Very comfortable beds, cleaners clean very well, food choice is amazing, lovely view, clean beach and pools, staff is very lovely, very nice drinks, very safe, good transport, wide food selection

There is an indoor pool and outdoor pool which was fun for the whole family. The massage and hammam was 10/10 will leave you feeling relaxed! This is at an extra charge, but worth doing

There is a security guy, his name is Metehan, he did his job very well in the disco(+18). Also the other guys. They help you right at the moment. It was a nice holiday, but it stays a family place(not for singles)

All the staff from the managers to the cleaners were very friendly and spoke several languages and in spite of their many duties all made time to help and answer our questions by for instance giving tips in how to best travel to Alanya and what sights to visit, like Maria from the Granada Kids Club did

My compliments to Lilia and all the lovely girls from the kids club who were great with all the kids and even during their break times when we happened to see them in the restaurant always made time to say hello to the kids and hug them including my 2 year old daughter

Food - plenty of it, can pretty much get food whenever! We arrived at 1am and they had some food prepared for us which was good! The food is very much the same, not the most exciting food but there was always something we could all eat, even my very fussy child! Pool areas are great, especially for kids, its not too busy considering the amount of guest. The slides were also a hit for our kids (open 10 - 12 and 2 till 4)

There's a kids’s area inside the hotel, and it's wonderful. Kids can spend quality time there during the day and have fun with fun activities. I'd like to thank the team working in this mini club

There's also a mini disco for the kids in the evenings. Also the hotel's food was delicious

Russian is definitely the preferred language here (majority of guests are Russian) but this didn't bother us at all! All in all we had a fantastic holiday, making memories and spending time as a family which is what holidays are for! Would we return - i think we would, providing the price was right

4m wide (the smallest found in a 5* hotel), but the cleaning is 10+, daily cleaning + towels/linen are changed. The pools are very clean I stayed more at the adult only

The facilities were really good with lots of activities by the pool. They had someone come in with the water jets and this is like nothing we had seen before

I have not seen an adana, some decent beef dishes, I have only had lamb on Gala Night (Saturday) and there was a battle for it, a 100m queue, and another evening there was baked beef, but not everyone got their plate

70% of the drinks are local, they have J&B, Absolut, Bacardi, Efes, Havana at the lobby bar and at the outside bar (at the hotel entrance), but you have to ask for them, otherwise they will always have local ones

(I have been to many other 5* locations, this is the weakest in terms of gastronomy, I have never seen fried chicken back even at 4* in Bulgaria, anchovies 7/7 times for lunch or dinner, never missed)

The dingys for the water park are mostly punctured causing accidents once they hit the water at the bottom, I saw many a times people crashing severely into the water due to this. Really poor considering 5* claim

The property is absolutely stunning, exuding both elegance and sophistication. It’s meticulously maintained, with cleanliness evident in every corner

Safety at the water park was a major concern!! This should not happen a hotel of this calibre and corners should not be cut for guest safety

I've stayed in at least 5 other Turkish hotels and unfortunately they trumped this one in terms of food quality by a mile

Food was plentiful, but unfortunately it was the same old every day. No live cooking, no themed days just the same food

Very family friendly hotel, it has a lot you can do with the kids. Good restaurants, lots of pools, good entertaining team. And the waterpark is great.

The only small negative is wi-fi: it is only available at the reception and near the pool closest to it. And so, in principle, everything is fine. I recommend this hotel to everyone

The hotel was lovely, clean and the bedrooms were spotless and maintained that way throughout our stay. The grounds of the hotel are absolutely beautiful with all of the flowers and the pools and slides etc were great

Pools are anazing! I really think belly dance is the best ??❤ And I really likes Aqua gym ? The only thing I don't like is that pepole don't really know English. And sometimes you can't understand them at all

Fantastic hotel, facilities are great- pools are brilliant and lots for kids to do! Rooms are always immaculate along with the rest of the hotel! Spa is lovely we had massages and they were incredible! Food is good but quite repetitive- same with most all inclusive places i suppose

Secondly the bars only have one person serving and can cause such a wait in the day and there isn’t staff walking around taking orders for drinks ( this may just be how it is done here but I was surprised as I’ve not been to a hotel of this size and not had waiters taking drink orders at the pool and serving you) Lastly the lack of supervision in the spa facilities

Firstly to find out so much stops at this time of year (November) ale carte restaurants close, day time activities become minimal and the big one air conditioning is turned off- nigh times become slightly unbearable because of the heat

The amphi bar has things like: Crepes, jacket potatoes, waffles, ice cream, burritos, fruit teas and again, a variety of drinks

Pools are very nice but if you don't come early in the morning you will stay without sunbeds (same for the beach). The shore has rocks and you shouldn't go into the sea without swimming shoes

The food is delicious and very varied, we even got to the A La Kart restaurant (I think that's what it's called) on a fish day, it was incredibly delicious! But I would like to say a special huge thank you to the animators of this hotel! Apo, Marcel and Alina! They are just handsome, cool music plays at the pool all day, morning exercises, water aerobics, and in the evening a children's...

