Nothing wrong to tell about it. Three swimming pools, one of them with thermal water at 40 degrees! Amazing! Very nice outside area and close of the interesting points!

Stayed at this hotel when were on tour in Pamukkale, nice hotel, the rooms everything you need, food is varied, excellent thermal pools.

it is a good hotel location is good pools and thermal pools facilities was great food was great for pamukkale it was 5 star but if you compare with other 5 stars hotel it is not 5 star...

2 km from Pammukale, but if to walk when not hot, or rent a bike, it is good, not crowdy Everything was clean, good enough, can't remember any troubles A bit in outside toilets and showers near thermals was a mess, need more frequent attention from staff to clean up after people Transfer was late

The outdoor buffet and rooms were gorgeous, as well as the natural hot spas. The staff needs to learn how to up sell service, like with Turkish baths and other relaxation services.

Her attention made us feel special and vip. The thermal pool and thermal centre are super nice

We really enjoyed the hotel and swimming at the thermal pools. There is thermal pool outside with a great view especially at the sunset and two pools inside, one deep for adults and one shallow for kids

We plunged into clear pool with cold water after hot springs and it was a blast! The breakfast and dinner food were great - lots of salads, veggies, fruits, fish, chicken, beef, great deserts

We stay only 1 night here after visiting hot spring. The lobby looks amazing and has nice spiral staircase to the restaurant. There are 1 twin bed and 1 single bed in the room. Surrounding has beautiful old trees

This is such an amazing hotel, it deserves to be a 5 star. It got a spa, 3 different pools, and a playground. The buffet has very incredible foods. Also, the rooms are very clean.

We had great time at Hierapark Spa Hotel, This is a decent very clean superior 5 star hotel with an excellent location, and very hospitable staff at the reception specially Ummu and Müzeyyen ! Betul Deniz restaurant chef was really pleasant, friendly, always smiling and ready to help. This was the best place ever for vacation. If you are planning vacation in Turkey you have to come to this places

Overall, we had a great experience with the Hierapark; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to stay for a long a weekend.

I have been to Pamukkale hotels many times But Hierapark Hotel is the best I have ever stayed. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Rooms are very well designed and clean

The staff were so friendly and attentive. Stopped here on a whim and it was a good call. Get up early to see the hot air balloons flying past. But the pool and restaurant were spotless, with great waiter service

First of I would give this hotel 4 stars. The rooms were clean but our safe didn’t work. When we went to the pool we really liked the thermal water concept

Great stay and experience here! The owner Hakan is a great guy and has an amazing personality, he helped us carry our luggage upstairs two seconds after meeting him, he was very helpful and gave us some pointers around the area

The location was absolutely amazing with a great view of pamukkale from the hotel itself, the walk was not far either so when we actually went up to pamukkale we just walked which was great! Also we had a punctured tire and Hakan helped us get it fixed by contacting and talking to the local mechanics for us

We paid in cash (euro or Lira accepted). The hotel room was extremely clean, nice and cosy and equipped with everything we needed. There is a pool and this is walking distance to the town entrance for Pamukalle

Simple, comfortable, feeling freedom and being respected. Hakan and his father, also Baris, they know English.   They are helpful and will answer your questions as they could. Breakfast is simple but good taste

you may go by taxi or asked Alida to help to call a car to South Gate. From South Gate, you can walk around 10 mins, then you will arrive the starting point of Pamukkale to go downward

We went to the calcium pools during the day but had to check out that morning. The staff were kind enough to offer for us to use a vacant room to take a shower. The breakfast is good also, traditional kahvalti

Nice Family Hotel. This family direct handling The hotel. The room completed with aircond, TV, balcony, pool etc. After breakfast this hotel owner bidding farewell and their son deliver us to travel.

Considering the price, breakfasts were excellent - the real Turkish breakfast with everything in place. Not even once I managed to eat everything that was included. The stuff was extremely helpful and friendly

The hotel is located very close to the main sightseeing places - travertines and Hierapolis. Nice places to eat are even closer (White House, Mehmet's Heaven)

It was a very Lovely stay at Bellamarittimo. The service and the staff are great! You'll enjoy a familiar atmosphere and delicious food prepared by 'mama' Facilities are also very nice and cleaning on point

The nigh we stayed in, it was pouring unexpectedly and we had to cancel our dinner plan. So we stayed in and ordered from the same hotel. The hotel owner's wife made us a yummy dinner. Overall, it was a good experience

The location was excellent — super close to Hierapolis and the Pamukkale pools. There is ample free parking for hotel guests which made it really convenient. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable

