Consists of one 5-storey building (138 rooms with sea views and 104 rooms overlooking the street and garden).

Overall,we left with only positive impressions. Highly recommended for family vacations and not just families!
One thing we really appreciated was the food — lots of options, and not just the same thing every day. Everything tasted fresh, and you could tell they put effort into the quality. Especially loved the fruit and desserts, and there were always enough choices even for picky eaters.
The bar was also great — good selection of drinks and some interesting cocktails. The staff at the bar were friendly and made sure everyone was happy.
The service in general was very good. Staff were polite, helpful, and always around if you needed anything. It didn’t feel forced — just natural and welcoming.
Guest Relations were also helpful — easy to find, and they took care of things without making you wait or ask twice.
We traveled with a child, and the kids’ activities were a big help. Our little one had fun and was always busy, so we could take a breather and enjoy some quiet time.
The hotel area was clean, lots of greenery, and the beach was well maintained. There were always free sunbeds, which we really appreciated.
Overall, a great experience. Nothing over the top, just a solid, peaceful vacation — exactly what we needed.
Food options were numerous and many of the items on the menu tasted great, the longhorn pool restaurant was my favourite place to eat at lunch time.
Drinks were good quality and you can order from your table with QR code which is a nice touch and ice lolly’s were available during the day from the pool bar with cake available throughout the day at the two coffee bars.
The negatives for us were the fact the main pool was absolutely freezing, we came in October but the weather was still lovely, as a result the kids really didn’t want to use the pool to quite the eldest “nah this ain’t right” lol!! It was like a fitness plunge pool. The sea was much warmer.
The slide pool which has limited hours and is not big enough to swim in was a better temperature and the indoor pool was a better temperature.
Another minor niggle is that our door card stopped working every day meaning we had to get it reprogrammed each morning.
To finish on a positive staff were friendly, the spa facilities are nice if a little hard sell, and the hotel is right next to the beach.