Of course it's not perfect,but it's more than enough for a joyful holiday,and we'll never forget this vacation. Clean rooms,clean pools,very good food and loads of it. Nice and communicative employees

At the reception, they put bracelets on us and we brought our things into a separate room, then we ran to the hammam (this is to get an even tan) and we were offered a massage in the hammam, it was unforgettable, then we went to the reception, a cozy room with air conditioning was waiting for us - for 8 days of rest, my husband and I liked everything: delicious food, a variety of salads, soups, cakes...

All the guests are delighted with the host Apo, and my child generally fell in love with him and did not want to go home, because there is no such uncle named Apo at home! 😂 The room is clean, the bed linen was changed every day! In general, we really enjoyed our vacation there! I recommend it to everyone!

The food was delicious, the bar and the service was fast. The animation team is very interested and energetic. Our animation have fun at the young animation show all day long and the hotel is very busy in the evenings

10 minutes of dancing (the same 3-4 songs every day) and then a game in which children have to stand in line to, for example, jump rope once or walk under a stick. The animator repeats the same thing over and over again

And a few animators stand nearby and dance instead of keeping the children entertained. The children's slides are also not open all day, so you can't lounge on the sun loungers there because they close them

Most waiters are not smiling and you have to wait a long time for someone to ask what you would like to drink. they see you with a baby in your arms, but you still have to ask for a baby chair

One of the animators told me that she would not play with my child because it is better when there are at least 3 children. The playground is ok, but the carousel is only open around 8 p

large slides - the stairs are so dirty that no one has probably cleaned there for a long time. The area around this zone looks neglected

I don't understand why; should it stand and look good? Mini disco is also a joke

The hotel, pool and beach were lovely! There is a lot of food to choose from however, the food is not labelled and there are no alternatives for foods such as meat, cheese or milk which made finding suitable meals for a vegan to eat each day very difficult

Hotel was in very nice location, didn't have to travel far to go to the beach like some hotels you have to take coach to go to the beach, Instead this hotel you awake up come out of the room and pool and beach are right there, very friendly and helpful staff, normal Turkish food like all other hotels, loads of eating bars all over the hotel throughout the day

pros: It looked nothing like what it was in the photos, but overall, a good hotel. Pool was nice too and the sea was as well. However this didn't seem like a 5-star hotel, more like a 3-4

Lovely Beach the hotel is very nice but the pool is dirty and not very clean. There are variety of food options to eat and very delicious. The rooms are small and old but the A/C is ok

However, some animation staff (M and T) did not act so professional which as a group of girls made us feel very uncomfortable and resulted in us leaving our night early

We had the best holiday there. All the staff there are very friendly and helpful. They are also hard working, especially the restaurant staff. They are doing their best to make you feel comfortable

Towels are changed daily as well as rooms are cleaned every day, additional free bar in the room is filled every day! 5. There is no need to stand in lines at the bar

Even at the end of my stay I was not tired by the food offer, which is a big compliment in itself. The only possible downside was noise from neighbouring hotels at night and I am not a fan of instant coffee

There is no need to fight for sunbeds, there are still plenty of free ones at 8 o'clock in the morning

Pros: - very good location and position, nearly all rooms have a beautiful sea-view; - rich buffet for all meals and in between, with some add-ons (popcorn, ice-cream, snacks, extra coffeeshop); - extraordinary comfortable seashore with own pier, many sunbeds and parasols (included in the hotel price), life guard, and small, round stones (no extra sea-slippers needed to enter the water), beach towel

Due to their overload and the behaviour of the guests they are unfriendly; - real feel is rather 4* instead of 5*; - room cleaning is poor, is carried out very sloppily; - culture of fellow guests is rather low (wasting food, towel-reserving sunbeds early in the morning when they are not use them, smoking in crowded areas, littering, disrespecting staff); - pushy sales style for massage; - poor lighting...

we came here for the week with family. We like swimming pool, so many food, restaurants we like. Animation for us and kids are so good. We don’t need to go outside for having fun, we could find it here in the hotel

Everyday is a kind of hunting for a free sunbed by the pool, any of the pools and the beach, actually. Catering is rather poor, same dishes everyday, only grilled meals that are made in the yard differ

Except from the broken baclony door which opened only if pushed really hard, the room is good, clean, housekeepers come everyday, change towels, make beds - that is ok. But facilities of this hotel are another story

And also thanks to an old man who helped in our hunt of sunbeds several times :) By the way, there are many Russians in the hotel and the staff prefer Russian instead of English

Cheese, olives, side dishes often too salty. On the last days of our stay we simply decided to skip eating at the main restaurant and chose snacks from the pool bar

Doors that do not lock or close, out of toilet paper and paper towels, and sometimes even dirty as hell that it even makes you want to throw up

At the end of June, we spent a wonderful time with three families. The service of the staff was top notch. The rooms are cleaned all the time, the food is excellent, so I have no complaints

Very poor quality and variety. The restaurant is too small for the no of rooms and tourists. Aquapark and the entertainment was great, the rooms are very spacious and the hotel is pretty clean
