Hotel location is amazing. The beach view is breathtaking. The beach is cozy, clean and nice. Perfect place to spend a vacation with little kids. Service is nice. Food is good. The personal is thoughtful and helpful.

the view of the room was the best، it was big enough and you could see roads and forest. staffs were really friendly and nice to guests. the programs for kids at nights were fun also the snacks beside pool was great

There is a security guy, his name is Metehan, he did his job very well in the disco(+18). Also the other guys. They help you right at the moment. It was a nice holiday, but it stays a family place(not for singles)

We stayed along with our two kids (5,2) at Granada Luxury Okurcalar for the period of two weeks in May 2024. We had an exceptional experience at the hotel. The facilities and activities for young children are great

The shopping center nearby has terrible people that just basically beg + at the end of the beach on the left there are guys that give u rides on things. Don't get the parachute boat thingy it's boring in air

All the staff from the managers to the cleaners were very friendly and spoke several languages and in spite of their many duties all made time to help and answer our questions by for instance giving tips in how to best travel to Alanya and what sights to visit, like Maria from the Granada Kids Club did

Negatives: Location isn’t great, although it’s right on the beach, there is very little of interest within walking distance so unless you are happy to stay in the complex or take an organised tour you’re a bit stuck

The room was very clean, cleaned every day, including changing towels and bed linen, special thank you to the lady who cleaned room 5108. Many thanks to all waiters and waitresses who made our stay very relaxing

The hotel is a perfect mix for tourists with children as well as those without. It offers a dedicated adults-only pool, two mixed pools and two with slides for families. The food was a daily delight—we never got bored

Very good hotel for family trip. Adjacent to the beach with short pier. Water slides are perfect for all ages ;). Food is tasty and with plenty options for everyone

Me and my family were the in the summer of 2018. We had a very good time there, the staff were very friendly and helpful. As we got there we got upgraded to the biggest room in the entire hotel. We can only recommend it.

If you are looking for a family holiday this is the place to go. Two things to note, the beach is pebble and the location is relatively remote. There are only other hotels and a small number of shops in the vicinity

I had a wonderful stay! Hotel includes a big variety of activities to keep guests active throughout the stay. Buffet had a generous choice of different foods. Room and general area was clean and tidy

Not so good: We went during summer holidays so it was busy, sunbeds were all gone by 0800 each day. Breakfast was repetitive, different bars had different quality drinks. Would definitely book this hotel again!

The food is varied, but almost every day the same, the beach is set off - sand, a little pebbles, toilets at every step, this is +, the animation is different every day, interesting

The food was delicious, the bar and the service was fast. The animation team is very interested and energetic. Our animation have fun at the young animation show all day long and the hotel is very busy in the evenings

We settled in right away, somewhere at 11:00 in the morning, we liked it very much. The difference between all inclusive and ultra centuries was not felt

The hotel, pool and beach were lovely! There is a lot of food to choose from however, the food is not labelled and there are no alternatives for foods such as meat, cheese or milk which made finding suitable meals for a vegan to eat each day very difficult

Hotel was in very nice location, didn't have to travel far to go to the beach like some hotels you have to take coach to go to the beach, Instead this hotel you awake up come out of the room and pool and beach are right there, very friendly and helpful staff, normal Turkish food like all other hotels, loads of eating bars all over the hotel throughout the day

Lovely Beach the hotel is very nice but the pool is dirty and not very clean. There are variety of food options to eat and very delicious. The rooms are small and old but the A/C is ok

pros: It looked nothing like what it was in the photos, but overall, a good hotel. Pool was nice too and the sea was as well. However this didn't seem like a 5-star hotel, more like a 3-4

However, some animation staff (M and T) did not act so professional which as a group of girls made us feel very uncomfortable and resulted in us leaving our night early

We arrived at 4 am at night our flight was delayed but we mixed our luggage with somebody and we took the wrong one thanks to the receptionist he contacted the travel agency and spoke with a Turkish guy

After a couple of hours, the bus returned and we took our luggage. In general, the hotel was good rooms are neat. If you are not a peaky person you can find to eat something on all time

The frustrating thing is, it is 21 century on a street and in a five-star hotel, if you want WIFI in your room you should pay that's ridiculous

The staff at the pool bar was very nice, we gave them some tipps of course but they treated us like kings

Cleaning is awful, it’s really obvious that the hotel it’s so used and gives an old vibes, it’s too bad because the outside have a lot of potential, all towels for pool are stained, also some of the towels for room are stained and smelly, for our room, pillow covers were also stained, even tho we had our tag on the door for cleaning, we didn’t see in one week of staying the room to be clean, dirty...

