We were about to take it, till Yousef (Picollo) showed up and managed to get a room on the pool side! Why was the front office team not able to do this? The people from front office just looked so bored and not interested, like everything was just to much for them

There is a security guy, his name is Metehan, he did his job very well in the disco(+18). Also the other guys. They help you right at the moment. It was a nice holiday, but it stays a family place(not for singles)

Pool areas are great, especially for kids, its not too busy considering the amount of guest. The slides were also a hit for our kids (open 10 - 12 and 2 till 4)

Russian is definitely the preferred language here (majority of guests are Russian) but this didn't bother us at all! All in all we had a fantastic holiday, making memories and spending time as a family which is what holidays are for! Would we return - i think we would, providing the price was right

I have not seen an adana, some decent beef dishes, I have only had lamb on Gala Night (Saturday) and there was a battle for it, a 100m queue, and another evening there was baked beef, but not everyone got their plate

70% of the drinks are local, they have J&B, Absolut, Bacardi, Efes, Havana at the lobby bar and at the outside bar (at the hotel entrance), but you have to ask for them, otherwise they will always have local ones

(I have been to many other 5* locations, this is the weakest in terms of gastronomy, I have never seen fried chicken back even at 4* in Bulgaria, anchovies 7/7 times for lunch or dinner, never missed)

10 for the staff who are great and work non-stop. Quality/price ratio, not worth it, a 4* hotel at most, maybe if they renovate it and improve the food and drinks, it will return to 5*

The biggest pain comes with the food, in 7 days I received 7 times very small fried anchovies/Dorada, fried chicken back, Donner meat, 4 types of stew, 4 types of stew with pasta

The dingys for the water park are mostly punctured causing accidents once they hit the water at the bottom, I saw many a times people crashing severely into the water due to this. Really poor considering 5* claim

Safety at the water park was a major concern!! This should not happen a hotel of this calibre and corners should not be cut for guest safety

I've stayed in at least 5 other Turkish hotels and unfortunately they trumped this one in terms of food quality by a mile

Very family friendly hotel, it has a lot you can do with the kids. Good restaurants, lots of pools, good entertaining team. And the waterpark is great.

- A la carte table reservations had to be made 9-17 the day prior. In practice, the restaurants were fully booked already in the morning so to ensure you got a seat you had to start queueing at 0830 every morning

It was a great hotel, great food and staff. Overall I had an amazing experience and was well worth the money. Everything was perfect and I would definitely choose this place again.

Delphin botanik platinum is the most wonderful and beautiful resort I have visited. Very good food, many pools, much fun, very friendly staff. The staff gives gifts,a cap,shiet,beach bag. I recommend it with all my heart

Pools are anazing! I really think belly dance is the best ??❤ And I really likes Aqua gym ? The only thing I don't like is that pepole don't really know English. And sometimes you can't understand them at all

Fantastic hotel, facilities are great- pools are brilliant and lots for kids to do! Rooms are always immaculate along with the rest of the hotel! Spa is lovely we had massages and they were incredible! Food is good but quite repetitive- same with most all inclusive places i suppose

Secondly the bars only have one person serving and can cause such a wait in the day and there isn’t staff walking around taking orders for drinks ( this may just be how it is done here but I was surprised as I’ve not been to a hotel of this size and not had waiters taking drink orders at the pool and serving you) Lastly the lack of supervision in the spa facilities

Firstly to find out so much stops at this time of year (November) ale carte restaurants close, day time activities become minimal and the big one air conditioning is turned off- nigh times become slightly unbearable because of the heat

The amphi bar has things like: Crepes, jacket potatoes, waffles, ice cream, burritos, fruit teas and again, a variety of drinks

Pools are very nice but if you don't come early in the morning you will stay without sunbeds (same for the beach). The shore has rocks and you shouldn't go into the sea without swimming shoes

At the reception, they put bracelets on us and we brought our things into a separate room, then we ran to the hammam (this is to get an even tan) and we were offered a massage in the hammam, it was unforgettable, then we went to the reception, a cozy room with air conditioning was waiting for us - for 8 days of rest, my husband and I liked everything: delicious food, a variety of salads, soups, cakes...

The food is delicious and very varied, we even got to the A La Kart restaurant (I think that's what it's called) on a fish day, it was incredibly delicious! But I would like to say a special huge thank you to the animators of this hotel! Apo, Marcel and Alina! They are just handsome, cool music plays at the pool all day, morning exercises, water aerobics, and in the evening a children's...

Of course it's not perfect,but it's more than enough for a joyful holiday,and we'll never forget this vacation. Clean rooms,clean pools,very good food and loads of it. Nice and communicative employees

All the guests are delighted with the host Apo, and my child generally fell in love with him and did not want to go home, because there is no such uncle named Apo at home! 😂 The room is clean, the bed linen was changed every day! In general, we really enjoyed our vacation there! I recommend it to everyone!

