Health and fitness facilities also include an indoor pool and a gym and the business center can provide for every office need. This lodging facility provides a full service buffet restaurant and over 282-square-meters 3 035-square-feet of flexible meeting and event space which will accommodate up to 90 people for a sit-down banquet.

We reserved a 60 minutes program, 30 minutes body massage, 10 minutes face, and 20 minutes Turkish bath. We’re never been to Turkish bath, so everybody is so exciting. The massage lady came work on body massage for less than 20 minutes and put face mud on and left. 10 minutes passed, the mud is totally dry and no body show up, I have to call them to take me to the 20 minutes Turkish bath. The whole program end less than 50 minutes. And the massage itself is so rough.
So we talked to the manager about the massage time shortage, the manager said you should come to me when the massage is done before go into the Turkish bath. Oh, my gosh, how can I go the hotel hall look for the manager with mud face and no clothes on? Such a disappointment with the service and management.
I have been to so many times of massage, this is the worst one. So if you happen to stay in Ramada by Wyndham Cappadocio, don’t try your luck on their spa. Find somewhere else.
The restaurant was completely full with very disorganised compartments of food and dirty tables.
I stayed for 2 nights during a circuit around turkey, and in the second day, they realized that they gave us the wrong room, changed our stuff from one room to another and lost personal things!! Did they take any responsibility? No. Instead, I had a very embarrassing conversation at the reception while asking for help as they lost my birth control pill!! They didn’t even say sorry or assume any guilt, or try to help me in any way. Completely unacceptable. So bad… Do not recommend at all.
Also: I find unacceptable that people working in tourism/hotels do not speak proper English, at least the minimum level to have an easy conversation and understand the tourists.
My wallet, credit cards, and cash were laying around the room, I felt very angry.
I tried talking to the hotel's manager to know why cleaning staff enters rooms when guests do not want them to enter, but reception staff could not get anyone with authority to talk to me, simply bunch of excuses and asked me to wait 30 min.
At breakfast most plates were dirty, I got some fruits and left annoyed by such dirty scene.
This is by far the worst Ramada hotel I ever stayed at Turkey.
It was supposed to be a 5 star hotel, it should have no stars at all.
I do not recommend it.
But
Food is average.
You have to carry all your language to room if with family you konw.
Washrooms are average and small.
