5 star hotels in Pamukkale

We and our group stayed 1 night at this hotel, the room was nice, the food was also quite good but unfortunately the hot water in our room sometimes didn't work.

This hotel is kind of out of the way. Nice thermal pool. We are on a bus tour and the buffet was chaotic and crowded. Food was bland. We offen avoid them, but because of location, there was nothing else to walk to. There is no elevator, but bell service will come and get your luggage. Room was clean and fairly well maintained.

Rooms were average, the pillows had weird icky stains on them and had to ask for replacement. We also had to ask for extra shower gels and shampoo because what was provided was not enough for two people which was also provided by staff accordingly. The only saving grace, was the thermal and outside pools. On that outside pool area, it had a relaxing yet lively ambiance.

Our overall experience is very-very positive! The service is fast and efficient (even though we mixed up our dates and arrived 1 month earlier). Miss Didem made our restaurant experience splendid. Her attention made us feel special and vip. The thermal pool and thermal centre are super nice.

Dated rooms with things beginning to fall apart. Air con is not cold. Bathroom exhaust not working. Dinner spread was wide and decent, but nothing unique/special.

Tinie rooms. The gim is well equipped, but it has terrible smell and there is no fresh air. I asked the staff nearby if I could open the window, but his answer was "No and you must close the door if you want to work out". That was unplesant experience. Disappointing breakfast.

Nice welcome staff Lovely setting Spotless pool Hot spring with minerals in the middle of the hotel grounds. 3 hotspring pool areas one of which is indoors. Various massage services We came to pumakkale for 1 night and decided to stay in the city. It was a good choice to stay in this hotel. For 50 Euros a night I would give it a 5/5 !

Hotel was nice, thermal springs were nice to swim in. Thankfully they fit us in last minute, but I wasn’t a fan of the two twin beds pushed together for a queen. Maybe they were just out of queen bed rooms though because we did book same day as arrival. The breakfast was good, fresh cooked eggs and an assortment of cheese, pastries, raw vegetables

Rested at this hotel in August 2017. The hotel is focused on rest of people who want to improve their health. The thermal spring is very beautiful-multiple levels with different water temperature and depth. Very cozy separate corps. We had a room with mountain views. The room has the opportunity to take baths with thermal water, a separate faucet. Clean, quiet, excellent air.

Just an average hotel. Neither of which are outstanding, in addition to the hot spring. The rooms are old worn. Mold in bathroom, peeling paint. Restaurant and kitchen are on the top three.

Convenient location close to Pamukkale. Paid drinks and minibars. Food quite acceptable. Did here massage(classic) price-quality suit. There are thermal baths. Thermal water is pumped to the rooms.

Nothing wrong to tell about it. Three swimming pools, one of them with thermal water at 40 degrees! Amazing! Very nice outside area and close of the interesting points!

Belek pizza the art of pizzeria is the best restaurant to eat a very good pizza… I fully recommend, I love the services and love the lava cake ! Please try it is amazing

The outdoor buffet and rooms were gorgeous, as well as the natural hot spas. The staff needs to learn how to up sell service, like with Turkish baths and other relaxation services.

Went on a two day trip and managed to visit this hotel. Feedback can be left. Wi-Fi is good. The rooms and hotel are clean and well maintained. Interesting sources of entertainment and recreation. But the food is full "G". And drinks take. Hotel surcharge

This is a five star hotel located near Cotton Castle in Pamukkale. This is a good place to stay if you want to go Cotton Castle the next day. The hotel is huge. It has indoor, outdoor, and thermal pools. The food is okay, but it has the same variety as other food in other hotels in Turkiye. The room is clean and nice. We had a pleasant stay.

The rooms were fine here and the location is decent. This is a large group tour hotel and the buffets for dinner and breakfast, in a room with 80 round tables, were not good. Brings back the 1980’s.

The hotel is quite good. The walls are a little thin so you might wanna be careful when talking. The bathroom has no lock though. And a translucent door so make sure you announce to your roommates that you're headed to the bathroom. The main issue was language since none of the room service staff spoke English and we didn't speak Turkish, we could not communicate properly. The pools are great....

Rooms are pretty dated. The corridors are very dark as the lights were set with sensor. The location is great and service quite prompt. No opportunity to use other amenities though

Beautiful hotel with many blocks and clean rooms. The bed and towels are clean and hygienic. The thermal pool is a great place to relax after a long day of walking. The spa is very clean and the massage ladies are professional, my fatigue is removed and I feel rejuvenated. The food at the restaurant is one of the best on the turkey trip, the food is fresh and delicious.

We came from São Paulo. We stayed at the hotel for 3 days. We rested so well in the famous healing waters of Denizli... We had a beautiful holiday in nature, away from all the stress of life. The rooms are incredibly clean. The housekeeper is very attentive. All the employees are smiling. 3 km from Pamukkale. I will recommend it to those who want to come and to my friends who want holiday suggestions...

Hotel seems old and outdated In my case, the air-conditioner and refrigerators was not working and I had to change the rooms which are too much inside and with long lobby the lights in the room and passages were also inadequate. But on the positive side it has a good swimming pool, good restaurant and a thermal. Pool pool, which is a plus point

We stay only 1 night here after visiting hot spring. The lobby looks amazing and has nice spiral staircase to the restaurant. There are 1 twin bed and 1 single bed in the room. Room is clean. Surrounding has beautiful old trees. We also had our dinner and breakfast in the Polat restaurant. Food is good.

Pamukkale is small town and has only few 5 stars hotels and they are not luxurious as Antalya or Bodrum large resorts. Polat Termal Hotel is rated 5 stars Hotel but its basic calm but lovely short stay hotel close to Pamukkale and the old town too . There are limited activities in this area but the hotel it self is good choice for a stay.

You will have a relaxing, wonderful time if you don't miss the spa... I highly recommend it, make sure to set up an appointment as soon as you get there...

By chance, we found it in the evening and went, we liked it as a family. Even if you go out to the balcony in the cold, it is warm because it is heated from the bottom. 5 minutes from the center. It is also nice to have an outdoor and family-only indoor pool. We recommend you to go with peace of mind.

We made a reservation through Otelz, we did not have to pay any down payment etc. and there was no problem. I had read the bad reviews and was shy, but probably the competing hotels had bad reviews. What a lovely hotel. The staff were so friendly and attentive. Great location. Spent 2 nights here . Stopped here on a whim and it was a good call. Get up early to see the hot air balloons flying past. Didn't use the spa. But the pool and restaurant were spotless, with great waiter service.

This hotel has a nice & beautiful view. There is no iron provided by hotel, already ask the receptionist. Fast respond from the hotel management, call me after I post my review regarding iron. Great hotel to stay at whilst in the area. They have 4 pools which makes sure that you are never crowded. 2 pools in the open and 2 pools in the bottom level by the hamam. One pool at 32 degrees and one supplied by the hot springs in both areas. Service was excellent and the breakfast was really great. Would definitely come back here if I get a chance to visit the area again.

Excellent property and good service! They have the spring water coming in all the ensuite bathrooms. Regular and hot water pools along with Jacuzzi was a hot amongst kids. Breakfast could be better as there were limited hot food options. But there are a lot of restaurants just a stone throw away. A supermarket is also available right across.

The best asset of this property is undoubtedly its staff! They were all incredibly welcoming and committed to creating the best possible experience. However, the hotel itself is showing its age, evident in the condition of the rooms and overall facilities. This is such an amazing hotel, it deserves to be a 5 star. It got a spa, 3 different pools, and a playground. The buffet has very incredible foods. Also, the rooms are very clean.