The food was delicious, the bar and the service was fast. The animation team is very interested and energetic. Our animation have fun at the young animation show all day long and the hotel is very busy in the evenings

We never get bored! The only annoying thing is the fact that everyone reserves the deckchairs at the pool very early in the morning and therefore, it is very difficult to find a place after 8am

The windows do not have any soundproofing, the room facing the pool is really VERY noisy. We travel often, so I have a comparison

The sea view room was awesome and the food was delicious. We were busy all day with group fun activities plus fitness classes including Yoga, cross training etc. Overall a great place for a family holiday

We booked this location last minute by just reading the reviews and looking at the pictures. Everything is as you see in the pictures if not better. Excellent staff, shows, activities and facilities

But our favorite is the Breeze bar open in the evening from 7pm to 1am with musical performances. The guitarist who works there is very nice. The hotel staff is also attentive and very helpful

The hotel, pool and beach were lovely! There is a lot of food to choose from however, the food is not labelled and there are no alternatives for foods such as meat, cheese or milk which made finding suitable meals for a vegan to eat each day very difficult

Hotel was in very nice location, didn't have to travel far to go to the beach like some hotels you have to take coach to go to the beach, Instead this hotel you awake up come out of the room and pool and beach are right there, very friendly and helpful staff, normal Turkish food like all other hotels, loads of eating bars all over the hotel throughout the day

pros: It looked nothing like what it was in the photos, but overall, a good hotel. Pool was nice too and the sea was as well. However this didn't seem like a 5-star hotel, more like a 3-4

Lovely Beach the hotel is very nice but the pool is dirty and not very clean. There are variety of food options to eat and very delicious. The rooms are small and old but the A/C is ok

Best Turkish hamam bath ever had, loads of entertainment throughout the day for kids. Will go there again and recommend 100%

However, some animation staff (M and T) did not act so professional which as a group of girls made us feel very uncomfortable and resulted in us leaving our night early

Beach- although a pebble beach, their is a mini pier which allows you access to the sea without crossing the pebbles. Can jump off pier which for kids is great

Positives- bar staff superb, options of drinks fantastic. Pools aren't overcrowded even though hotel is full. Spotlessly clean- regularly cleaning throughout the day

Hello, everyone is posting a lot of not correct information, so we are currently staying at the Meryan Hotel and will correct some of the commenters who almost misled us and we are really glad we chose this hotel

It's important to note the depth, as both large pools are over 1. 5 meters deep, so for children there's only the small pool near the slides. The slides are open from 10 AM to 12 PM and from 2 PM to 4 PM

The hotel is one of the large hotels in between Antalya and Alanya, directly at the sea

Pros: - very good location and position, nearly all rooms have a beautiful sea-view; - rich buffet for all meals and in between, with some add-ons (popcorn, ice-cream, snacks, extra coffeeshop); - extraordinary comfortable seashore with own pier, many sunbeds and parasols (included in the hotel price), life guard, and small, round stones (no extra sea-slippers needed to enter the water), beach towel

It was really good. Everything was good and the place is very nice. I will come back next summer. I like foods and drinks and tue beach is also very nice.

Due to their overload and the behaviour of the guests they are unfriendly; - real feel is rather 4* instead of 5*; - room cleaning is poor, is carried out very sloppily; - culture of fellow guests is rather low (wasting food, towel-reserving sunbeds early in the morning when they are not use them, smoking in crowded areas, littering, disrespecting staff); - pushy sales style for massage; - poor lighting...

If you're not sensitive to minor faults, manage to avoid spoiled food, and do not mind having an super-non-sustainable type of vacation, the beach will make up for everything and you can have a great time here

Cleaning is awful, it’s really obvious that the hotel it’s so used and gives an old vibes, it’s too bad because the outside have a lot of potential, all towels for pool are stained, also some of the towels for room are stained and smelly, for our room, pillow covers were also stained, even tho we had our tag on the door for cleaning, we didn’t see in one week of staying the room to be clean, dirty...

Especially the guys at the main reception deserve a massive thanks!!! They are very helpful and kind, they do their best!!! But the hotel itself is another story…! In the past it could be 5* hotel, now definitely not! It’s very good equipped, but absolutely everything (rooms, gym, indoor pool, carpets on the floor… ) is so old and so used

Our first stay was just dreamy. The food was great! The sea view from our room was breathtaking ❤️ the elevators are a bit slow but it is okay

We came this hotel by my tour operators reccomendation. The animation team took me to the night club in Alanya which was very fantastic and unforgetable. I love mini club shows because my kid always enjoys it

Everyday is a kind of hunting for a free sunbed by the pool, any of the pools and the beach, actually. Catering is rather poor, same dishes everyday, only grilled meals that are made in the yard differ

And also thanks to an old man who helped in our hunt of sunbeds several times :) By the way, there are many Russians in the hotel and the staff prefer Russian instead of English
