The rooms are small but good, the staff is great. The thermal pool is gorgeous, the buffet Breakfast and dinner very diverse and good. Liked it!

We and our group stayed 1 night at this hotel, the room was nice, the food was also quite good but unfortunately the hot water in our room sometimes didn't work.

Excellent place to stay, food was lovely, thermal pools were like out of this world, so refreshing even in winter times. I would like to come back here in the future. Thanks for the hospitality and love

Belek pizza the art of pizzeria is the best restaurant to eat a very good pizza… I fully recommend, I love the services and love the lava cake ! Please try it is amazing

The outdoor buffet and rooms were gorgeous, as well as the natural hot spas. The staff needs to learn how to up sell service, like with Turkish baths and other relaxation services.

One of the best features was the stunning hot air balloon view directly from the hotel’s dining and poolside area – it was truly breathtaking and made our mornings unforgettable

The staff were so friendly and attentive. Stopped here on a whim and it was a good call. Get up early to see the hot air balloons flying past. But the pool and restaurant were spotless, with great waiter service

This is a five star hotel located near Cotton Castle in Pamukkale. This is a good place to stay if you want to go Cotton Castle the next day. It has indoor, outdoor, and thermal pools

The rooms were fine here and the location is decent. This is a large group tour hotel and the buffets for dinner and breakfast, in a room with 80 round tables, were not good. Brings back the 1980’s.

The spa is very clean and the massage ladies are professional, my fatigue is removed and I feel rejuvenated. The food at the restaurant is one of the best on the turkey trip, the food is fresh and delicious

We really enjoyed the hotel and swimming at the thermal pools. There is thermal pool outside with a great view especially at the sunset and two pools inside, one deep for adults and one shallow for kids

Polat Termal Hotel is rated 5 stars Hotel but its basic calm but lovely short stay hotel close to Pamukkale and the old town too. There are limited activities in this area but the hotel it self is good choice for a stay

But on the positive side it has a good swimming pool, good restaurant and a thermal. Pool pool, which is a plus point

The best asset of this property is undoubtedly its staff! They were all incredibly welcoming and committed to creating the best possible experience

The only thing I would like to recommend to the management: throw fish of the Gambusia family into the middle and lower parts, they will clear your pond of mosquito larvae and. swimming with fish will be very original

There are bathrobes in the rooms, which gives the hotel a separate atmosphere, because everyone walks around the hotel in bathrobes and it’s very cozy! All in all

A clean serious hotel with a great spa center. Great breakfast with young chef Ümit’s Omlette and all other staff is just really helpful. Rooms are very clean, feels like home.

We was over for 1 night and that was good and nice . We really enjoyed the breakfast that was great. Because at that time we was only guest of the hotel for the season but they make perfect breakfast for 2 person 💖

I would definitely stay here again. My bus dumped us in the middle of the night by the beautiful travertines @04:30am (along with 15 other people). I phoned all of the hotels in the town that advertised 24hour reception

We stayed one day here during our pamukalle trip and we were the only guests there. This hotel is pretty new with good amenities. We were able to use the sauna and thermal pool as well.

We made a reservation through Otelz, we did not have to pay any down payment etc. I had read the bad reviews and was shy, but probably the competing hotels had bad reviews

Clean decent place, friendly staff, I recommend it, the price is reasonable, there is a thermal pool, there is a bathtub in the rooms, you can come for thermals.

There is air conditioning, 82 inch LCD TV, refrigerator, wifi that can be taken from anywhere, and a pool in the bathroom that two people can easily enter
