Spa-Hotels in Pamukkale

We and our group stayed 1 night at this hotel, the room was nice, the food was also quite good but unfortunately the hot water in our room sometimes didn't work.

This hotel is kind of out of the way. Nice thermal pool. We are on a bus tour and the buffet was chaotic and crowded. Food was bland. We offen avoid them, but because of location, there was nothing else to walk to. There is no elevator, but bell service will come and get your luggage. Room was clean and fairly well maintained.

Rooms were average, the pillows had weird icky stains on them and had to ask for replacement. We also had to ask for extra shower gels and shampoo because what was provided was not enough for two people which was also provided by staff accordingly. The only saving grace, was the thermal and outside pools. On that outside pool area, it had a relaxing yet lively ambiance.

Our overall experience is very-very positive! The service is fast and efficient (even though we mixed up our dates and arrived 1 month earlier). Miss Didem made our restaurant experience splendid. Her attention made us feel special and vip. The thermal pool and thermal centre are super nice.

Dated rooms with things beginning to fall apart. Air con is not cold. Bathroom exhaust not working. Dinner spread was wide and decent, but nothing unique/special.

Tinie rooms. The gim is well equipped, but it has terrible smell and there is no fresh air. I asked the staff nearby if I could open the window, but his answer was "No and you must close the door if you want to work out". That was unplesant experience. Disappointing breakfast.

Nice welcome staff Lovely setting Spotless pool Hot spring with minerals in the middle of the hotel grounds. 3 hotspring pool areas one of which is indoors. Various massage services We came to pumakkale for 1 night and decided to stay in the city. It was a good choice to stay in this hotel. For 50 Euros a night I would give it a 5/5 !

Hotel was nice, thermal springs were nice to swim in. Thankfully they fit us in last minute, but I wasn’t a fan of the two twin beds pushed together for a queen. Maybe they were just out of queen bed rooms though because we did book same day as arrival. The breakfast was good, fresh cooked eggs and an assortment of cheese, pastries, raw vegetables

Rested at this hotel in August 2017. The hotel is focused on rest of people who want to improve their health. The thermal spring is very beautiful-multiple levels with different water temperature and depth. Very cozy separate corps. We had a room with mountain views. The room has the opportunity to take baths with thermal water, a separate faucet. Clean, quiet, excellent air.

Just an average hotel. Neither of which are outstanding, in addition to the hot spring. The rooms are old worn. Mold in bathroom, peeling paint. Restaurant and kitchen are on the top three.

Convenient location close to Pamukkale. Paid drinks and minibars. Food quite acceptable. Did here massage(classic) price-quality suit. There are thermal baths. Thermal water is pumped to the rooms.

Fabulous breakfast and dinner buffet, excellent service, and many Covid precautions here. Loved this hotel, will definitely return.

Nothing wrong to tell about it. Three swimming pools, one of them with thermal water at 40 degrees! Amazing! Very nice outside area and close of the interesting points!

Belek pizza the art of pizzeria is the best restaurant to eat a very good pizza… I fully recommend, I love the services and love the lava cake ! Please try it is amazing

The outdoor buffet and rooms were gorgeous, as well as the natural hot spas. The staff needs to learn how to up sell service, like with Turkish baths and other relaxation services.

Went on a two day trip and managed to visit this hotel. Feedback can be left. Wi-Fi is good. The rooms and hotel are clean and well maintained. Interesting sources of entertainment and recreation. But the food is full "G". And drinks take. Hotel surcharge

We came from São Paulo. We stayed at the hotel for 3 days. We rested so well in the famous healing waters of Denizli... We had a beautiful holiday in nature, away from all the stress of life. The rooms are incredibly clean. The housekeeper is very attentive. All the employees are smiling. 3 km from Pamukkale. I will recommend it to those who want to come and to my friends who want holiday suggestions...

Excellent hotel, fully consistent with the description on the website. We were checked in immediately after arrival, which certainly raised our spirits. By the way, no one asked for additional payment or tips for this. We recommend! special thanks to Huat for good service and prompt work!

Hotel seems old and outdated In my case, the air-conditioner and refrigerators was not working and I had to change the rooms which are too much inside and with long lobby the lights in the room and passages were also inadequate. But on the positive side it has a good swimming pool, good restaurant and a thermal. Pool pool, which is a plus point

We stay only 1 night here after visiting hot spring. The lobby looks amazing and has nice spiral staircase to the restaurant. There are 1 twin bed and 1 single bed in the room. Room is clean. Surrounding has beautiful old trees. We also had our dinner and breakfast in the Polat restaurant. Food is good.

Pamukkale is small town and has only few 5 stars hotels and they are not luxurious as Antalya or Bodrum large resorts. Polat Termal Hotel is rated 5 stars Hotel but its basic calm but lovely short stay hotel close to Pamukkale and the old town too . There are limited activities in this area but the hotel it self is good choice for a stay.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel! The rooms were well-equipped, spacious, and offered lovely views. The hotel features beautiful pools and hot springs that were perfect for relaxation. In the evenings, there was live music, adding to the enjoyable atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great getaway!

