**Review for AES CLUB HOTEL**

I recently stayed at AES CLUB HOTEL, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. One significant issue was the food; it simply did not meet the expected standards. I encountered mould on some of the fruit served, which was not only unappetizing but also concerning from a health perspective.

Another frustrating aspect was the limited supply of bottled water. Each guest was only allowed one bottle per day, which is absurd, especially in a warm climate where hydration is crucial. This policy made it challenging to stay adequately hydrated throughout our stay.

Additionally, the hotel only provides one key per room, which caused significant inconvenience for my group. We often went out separately, and having just one key created unnecessary complications. It was frustrating to have to coordinate our schedules around a single access point.

To make matters worse, the shower in our room didn’t work, and when I approached the staff for assistance, they wouldn’t prioritize moving us to a different room. This was particularly distressing for me, as I have eczema, and the heat made my condition flare up. I was hot and desperate for a shower to soothe my skin, but the lack of urgency from the staff only added to my frustration.

Overall, I would not recommend AES CLUB HOTEL based on my experience. There are certainly better options available around this area. As you will see on my profile I have stayed in Turkey numerous times and this hotel has got to be the worst.

This hotel is litterally falling apart, screen doors wont stay up, shower doors kept falling off awful smell coming from the air con units.....there is only ever one bar man on serving drinks and no idea how to make cocktails, when we ordered one he had to pull out a card of ingredients and still messed it up.,,,.after getting our rooms wrong on check in all encountered was agro!!! The manager really is an angry little woman.... Given this as an all inclusive hotel you can only get watered down drinks and if you want icecream for the kids you must pay for it.....avoid this dump at all costs!!!

Me and my partner recently stayed at the AES Club Hotel and had a mixed experience. There were some positives, like the clean pool, comfortable beds, and effective air conditioning (although the balcony door must be closed for it to work).
The view of the mountains near the pool area is also quite nice.

However, several aspects of my stay were disappointing.The wifi was consistently poor, making it difficult to stay connected. Customer service was lacking; no one wore uniforms, so it was hard to identify staff members. The food service was also below par – the food was never hot, service was slow, and the selection was poor. Additionally, guests are not allowed to take food to the seated area around the pool, which was inconvenient.

There was only one bar with one staff member, leading to long waits for drinks. The hotel didn’t have enough sun loungers or umbrellas, making it difficult to find a spot by the pool. The TV in the room didn't work, and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom throughout my stay.

Overall, while there were some enjoyable aspects of the AES Club Hotel, the negatives outweighed the positives for me.
