Never a problem getting sunbeds even in peak season. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Up in the mountains above Oludenniz so a £5 taxi to get to the two local towns

And at the same time I am having time with family never again here, and hasan my friend and food and beverage manager of this hotel I am sorry but you need to ask for permission to ruin our family dinner even if there is a big problem

I can speak 4 languages and my mother language is Turkish, at restaurant hasan the waiter showed up and did not asker for permission he said i am going to chare beer on your table your friend brought you wine glass bla bla

The best choice for self-driving families. The key is that the price of this hotel is quite different when booked on trip and locally. The local platform and front desk are quite expensive

I found a place everyday never queued. The Plaza bar was a great place to unwind at night, the waiters work extremely hard here. A very busy beach with the Paragliders landing on the grass area outside

My husband loved it and went with Dragonfly £125 of sheer adrenalin souring above. Gorgeous jewellery from Eternity Diamond was a great treat too. This place has everything you need for a great holiday in the sun

Environment: It is a small garden villa hotel with many foreigners. The center is the swimming pool, and there are a lot of lounge chairs

I did put towels on beds at 8am and they started to fill by 9am. You can get towels from reception with a deposit but we took our own. I would advise Lira as we took mainly euros and lira was better

Recently came back from this hotel and will definitely re book for next year! Kemal made our holiday! Day time entertainment was so much fun- water polo, volleyball, darts and table tennis tournaments every day, myself and my 4 teens all got involved

the staff are so friendly and make you feel really welcome and will go out of there way to help you. the food is amazing and there is plenty of choice. the pools are big and very clean

Food was very good, lots of options, lots of beef and meatballs, lovely desserts. Evening entertainment was quite good. Preferred to sit in the main bar rather than sit down on the steps

The pool area is nice but I feel it’s small for the amount of guests. There was never any trouble getting a sun bed however 2 nights some people did put towels out at 12 midnight which is ridiculous

The food and the pool bar was very nice, we did eat here a few times. We also ate in the restaurant in the evening. The food was ok but not spectacular and not a lot of choice to be honest

The slides are good but are only open for 2 slots through the day. Cleaners come everyday but if you don’t want them to clean the room they will come back and just do the beds and clean the next day

Entertainment was good we enjoyed singers, dancers and circus acts. There was also karaoke night and bingo and also quiz night. On some of these nights they also do a raffle which is very good

The staff here work incredibly hard long days and are always polite and helpful nothing is too much. Ricky and harry were great and all why lovely lady waitresses whose names I didn’t manage to get

Staff could not do anymore for us. I was not very well on the BBQ night and the entertainment manager sent us up food from the BBQ (the hotel does not offer room service)

The location and view is excellent, the infinity pool also has amazing view, you can spend ages there admiring the view. We had a truly amazing time which was mainly down to the amazing staff

The whole place is moldy and shaky, and the massage is also poor and unprofessional. The massager plays with his phone while massaging, and gives the same foot towel to the next person without changing it

There are no hot dishes and no meat for breakfast, just a bunch of pre-made bread and cheap cheese, not even omelette. In short, there is no need to stay in this hotel at this price, the experience is very poor

Just had 8 nights in this hotel and loved it. Its in a fab location against beautiful hillside. There are loads of staff and they are all great. Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily

We had a very noisey room neighbour for several nights keeping us awake until 3am, which is not the hotels fault and the music by the pool was quite loud at times but overall had a relaxing time and would go back

We thought the food was pretty good and you could eat pretty much non stop if you wanted!! The pool and pool area is lovely. We prefered to be up on the grass area as a bit quieter away from the speakers

The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable Towels changed every day beds changed regularly. Extra sheets pillows towels provided on request without issue. Prices are comparable to all of oludeniz

Do not believe the horrible reviews posted on here they are utter rubbish. First off the staff all of them are lovely friendly and caring. My personal experience after suffering a fall on a spilled drink in my room

On return to the hotel everyone of the staff could not do enough for Mr and informed me anything I needed to just ask at reception. The 2 young ladies in charge ensured that U gad all ai needed

I suffered a large cut on the back of my head resulting in a visit to the hospital a scan and sutures

I really like my stay here when my girlfriend. The staff already friendly, to me and my partner anyway. If you haven't been to Turkey before you're not really allowed to bring any food into the hotel

Another person I’d like to mention is Hasan Who organises the excursions, he was super helpful and accommodating with helping us book one of the boat trips, would highly recommend booking through him as he is super friendly and accommodating

If you have any mobility issues just be aware as due to the beautiful location there is a steep hill and lots of steps to some of the rooms, but there is also a lift that can take you up and down so you don’t have to walk

The aqua park was also really cool and the shuttle bus drops you off and picks you up. We will definitely be back to this hotel as it ticked all the boxes. The entertainment team were also really entertaining

Mirac Enes was on reception and he was super helpful in exceeding my request, his experience and personality are a credit to the hotel. Can’t really fault the hotel everything was perfect

The food was delicious and not too many options so that you have to walk around for 15 minutes before getting your dinner. lots of options throughout the day if kids are always hungry

Will defo be back!! Stayed last week for 5 days, I was worried on arrival that we wouldn’t have two rooms next door to each other (adult son has special needs so needs to be close)
