach is cozy, clean and nice. Perfect place to spend a vacation with little kids. Service is nice. Food is good. The personal is thoughtful and helpful.

I have spent my holiday for one week in orange county hotel. That was one of my best holidays. The food and dessert were delicious and various. Animation team was very active

every night was a different show for example acrobatics and Salsa. The personnel were very kind and polite, i will definitely choose this hotel again if i go to Turkey again

Serving food and drinks for +-1400 people can be very challenging but they did so good! Front office team can learn alot from the Food & Beverage team, especially friendliness and guest service

There is a security guy, his name is Metehan, he did his job very well in the disco(+18). Also the other guys. They help you right at the moment. It was a nice holiday, but it stays a family place(not for singles)

My compliments to Lilia and all the lovely girls from the kids club who were great with all the kids and even during their break times when we happened to see them in the restaurant always made time to say hello to the kids and hug them including my 2 year old daughter

We went all inclusive and Granada didn’t disappoint! There are fridges stocked with chilled bottle waters around the hotel, coffee machines and x2 bars

All the staff from the managers to the cleaners were very friendly and spoke several languages and in spite of their many duties all made time to help and answer our questions by for instance giving tips in how to best travel to Alanya and what sights to visit, like Maria from the Granada Kids Club did

The room was very clean, cleaned every day, including changing towels and bed linen, special thank you to the lady who cleaned room 5108. Many thanks to all waiters and waitresses who made our stay very relaxing

Food to choose from, it was impossible to try everything for 10 days, a huge selection of delicious food! Swimming pools, slides, animations during the day and in the evening, everything at a high level

The dingys for the water park are mostly punctured causing accidents once they hit the water at the bottom, I saw many a times people crashing severely into the water due to this. Really poor considering 5* claim

The property is absolutely stunning, exuding both elegance and sophistication. It’s meticulously maintained, with cleanliness evident in every corner

Safety at the water park was a major concern!! This should not happen a hotel of this calibre and corners should not be cut for guest safety

I've stayed in at least 5 other Turkish hotels and unfortunately they trumped this one in terms of food quality by a mile

The are snacks bar, and drinks at various locations in the hotel - all free. The hotel has direct access to the beach - although stony beach not sandy. The rooms are clean and are cleaned daily

Fantastic hotel, facilities are great- pools are brilliant and lots for kids to do! Rooms are always immaculate along with the rest of the hotel! Spa is lovely we had massages and they were incredible! Food is good but quite repetitive- same with most all inclusive places i suppose

Secondly the bars only have one person serving and can cause such a wait in the day and there isn’t staff walking around taking orders for drinks ( this may just be how it is done here but I was surprised as I’ve not been to a hotel of this size and not had waiters taking drink orders at the pool and serving you) Lastly the lack of supervision in the spa facilities

I do have to add my rating is missing a star because I was slightly disappointed upon arrival for a few reasons

Firstly to find out so much stops at this time of year (November) ale carte restaurants close, day time activities become minimal and the big one air conditioning is turned off- nigh times become slightly unbearable because of the heat

Very good stay, the location is very close to shops like bazaars. Service is quick, they take your drinks at the restaurant and give them to you in less then 8 minutes

All the guests are delighted with the host Apo, and my child generally fell in love with him and did not want to go home, because there is no such uncle named Apo at home! 😂 The room is clean, the bed linen was changed every day! In general, we really enjoyed our vacation there! I recommend it to everyone!

At the reception, they put bracelets on us and we brought our things into a separate room, then we ran to the hammam (this is to get an even tan) and we were offered a massage in the hammam, it was unforgettable, then we went to the reception, a cozy room with air conditioning was waiting for us - for 8 days of rest, my husband and I liked everything: delicious food, a variety of salads, soups, cakes...

I want to express my gratitude for the attention from the client and those who work where they do the massage, these are the people they are in their place, big hello to everyone, especially to Alena who makes the schedule for the client

The man responsible for animation,Rico,is also very friendly and kind,and he always gave me a positive vibe and good energy. We will definitely come here again!

We settled in right away, somewhere at 11:00 in the morning, we liked it very much. The difference between all inclusive and ultra centuries was not felt

Unfortunately during our stay all the a la carte restaurants were closed, but they will be opening up I assume very soon

The day we stayed was their first day of being open so a big bonus was it wasn't crowded! The service at the hotel is outstanding! Special thanks to Sasha for going above and beyond to make our stay amazing! Cleanliness is top notch and covid friendly

The food was delicious, the bar and the service was fast. The animation team is very interested and energetic. Our animation have fun at the young animation show all day long and the hotel is very busy in the evenings

The food is varied, but almost every day the same, the beach is set off - sand, a little pebbles, toilets at every step, this is +, the animation is different every day, interesting

Family hotel for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Very comfortable, excellent service and food. Own access to the sea. Nice view from the window.

One of the animators told me that she would not play with my child because it is better when there are at least 3 children. The playground is ok, but the carousel is only open around 8 p

Having a morning walk every day helped us start the day off nicely. All the staff spoke various foreign languages

In the mini club, the animators do not offer games to children if they do not speak Russian/Turkish

Lovely hotel, amazing and extremely polite staff specially at bars and restaurants. Great selection of food and restaurants

10 minutes of dancing (the same 3-4 songs every day) and then a game in which children have to stand in line to, for example, jump rope once or walk under a stick. The animator repeats the same thing over and over again

We booked this location last minute by just reading the reviews and looking at the pictures. Everything is as you see in the pictures if not better. Excellent staff, shows, activities and facilities

The hotel, pool and beach were lovely! There is a lot of food to choose from however, the food is not labelled and there are no alternatives for foods such as meat, cheese or milk which made finding suitable meals for a vegan to eat each day very difficult

