Justiniano Club Park Conti

We were 4 people (2 couples) staying for 8 nights (9 full days) at this hotel. The experience wasn't what we expected for the amount of money that we spent.
Staff:
Since day 1 we experienced unpleasantness with the bartenders from the pool area. Even though they could see that we are couples they intentionally tried to be flirty with us girls and giving attitude to the guys, not giving them the correct order and being rude through out the whole stay.
Location:
The hotel is somewhere between Alanya and Side and if you want to go to both places be prepared to go 1h with bus to the destination. In the town where the hotel is located there is absolutely nothing to do besides sitting in the hotel.
Hotel:
For a hotel with 5* we were greeted with a hole in our bed which made the sleeping uncomfortable and uncleaned AC which smelled so bad every time you would turn it on (the smell lasted while the AC was on). The resort is very huge so even if its fully booked you cannot feel the traffic and that was a plus. Getting sunbeds beside the pool is a skill it self as you need to wake up 7/8 am to save a spot. At 12am (midnight) the pool bar closes and while we were sitting and playing cards they turned off the lights on us. We stayed and continued playing with lights from our phones but the security came and kicked us off saying that they need to clean. (We were on vacation where we wanted to stay how much we want and not go to bed at 12. We were NOT loud neither listened to music, just playing cards). The bar opens at 10am which means from 12am - 10am you cannot stay at the pool bar and drink your coffee or drink. OR STAY at all..
Food and Drink:
The food was ok but nothing special 7/10. The coffee was terrible around the bars, the only place you can drink Turkish coffee is in the main building where you need to go fully dressed. The alcohol which was free was local and tasted like acetone besides the beer. International alcohol extra charge.

Unfortunately we experienced medical emergency where we were in need of a doctor which the hotel did not provide late at night (12/1am) they said that the doctor comes 9am in the morning. When i went to the reception to call our insurance company the receptionist didn't speak English neither Turkish and when asked what language he speaks he said Russian. At that moment I was in pure shock since i know i payed for a holiday in Turkey and not Russia. With that I can sum up that if you are Russian or speak Russian you will have no issues but for everyone else I would advice you to pass this hotel.
