Rested at this hotel in August 2017. The hotel is focused on rest of people who want to improve their health. The thermal spring is very beautiful-multiple levels with different water temperature and depth

Various massage services We came to pumakkale for 1 night and decided to stay in the city. It was a good choice to stay in this hotel. For 50 Euros a night I would give it a 5/5 !

The outdoor buffet and rooms were gorgeous, as well as the natural hot spas. The staff needs to learn how to up sell service, like with Turkish baths and other relaxation services.

Belek pizza the art of pizzeria is the best restaurant to eat a very good pizza… I fully recommend, I love the services and love the lava cake ! Please try it is amazing

The staff were so friendly and attentive. Stopped here on a whim and it was a good call. Get up early to see the hot air balloons flying past. But the pool and restaurant were spotless, with great waiter service

We really enjoyed the hotel and swimming at the thermal pools. There is thermal pool outside with a great view especially at the sunset and two pools inside, one deep for adults and one shallow for kids

This is a five star hotel located near Cotton Castle in Pamukkale. This is a good place to stay if you want to go Cotton Castle the next day. It has indoor, outdoor, and thermal pools

I found nothing to complain about (sometimes I am notorious) Location is very close to central "happening" points on interest but not in walking distance. A magical vista presents itself after sundown

Because the hot spring water is lime water, it looks like muddy water. While lending a shower towel, he lent it to me, and since a lot of people asked for it, he asked for $1

At the restaurant, they ask for 20 lira for a glass of hot water. Maybe it's because there are a lot of people who eat ramen, but still. The reception staff are also unfriendly. There is no wifi in the room either

Worst place I've been to so far

The wifi connection was great in the room and the reception. We had a balcony with a view on the pool and the terrace and we could see the hot baloons flying on top of the white mountains in the morning

I would definitely stay here again. My bus dumped us in the middle of the night by the beautiful travertines @04:30am (along with 15 other people). I phoned all of the hotels in the town that advertised 24hour reception

room is big enough and comfortable enough for us. Free parking space but not many. It may be a bit difficult during the high season. the hotel is close to the shops. there is a health center nearby with a good doctor

We was over for 1 night and that was good and nice . We really enjoyed the breakfast that was great. Because at that time we was only guest of the hotel for the season but they make perfect breakfast for 2 person 💖

The hotel is close to the beautiful Herapolis site and other historic sites. The staff is very helpful and dedicated. They always suggest tea or coffee to drink in the terrace (for free)

Breakfast was lovely, healthy, we had fresh (traditional) cheese and an excellent cooked cake in the morning. You feel like home, especially with everyone being nice to you and smiling

We arrived at the hotel quite late and they are willing to cook dinner for us (we have to pay for the dinner but they opened the kitchen at night for us). The rooms are huge and very clean

The location was absolutely amazing with a great view of pamukkale from the hotel itself, the walk was not far either so when we actually went up to pamukkale we just walked which was great! Also we had a punctured tire and Hakan helped us get it fixed by contacting and talking to the local mechanics for us

The hotel has nice rooms, good location, free thermal pool and helpful staff. Unfortunately the food was not very good and the pillow was uncomfortable. There were mosquitoes and wasps on the balcony so be careful.

Great location of the hotel which isn't too close to the main attraction. Very spacious hotel designed with views of gardens from each room. There's also a Thermal tap to have a bath in the thermal water
