Spa Hotel Colossae Thermal
Pamukkale, Karahayit, Pamukkale 🧭 Map
Good location, very healthy spa
The hotel is huge and offers excellent food at its breakfast and dinner buffets. However, the staff (especially reception) are not especially friendly and the thermal facilities are fairly small for the size of the hotel (one of the thermal pools is not even filled). The biggets disappointment is that the eco-awareness in the hotel is zero. We brought refillable metal water bottles with us, but...
We thank the staff for their interest. The facility has been revised, especially the pools are clean and the thermal facilities are quite nice... The rooms are also clean and useful... The food is diverse and has many options... Half board + tea time was also good... My one criticism would be if drinking water was provided free of charge at other times. 500 cc water per person in the mini bar is insufficient...
Very good, very good, very good
Location is good.Room are clean and very good .Pool ,Steam room ,Sauna room and thermal bath are very good.Breakfast and dinner are many kind very good
Resort hotel is not bad Recommended
2 km from Pammukale, but if to walk when not hot, or rent a bike, it is good, not crowdy Everything was clean, good enough, can't remember any troubles A bit in outside toilets and showers near thermals was a mess, need more frequent attention from staff to clean up after people Transfer was late

It’s a nice hotel, staff are very friendly. They can gave us a lot of help as I need. I will introduce my friend who wants to travel here coming to this place.
It was a great hotel, especially compared to the surrounding accommodations. The help, service, food and hygiene were excellent. Unfortunately, the spa department left much to be desired, probably because it was run by an external party. Before the massage, the staff was friendly and promised a lot of good things, but afterwards the agreed amount suddenly turned out to be higher. In addition, I had...
Of course! Here's a more polished and powerful translation in English: This hotel seems to have a hot spring pool, but unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy it since we were only staying for the night—arriving late and leaving early after breakfast. Our tour company selected this hotel for us. The room was fine—not too spacious, but just enough, and definitely not cramped. It had all the essential amenities...
I spent one night at this hotel. Everything was so good. Foods, room, bed, wifi, and even the heater works fine. I feel comfortable in the room. But.. sorry to say, the environment was so scary. Like in a horror movies. It's too quiet and lonely. Seriously. And even I got lost on my way to the room from the restaurant. The hallway is almost similar. But overall I enjoyed staying in this hotel with...
We and our group stayed 1 night at this hotel, the room was nice, the food was also quite good but unfortunately the hot water in our room sometimes didn't work.
This hotel is kind of out of the way. Nice thermal pool. We are on a bus tour and the buffet was chaotic and crowded. Food was bland. We offen avoid them, but because of location, there was nothing else to walk to. There is no elevator, but bell service will come and get your luggage. Room was clean and fairly well maintained.

Very nice hotel. The best in the area. One thing that could be improved is a music at the pool. There could be much softer melodies without loud vocals that would allow guests to enjoy the hotel/clinic even better.
The best hotel in the neighbourhood with the best thermal pools.
It was a wonderful stay. The hot sulfur pools are amazing. The reception and dining hall are spacious and have a beautiful view of the hot water. The dining staff are also wonderful and friendly.
Facilities: This hotel was built in 1989. I didn't have high expectations for the facilities, but it was pretty good. As soon as you enter, there are hot springs flowing down from above. The landscape is still very relaxing. There are also two restaurants, and activities are organized at night. You might think that the hotel will have a shuttle bus to the scenic area, but it doesn't. There is no hotel...
It was a life hot spring. Among the outdoor pools, the one with the most water is the warm hot spring that is just right for Koreans. The food was average, but I was satisfied with the price. The hot spring was so fun that I didn't want to bother going all the way to Pamukkale ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I really hope I can go there again someday. Thank you for letting me use the sulfur hot spring.
This hotel is awesome! It really deserves a high rating. When I saw the ratings, I almost missed it😀

Very nice hotel, very friendly, the general area and room were very clean. It was very enjoyable to swim in the thermal pool. The food was delicious. The best hotel to stay in Karahayıt.
The hotel is very nice, the food is great, the thermal pleasure in rainy weather is incredible...
Not worth and not qualify to become the five stars. Old and very rundown. Crowded restaurant seating. Food so so. Room dirty.
This is a five star hotel located near Cotton Castle in Pamukkale. This is a good place to stay if you want to go Cotton Castle the next day. The hotel is huge. It has indoor, outdoor, and thermal pools. The food is okay, but it has the same variety as other food in other hotels in Turkiye. The room is clean and nice. We had a pleasant stay.
The rooms were fine here and the location is decent. This is a large group tour hotel and the buffets for dinner and breakfast, in a room with 80 round tables, were not good. Brings back the 1980’s.
The hotel is quite good. The walls are a little thin so you might wanna be careful when talking. The bathroom has no lock though. And a translucent door so make sure you announce to your roommates that you're headed to the bathroom. The main issue was language since none of the room service staff spoke English and we didn't speak Turkish, we could not communicate properly. The pools are great....