We've noticed just two negative moments: the animation in the hotel is facepalm 🤦 especially if you are experienced traveler. Also it's very noisy at night if you live in buildings near the sea

We stayed in this hotel for 8 days in October. We really liked the ambiance, the food, the animations, and the service was excellent. For people with small kids everything is very convenient

The hotel grounds are wonderful – clean, lush with greenery, and close to the beach. The option to use either the elevator or stairs is convenient

During our 10-day stay, our room was cleaned only three times. The maid didn't come in the morning as is customary; she would arrive around lunchtime and ask if we needed the room cleaned

If you're still having lunch at 1:50 PM, for instance, you won't get any dessert, as the restaurant closes at 2:00 PM and the buffet is already cleared. Room service was a separate issue

Although it was a buffet, the servers and waiters served us a lot. Be it coffee or something missing. There was always someone ready. They came a little late when we asked for room cleaning, but end result was perfect

I think they were experimenting on us and I have no reason to taste it. My friend loves Turkish style food and I like Western style food. I think the food was rather for my palate. But she loved milk based ones a lot

Other than food, the slides were fun. At the smaller side the lifeguard wasn't very helpful as far as we could see (compared to one behind snack bar). So we had to manage some of the kids not to run into each other

But no complaints, we had our own fun while at it. The rooms were great, shower had nice jet, furniture was nice and comfortable. The light in the room was a bit too dim, and no light at the ceiling

All the food and services were great. We spent 3 days with my bestie. Food were fresh and great in variety for all tastes. I loved the salted cold sardine and roasted beef

Maybe they could replace the coffee cream with actual milk for the machine and the alcoholic drinks could be as well prepared as the food. But still we had a lot of fun

The negatives for us were the fact the main pool was absolutely freezing, we came in October but the weather was still lovely, as a result the kids really didn’t want to use the pool to quite the eldest “nah this ain’t right” lol!! It was like a fitness plunge pool

Drinks were good quality and you can order from your table with QR code which is a nice touch and ice lolly’s were available during the day from the pool bar with cake available throughout the day at the two coffee bars

Attended as a family of two adults and two teenage children. First impressions were good and the hotel is nicely maintained, pianist (playing keyboard) in the lobby and the rooms are a nice size

We stayed together me and my son here. It was our first time in Turkey. The beach and swimming pools are awesome. Menu and kitchen are perfect and we definitely enjoyed our meals

To finish on a positive staff were friendly, the spa facilities are nice if a little hard sell, and the hotel is right next to the beach

The swimmingpools are nice and the slides are good. The slides are closed at certain times, but not disturbin. You walk throught the garden of the hotel and you are there. Towels and beds on the beach are for free

I have been in many expensive and huge hotels in Turkey (like Rixos, Amara, Lykia,…) and have to say that this one is better the the others for 2 main reasons: 1) the workers are doing their best and are very friendly, they want that u feel well

Several residential buildings, cleaning every day. The cuisine is very varied, full of suitable food for children, the cooks work out 300%. Everywhere is clean, well-groomed territory, a lot of greenery

For children, animation is provided, and during the day there is always something new and interesting. For adults in the evenings, performances by artists. There are a lot of Germans among the guests

We booked this location last minute by just reading the reviews and looking at the pictures. Everything is as you see in the pictures if not better. Excellent staff, shows, activities and facilities

The sea view room was awesome and the food was delicious. We were busy all day with group fun activities plus fitness classes including Yoga, cross training etc. Overall a great place for a family holiday

We never get bored! The only annoying thing is the fact that everyone reserves the deckchairs at the pool very early in the morning and therefore, it is very difficult to find a place after 8am

But our favorite is the Breeze bar open in the evening from 7pm to 1am with musical performances. The guitarist who works there is very nice. The hotel staff is also attentive and very helpful

The activities are also varied within the hotel

10 minutes of dancing (the same 3-4 songs every day) and then a game in which children have to stand in line to, for example, jump rope once or walk under a stick. The animator repeats the same thing over and over again

I would specifically like to praise their SPA center, hand massage, Haman, and sauna are unique, if you have a leased one hour massage, it actually lasts one hour, the staff in the SPA center is absolutely "wonderful" In general, the complete service and the price for it definitely stand out

This is a amazing hotel, with great staff. The food is perfect with different choices for everyone everyday. The pool is clean and the life guard is friendly and a good guy to talk to

Pool temperature was 32 C during the day; 30 C in the morning. Garden area - small and regularly cleaned. Sunbeds randomly distributed in the area of garden. Snack bar - having drinks but no snacks during the day

Evening entertainment is entertaining and always a laugh. Highlight of the holiday is animation team as they are always around and interesting with the guests and having a laugh with everyone, truly genuine people

AC was working well; side views from balcony was to the sea and nearby hotel. Beach area was clean but I think just for swimming people. For non-swimming people was dangerous because of waves and steep beach

No refreshment service available on the beach. We came lately August and leaving early September; sea temperature was constant 30 C

They have there own section on the beach which is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The entertainment staff work hard and get you involved in the activities during the day and night

Room number was 1003 Large bathroom with shower fresh towels daily if you asked or put them out and cleaning staff would change did an amazing job, they we’re very friendly, pleasant

There was plenty of sun Loungers to go around, the main pool and children pool area was where the day time entertainment was , the entertainment staff wasn’t that great with us brits , and spoke to other gets more, this was not an issue for us as we had older teenagers, Beech bar and area again very nice clan ice pleasant staff, the guy who took you too and from hotel to beech was great all ways helping...

If you asked for anything extra water for fridge or bathroom accessories , they would leave you or give you them there and then to you, air con in room was a must through out the day and I would recommend having an extra key card for the room so you can leave this on when you are not in your room

👍🏻 highly recommended The only thing I would say that Turkey is no longer the cheap option people think it is as most places when you go out want euros for external activities, food and shopping thus making it on par with most European countries

Price-performance hotel mainly for russian speakers as well as some local guests and some Europeans. Very friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms. Food is also great but the hotel is a bit far to the beach

Lots of fun things for the kids from mini discos to games to ping pong tables and an AMAZING Mini Club. The food was also very goodddd. I was very pleased with this hotel and I guarantee you would be too
