Aes Club Hotel

The hotel is nice, food fine. On a night only one member of staff serves drinks even though there's others
behind the bar so you wait ages. After
11.30pm it's one drink per person. Not great when you've got a few of you and ones disabled!

Family friendly resort in a good location, very near to the local busy town Hisaronu, 15min walk or 5 min taxi ride. Staff are very welcoming and engaging, l'd like to give a special shout out to the deputy manager Mustafa and my adopted barman brother Adam aka Noah, who were very attentive to our needs and always cracking jokes & keeping the mood up. Entertainment team were great for the children, every evening keeping them busy and stimulated. Food was relatively decent, especially dinner time, general grounds, both pools and the rooms are well kept and clean. Free shuttle every morning to and from Paradise Beach, where you can change it up a bit from the resort settings. For the daredevils, you have mount Babadag nearby from where you can do some paragliding and get some great arial views. All in all a good value for money get away, would go again.

Went for a week and loved our stay. Great atmosphere and lovely setting.
The food is average but plenty to choose from. Seating area could use some ceiling fans.
Drinks were great, though could be inconsistent on how strong they were. Sometimes felt the drink was 60% alcohol but that's not a complaint! Saw some reviews saying that you could only get 1 drink at a time. This was rarely the case but only happened when the bar was really busy or if someone had ordered 9 drinks at once.
Rooms are decent, air conditioning and a safe was included, as well as a daily top up of water bottles in the fridge. Rooms always kept clean.
Very accessible apart from one block that didn't seem to have a lift.
Entertainment staff constantly putting on activities for a variety of age groups such as kid discos, pool activities, beach parties, turkish dancing, and more. Truly what made the stay extra special for me and my friends so massive thanks to Ozzy, Abdullah, and Lena.
The manager could learn to deal with difficult situations more professionally. I recommend he deal with problem guests properly rather than shouting and getting angry at the people the problem guests disturbed. Despite this issue it didn't ruin the holiday and he seemed friendly most of the time.

An honest review. Please don't believe all the negative comments. The staff are all amazing, some shy ones but all happy and full of fun. The room was fine we were on ground floor behind pool but the time you spend in the room isn't worth a moan. Room cleaned every day towels changed every couple of days. Bed very comfy shower amazing. Air con fine. Pool area and pool gorgeous loved it, pool cold but once in was lovely. Food I am a vegetarian but found something to eat every time. Omelette's fried eggs, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, cereal, pancakes, chips......soup.....pastries all for breakfast and more. Salads are all fresh and lovely. Evening meals mostly meat but I always found something to eat. Would we return......yes definitely as would other people we spoke to. Thank you Aes club hotel for a wonderful holiday xx

Overall a really nice hotel and we had a great stay here! The food is amazing, the drinks are pretty good and the facilities are really clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and the entertainment team did a great job.

The only slight downside is it’s a bit of a walk out of town (15 minutes) but it’s not too bad and taxis are easy and cheap if needed.

Not really related to the hotel but the cable car and the 12 Island Boat Trip we did were amazing and well worth the money!