Hotel was in very nice location, didn't have to travel far to go to the beach like some hotels you have to take coach to go to the beach, Instead this hotel you awake up come out of the room and pool and beach are right there, very friendly and helpful staff, normal Turkish food like all other hotels, loads of eating bars all over the hotel throughout the day

Best Turkish hamam bath ever had, loads of entertainment throughout the day for kids. Will go there again and recommend 100%

pros: It looked nothing like what it was in the photos, but overall, a good hotel. Pool was nice too and the sea was as well. However this didn't seem like a 5-star hotel, more like a 3-4

Lovely Beach the hotel is very nice but the pool is dirty and not very clean. There are variety of food options to eat and very delicious. The rooms are small and old but the A/C is ok

However, some animation staff (M and T) did not act so professional which as a group of girls made us feel very uncomfortable and resulted in us leaving our night early

We've noticed just two negative moments: the animation in the hotel is facepalm 🤦 especially if you are experienced traveler. Also it's very noisy at night if you live in buildings near the sea

We stayed in this hotel for 8 days in October. We really liked the ambiance, the food, the animations, and the service was excellent. For people with small kids everything is very convenient

The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, but I was disappointed with the strict hours

If you're still having lunch at 1:50 PM, for instance, you won't get any dessert, as the restaurant closes at 2:00 PM and the buffet is already cleared. Room service was a separate issue

The personnel at the reception are really great and communicative also all from the restaurant/spa building, for entertainment team I would highly recommend to be more communicative and energic with people, I didn’t see them interact with people

The hotel grounds are wonderful – clean, lush with greenery, and close to the beach. The option to use either the elevator or stairs is convenient

Maybe they could replace the coffee cream with actual milk for the machine and the alcoholic drinks could be as well prepared as the food. But still we had a lot of fun

Maybe they could put a bit drinks in the fridge, but there was food and drink at every spot at every hour

Although it was a buffet, the servers and waiters served us a lot. Be it coffee or something missing. There was always someone ready. They came a little late when we asked for room cleaning, but end result was perfect

I think they were experimenting on us and I have no reason to taste it. My friend loves Turkish style food and I like Western style food. I think the food was rather for my palate. But she loved milk based ones a lot

Other than food, the slides were fun. At the smaller side the lifeguard wasn't very helpful as far as we could see (compared to one behind snack bar). So we had to manage some of the kids not to run into each other

But no complaints, we had our own fun while at it. The rooms were great, shower had nice jet, furniture was nice and comfortable. The light in the room was a bit too dim, and no light at the ceiling

Drinks were good quality and you can order from your table with QR code which is a nice touch and ice lolly’s were available during the day from the pool bar with cake available throughout the day at the two coffee bars

The negatives for us were the fact the main pool was absolutely freezing, we came in October but the weather was still lovely, as a result the kids really didn’t want to use the pool to quite the eldest “nah this ain’t right” lol!! It was like a fitness plunge pool

Attended as a family of two adults and two teenage children. First impressions were good and the hotel is nicely maintained, pianist (playing keyboard) in the lobby and the rooms are a nice size

She was always accessible and made sure our time there was enjoyable and stress-free. Even after we checked out, we were still able to use all the hotel facilities and restaurants while waiting for our late transfer

Excellent food, comfortable room and extremely accommodating staff. The drinks are cold and frequent, the pool is warm but there’s a colder one inside when you really need to cool down that is perfect

Price-performance hotel mainly for russian speakers as well as some local guests and some Europeans. Very friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms. Food is also great but the hotel is a bit far to the beach

First time in this beautiful place) i took big room with double bed, balcon and sea view) All territory is full of colours, bright green grass, trees with huge crowns make shadow, flowers and even lemon trees) There is mini shop, spa and photograph in hotel

We stay in a large pavilion room, with a view of beautiful greenery. the hotel is wonderful with a variety of food, exclusive evening shows, large swimming pools accessible from both hotels, and excellent service

Warm sea, sometimes waves but i like. Beach is stones and sand 50/50. Food is nice for me, i can find protein and all vitamins easily. I wanna say thank you all staff for positive and hard work

Very poor quality and variety. The restaurant is too small for the no of rooms and tourists. Aquapark and the entertainment was great, the rooms are very spacious and the hotel is pretty clean

Also the fridge in the room didn't close, leaked all over the room and I never had cold drinks at night. The food was amazing, and so was the waiting staff. Please tip the waiters if you can

Sometimes it bas noisy from the neighbour hotel at night. A wonderful aqua park for adults and children. The whole atmosphere very nice and pleasant

All inclusive, but the food quality is not very good, meat products are especially not recommended. They also make you pick up beach towels from spa, where they try to sell you services like massage

I was here with my family in September. There are nice time for the rest. I can fully recommend this hotel. Personal is great, food is fresh and tasty, there are a lot of food everywhere, a good variety of ice cream

If you asked for anything extra water for fridge or bathroom accessories , they would leave you or give you them there and then to you, air con in room was a must through out the day and I would recommend having an extra key card for the room so you can leave this on when you are not in your room

The hotel staff were great however two stood out as excellent to me one called Oguzhan who was very friendly working in the restaurant area. Was always welcoming people and had a smile on his face

They have there own section on the beach which is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The entertainment staff work hard and get you involved in the activities during the day and night

Remembering you drinks order Food was ok a bit representative at times but again staff was helpful and cleaned up around you ,no major issues or concerns Pools was lovely and clean at all times

For instance, pasta served at lunch appeared to be reused for dinner with just a different sauce. Additionally, if you do not arrive on time when food is served, you often miss out

Lovely place to stay as you would expect from a 5star hotel. Rooms are nicely set up and there is a big shower. The food is also good and plenty to choose from even for the most fussiest of eaters