The best asset of this property is undoubtedly its staff! They were all incredibly welcoming and committed to creating the best possible experience. However, the hotel itself is showing its age, evident in the condition of the rooms and overall facilities. While the staff's hospitality is top-notch, I wouldn’t recommend it for an extended stay due to the outdated amenities.

This is such an amazing hotel, it deserves to be a 5 star. It got a spa, 3 different pools, and a playground. The buffet has very incredible foods. Also, the rooms are very clean.

Nice thermal pool (indoor and outdoor) with regular pools (in and out) as well, spa options; decent food. Rooms were nice and quiet.

A clean serious hotel with a great spa center. Great breakfast with young chef Ümit’s Omlette and all other staff is just really helpful. Rooms are very clean, feels like home.

As a recent guest at Doga Thermal Health & Spa in Karahayit, I was thoroughly impressed. The thermal pools were a delight, offering much-needed relief and relaxation. My room was cozy with a stunning view, and the food was a delicious journey through local and international flavors. A true gem for a wellness retreat!

Their service exceeded expectations; celebrating our anniversary, they adorned the room with bows on the doors and stunning decorations. The staff was exceptionally pleasant, and the thermal pools are a must-try. This being my second visit, I would undoubtedly return, making it a top recommendation for anyone heading to Pamukkale.

Nice pools - they have one with thermal water and one with usual water on the outside. Outside pool is a bit cold but we was able to swim in December, it was fun! Nice food. Very nice English speaking stuff. Overall very relaxing stay, thank you!

Very basic hotel. Stayed in the smaller room. WiFi was good. Breakfast was included.It's walking distance to the entrance of the traventines. It's ok for the price.

The place is nice (although mid-April the pool was closed.). The restaurant was quite good (esp. the "sat kebab" !). They were very friendly when we came to have dinner. But we felt a bit odd when we left : they never showed us any price, and the ones we got charged in the end seemed more expensive than they should be : almost 3000TL for a full diner for two (incl. mezze & drinks).

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The owner was very kind and friendly. We stayed there for a night, so the price I paid was defo cheaper and worth it. The nigh we stayed in, it was pouring unexpectedly and we had to cancel our dinner plan. So we stayed in and ordered from the same hotel. The hotel owner's wife made us a yummy dinner. It was fresh and delicious. Overall, it was a good experience

Everything was perfect, the owner was really nice and breakfast was tasty. We didnt expect this. We were surprised!

The hotel is good, if you like to sit and sleep all day. There is nothing you can do outside, except you take a tour guide. The nearest town is Denizli, it is around 25km ahead.

By chance, we found it in the evening and went, we liked it as a family. Even if you go out to the balcony in the cold, it is warm because it is heated from the bottom. 5 minutes from the center. It is also nice to have an outdoor and family-only indoor pool. We recommend you to go with peace of mind.

Clean decent place, friendly staff, I recommend it, the price is reasonable, there is a thermal pool, there is a bathtub in the rooms, you can come for thermals.

We made a reservation through Otelz, we did not have to pay any down payment etc. and there was no problem. I had read the bad reviews and was shy, but probably the competing hotels had bad reviews. There is air conditioning, 82 inch LCD TV, refrigerator, wifi that can be taken from anywhere, and a pool in the bathroom that two people can easily enter. After being attacked at Sunrise Aya, these guys came to my rescue. They were absolutely wonderful! Every single person who was working here was absolutely wonderful! I have much more that I plan on adding when I have more time.

I had the pleasure of staying one night at the Mustafa Motel and Pension as a solo traveler. To begin with, I checked in pretty late and had a seamless welcome. The rooms were very good considering the prices, and they were well maintained taking into account the Turkish tourism scene has taken a hit and it's hard to upkeep hotels. It was conveniently tucked in the foothills of Pamukkale with a dolmus...

Perfect location 2 minute walk from the entrance to pamukkale. Cenj ‘the master chef’ is very friendly, helpful and generous throughout our brief stay. They were flexible with our arrival time and arranged our taxis, which was very helpful. The rooms are great and have lots of room with a Turkish breakfast included. Very good value for money. The restaurant food was very good and would also recommend...

Cannot comment on rooms as not stayed but pictures look good. The staff are more than amenable to make your visit to the restaurant a pleasant experience. The food was amazing cooked to perfection. The upstairs dining area was a surprise very nice ambiance...the attention to detail is nothing to much for the staff and made our visit an enjoyable one that we came back again and would recommend anyone...

Nice location, only 10 minutes from pamukkale. Surrely recommended if you want to have a few day's vacation in this area.

Only visit, did not stay. The place looks nice, better than others around. The pool too deep for short people to stand. That was the reason we did not stay there.