Not far away from North gate if Hierapolis. Not crowded area peaceful and quite area also near to red spring. Room has bath tub and thermal water is supplied. Has outside pool and outside thermal pool

Pool was cold to swim in September. I guess it doesn’t have heat up system. But nice for refreshing after hot spa. Each room had a hanging space for swim suits and other staffs in balcony

Also in a walkable distance there is a big market that isn’t very touristic so it was cheap to eat, buy and drink… ABOUT access to Pamukkale hieropolis. We rented a car and drove to pamukkale hieropilis

Thermal spa outside, the temperature was too hot to stay for a long time in the night but good temperature at 11am that I could have stayed inside for 30mins and still didn’t feel too hot

Mehmet is hopeful he can keep his daughter at the hotel, but Bushra seems interested in going on to higher education. Our group is hoping Bushra somehow ends back at the hotel after her foray into the world

This family run hotel is wonderful. The rooms are spacious, and have all the amenities. The pool is large and the area around it is conducive to relaxation. The grounds are clean, and the facility is kept spotless

The last day we are lied by a Turkish man in the Denizli Şehirlerarası Otobüs Terminali, we paid him 150 TRY to the airport from our hotel, but when the time comes, no car shows and he won’t answer the phone… And it’s early in the morning, around 06:00 am, no taxi in the taxi spot, and all the taxi drivers haven’t answer our phone call too

The lovely Hotel Sahin is directly across the street from the famous Mineral Baths. The hotel has a terrace facing the Mineral Spring Baths, which are lighted up at night. The Hotel Sahin is safe, clean, and friendly

Hotel is impeccably clean, rooms modern, location perfect, and food delicious! The owner is the consummate professional, hospitality done right! The only regret is that we should’ve stayed longer :)

And the hotel owner give us a hand, drive us to the Denizli Şehirlerarası Otobüs Terminali, and help us find a taxi. (Cost us 200 TRY) He doesn’t need to do this, we are really appreciate 🙏

WE could also see the cotton castle from our bedroom window). A very nice Chinese restaurant (Asian Kitchen) is next door (we ate for two nights there because the food was so delicious)

The hotel location is great with the cotton castle directly across the road (we wen to the lake park several times under different sunlight conditions to see the cotton castle)

Nice pools - they have one with thermal water and one with usual water on the outside. Outside pool is a bit cold but we was able to swim in December, it was fun! Nice food. Very nice English speaking stuff

The hotel has nice rooms, good location, free thermal pool and helpful staff. Unfortunately the food was not very good and the pillow was uncomfortable. There were mosquitoes and wasps on the balcony so be careful.

Rooms are nice but smallish. Nicely located. The thermal pool is one of the attraction. Services are OK. Staffs are not that friendly.

Familiar hotel, well located close to Pamukkale thermal fountains and Hierapolis ruins. Swimming pool. Clean enough sheets and room.

I was 8th in line at the Hierapolis City Ruins and I was able to get into where I Walked Up and later Down The Travertines as well as not deal with the thousands of tourists that followed

Mustafa ali güler of Nirvvana paragliding, T4t tour and Balloon coffee was my guide and all was fine! Best choice if you come to Pummakale

I arrived at 7:30 am and instead of being turned away because the checkin time was 11, I was offered breakfast and he checked me in

After the hiking I did, ozgur the manager helped me get a parasailing tour complete with over 100 photos and videos for only $80

Great location and a nice pool! Also a kiddie pool is a big plus. Rooms seem clean, but towels, table clothes, chair cushions have stains which makes them look dirty. Even armchairs have stained upholstery

Very good pool. Relaxed hotel. Good breakfast. Easy to get dolmus to pammukale north gate then walk through hierapolis and down through travertine pools to exit by village

Very nice and clean place with the loveliest of people running the place! We only stayed there one night but the staff went out of their way to help us with every little thing we needed! Also, pool and restaurant area is very nice! The only negative thing i could mention is that it was a bit noisy in the night as we were hearing everything the next room was doing but didn’t last long luckily 😊

The staff consistently went above and beyond for us, the bathroom seemed recently redone, and the breakfast was really large and delicious and taken poolside (we didn't swim but the area is really nice)

We had a great 2-night stay here! A 15 minute walk to the travertine entrance to Pamukkale. We loved that we could sit outside by fruit trees and the pool for breakfast and dinner

Rested at this hotel in August 2017. The hotel is focused on rest of people who want to improve their health. The thermal spring is very beautiful-multiple levels with different water temperature and depth

Various massage services We came to pumakkale for 1 night and decided to stay in the city. It was a good choice to stay in this hotel. For 50 Euros a night I would give it a 5/5 !