Super hotel in a fabulous location . Friendly helpful staff and good food . Definitely try the thermal pools if you visit. Nice areas for sitting outside and some evenings entertainment was provided . Excellent value .We stayed only for one night but would come again .Thank you
We came from São Paulo. We stayed at the hotel for 3 days. We rested so well in the famous healing waters of Denizli... We had a beautiful holiday in nature, away from all the stress of life. The rooms are incredibly clean. The housekeeper is very attentive. All the employees are smiling. 3 km from Pamukkale. I will recommend it to those who want to come and to my friends who want holiday suggestions...
Excellent hotel, fully consistent with the description on the website. We were checked in immediately after arrival, which certainly raised our spirits. By the way, no one asked for additional payment or tips for this. We recommend! special thanks to Huat for good service and prompt work!
Hotel seems old and outdated In my case, the air-conditioner and refrigerators was not working and I had to change the rooms which are too much inside and with long lobby the lights in the room and passages were also inadequate. But on the positive side it has a good swimming pool, good restaurant and a thermal. Pool pool, which is a plus point
Çok güzel otel. Tafsiye ederim.
We stay only 1 night here after visiting hot spring. The lobby looks amazing and has nice spiral staircase to the restaurant. There are 1 twin bed and 1 single bed in the room. Room is clean. Surrounding has beautiful old trees. We also had our dinner and breakfast in the Polat restaurant. Food is good.

Amazing dinner buffet! We could not possibly try all the dishes! Everything tasted amazing. We wished we were staying here more than one night. Thermal pool was so nice and relaxing. We really hope to come back here some day again. Must stay when you are in Pamukkale!
Perfect place to stay near Pamukkale. Nice pool with Jacuzzi and separate thermal pools. Room balcony had a nice drying rack for swimsuits. Service was excellent at meals in the dining room. Excellent accomodations. Thank you.
This place will blow your mind. You must see and treat yourself to the evening buffet. Crazy, insane amount of incredibly delicious food. The rooms were very nice. Access to hot springs pool and also an indoor regular pool.
I spent one night at this hotel in 2018 and was impressed by its thermal water. The presence of a bathtub with a natural thermal water tap in the room was very interesting to me. I also noticed that the food was excellent, better than expected. I returned in May 2025 and spent 3 nights, and this review was written soon after checking-out. There are “STANDARD” rooms and “DELUXE” rooms. Some “STANDARD...
This is a fairly large hotel that does service large bus groups. Location is about 10 minutes drive from the lower access point to the terraces. Despite groups being in house the hotel building itself seemed incredibly peaceful and quite. Except for check out when the groups were leaving we were able to access the elevators. At these times stairs are easily accessible. Room corridors were always pretty...
The hotel provides a good spread of dinner. I was impressed with the cakes and desserts section. And not forget to enjoy the heated pools, indoor and outdoor.

Hotel already old ..but staff very humble
Happy with our stay We stayed 3 nights. The regular pool was great. They were working on the thermal pool when we arrived but we were still able to use it. The thermal pool was much improved during our stay. Breakfast varied based on how many guests are at the hotel. With few guests they fix you a plate in the kitchen but they were very accommodating. With more guests they put out a buffet...
By chance, we found it in the evening and went, we liked it as a family. Even if you go out to the balcony in the cold, it is warm because it is heated from the bottom. 5 minutes from the center. It is also nice to have an outdoor and family-only indoor pool. We recommend you to go with peace of mind.
Clean decent place, friendly staff, I recommend it, the price is reasonable, there is a thermal pool, there is a bathtub in the rooms, you can come for thermals.
We made a reservation through Otelz, we did not have to pay any down payment etc. and there was no problem. I had read the bad reviews and was shy, but probably the competing hotels had bad reviews. There is air conditioning, 82 inch LCD TV, refrigerator, wifi that can be taken from anywhere, and a pool in the bathroom that two people can easily enter. (I'm attaching the picture) It's really hard to...
We felt at home during our stay at Güneş Apart hotel, which is a family-run hotel. I would like to thank the owner of the business, Ercan, for his interest in us and all our guests. Thank you very much for everything Güneş Apart Hotel 👍👍👍🙋‍♂️🙋‍♂️

