My family and I arrived around 2am and were greeted at reception and each given a red ai bracelet to wear. We were escorted to our room in the Mimoza building just beside the main platinum hotel. The hotel did not fully meet our expectations. The service quality was really good and it was really clean. We have been many similar hotels and we had many better meals at open buffett at other hotels. It was really repetitive and not delicious. The sea was always wavy and not possible to swim. You had to wake up at 8am to find a sunbed by pool side.

24/7 food and drinks of decent to good quality. Friendly staff, worthy of tips! Nice beach, nice pool. Bed is a bit hard and laid in. We stayed there last week as part of a package advertised by our tour company as 5 star. We knew it wouldn't be this To be fair the location is good for buses either way and there are shops and supermarkets a short walk away. I was here with my family in September. There are nice time for the rest. I can fully recommend this hotel. Personal is great, food is fresh and tasty, there are a lot of food everywhere, a good variety of ice cream. Sometimes it bas noisy from the neighbour hotel at night. A wonderful aqua park for adults and children. The whole atmosphere very nice and pleasant. I totally recommend.

All good besides the food. Very poor quality and variety. The restaurant is too small for the no of rooms and tourists. Aquapark and the entertainment was great, the rooms are very spacious and the hotel is pretty clean. The beach is nice besides the enter in the sea which in 5 m is deep. In the rest was pretty OK.

At the end of June, we spent a wonderful time with three families. The service of the staff was top notch. The rooms are cleaned all the time, the food is excellent, so I have no complaints. And if you want to walk around, there are taxis, e.g. for 60 euros 9 people to Nova mall Managwet driver picks you up and returns you in an air-conditioned vehicle. All inclusive, but the food quality is not very good, meat products are especially not recommended. They also make you pick up beach towels from spa, where they try to sell you services like massage.
