Check-in and checkout were seamless and efficient, with friendly and helpful staff. While the hotel is quiet and ideal for relaxation, featuring two pools, the rooms—particularly the bathrooms—are below average. Avoid the restaurant; the open buffet is terrible and overpriced. Despite this, the hotel (excluding the restaurant) provides good value for money.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The positive reviews are not real and have been paid for by the hotel. There were ants in the food and the fruit is rotten. The rooms are small and dark. The bathroom has mold inside the shower. No one speaks any English and the staff is unhelpful.

I stayed in the hotel 4 days ago with a group from India.While the stay was comfortable andlocationwise it's a standard hotel it's restaurant experience was horrible. The dinner they serve was tasteless and stale. I being fully vegetarian hadno choice other than bread, spinach and pulses in dinner. Even the fruits were rotten.

Hotel Dilek Kaya is a horrible hotel as far as their restaurant and behaviour of restaurant manager is concerned. They serve rotten fruits and stale food. For Indian palet they do not have anything to offer. For vegetarians experience is particularly horrible. Even non vegetarian items are smelly and stale like stale fish.

Excellent service of the crew with very much helpful behaviour. Rooms are too good, hygenic, well maintained. Food Quality is excellent. My stay at DILEK KAYA HOTEL will be remembered forever. I never experienced such luxurious treat in any hotel till date. The beautiful view of surrounding nature is an added advantage. Surely I'll suggest others to experience at least few nights' stay in this hotel.