We booked it at the last minute as an one-night stop on the around-the-Turkey trip with very little info on the hotel. Surprisingly, the hotel is very good (for the price it charges). It's predominately a business hotel with modern amenities (free wifi, updated furnishing, comfortable bed and bathroom - my friends shower area had some drainage problem but mine was fine). We saw some type of business...
Located entrance of the city. A small shopping mall is 10 min away with taxi. Hotel is a old hotel, rooms are big enough but need to renovate. Breakfast wasn't tasty and delicious actually. Not has many options.. Has a small gym. Employees were so helpful.
The room is small, the facilities are old, the toiletries and slippers are not of high quality, there are few power sockets in the room, the breakfast is average.
We had two rooms. Front desk was very cooperative and friendly. They helped us and give the details for the city. In general we had no problem for our stay. Although we had dinner outside the hotel, the breakfast was open and very delicious. Recommendable.
It is a lovely hotel for business or short trip to Denizli. Hotel is just few kilometers from city center and Pamukkale touristic places. Rooms are large with a nice bathroom and very clean. Breakfast is good and dinner last night was very delicious. Prices are reasonable but top of everything, they have great staff friendly and on top of their duties.
Stayed as member of group tour. We were given 2 big rooms which were having all facilities including fitness bycycle. Bathroom was big and having nice tub. Breakfast was normal and buffet dinner was so so as it was practically too crowded because of many groups.Hotel is in very isolated place where some industrial buildings are situated. Hotel is good for 3 star category.

This spot is good for a weekend trip. It looks small from the outside but is a hidden gem from the inside. There are two swimming pools, massage areas, one hot spring whirl pool. Great hotel to stay at whilst in the area. They have 4 pools which makes sure that you are never crowded. 2 pools in the open and 2 pools in the bottom level by the hamam. One pool at 32 degrees and one supplied by the hot springs in both areas. Service was excellent and the breakfast was really great. Would definitely come back here if I get a chance to visit the area again.
Excellent property and good service! They have the spring water coming in all the ensuite bathrooms. Regular and hot water pools along with Jacuzzi was a hot amongst kids. Breakfast could be better as there were limited hot food options. But there are a lot of restaurants just a stone throw away. A supermarket is also available right across.
We came to this hotel for the weekend. We did not book a room, there was no double room and we were kindly upgraded to a room at no extra charge. It is very nice. Everywhere in the hotel and on the territory is clean and warm. We had 303 room number. The room is very spacious and very warm even floor. The room has everything you need. I had an incredible experience at this hotel! The rooms were well-equipped, spacious, and offered lovely views. The hotel features beautiful pools and hot springs that were perfect for relaxation. In the evenings, there was live music, adding to the enjoyable atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great getaway!
The best asset of this property is undoubtedly its staff! They were all incredibly welcoming and committed to creating the best possible experience. However, the hotel itself is showing its age, evident in the condition of the rooms and overall facilities. While the staff's hospitality is top-notch, I wouldn’t recommend it for an extended stay due to the outdated amenities.
Wonderful people (from entrance to exit). Professional hospitality with a kind heart that makes you feel like at home away from home. Rooms and facilities are top notch, new, aestheticly nice. I found nothing to complain about (sometimes I am notorious) Location is very close to central "happening" points on interest but not in walking distance. A magical vista presents itself after sundown. With cup...
This is such an amazing hotel, it deserves to be a 5 star. It got a spa, 3 different pools, and a playground. The buffet has very incredible foods. Also, the rooms are very clean.
Nice thermal pool (indoor and outdoor) with regular pools (in and out) as well, spa options; decent food. Rooms were nice and quiet.
Absolute great hotel service food rooms all nice force recommend for u I was 2 times and I will go back again ..👍🏻🍜🏊🏻‍♀️🌅😇

We stayed a lot in time ,, would come again if it is open ,, the pool was very nice ,, the staff were concerned
We stayed for 5 days. The meals are not pleasant.
The pool is nice, there is a quiet and calm environment. The rooms are a bit small but suitable for daily visits.
This is a nice-enough hotel. The facilities are ageing, and it is a little bit of a walk away from the attractions, but it has its own spa, sauna, pool, and restaurant.

We went to the hotel spa: I got a massage with my friends, after the tiring walk in the hierapolis park: INCREDIBILE experience, it was the best idea we've ever had, the masseuse Emine was amazing, I totally recommend her. We are so relax and recovered from the holiday tireness. I totally recommend the Bali massage, a little bit more expensive but TOTALLY worth it.
Internet wifi is strong. Clean. But the staff at the cafe are not polite… Please train the staff to be more friendly and polite. The bed is big and the view is beautiful. The staff at the counter was very helpful, but the face was sour. Hope they can smile more ti the customers
nice view, clean, front desk staff was great the staff at the spa was amazingly rude, holding her phone and saying i dont know we are sparate, not even give a glimpse and refused to give a little direction
The Tripolis at Pamukkale is an average hotel catering to large tour groups. Our room was comfortable, but looked a bit old. The furniture was randomly placed, without much view to functionality or practical use. The breakfasts and dinners seemed to have a lot of choices, but not all on offer seemed worth sampling. Service was top-notch, and the staff really try to be helpful and friendly, and do...
Lovely stay. Lovely room with good views. Took advantage had a swim in the heated pool and used the sauna and steam room. Dinner and breakfast good quality. It was great to be able to put the heating on and relax in the room after being in the spa.
An average hotel overall The room is good and the hotel gave some fruits in the room for free, which is nice to have after a long day of travel. The towers are worn out in some degree. The breakfast is average.
