We enjoyed our stay in Elite World very much. Every corner of the Complex is clean and very inviting. The Food is Great and the spa area very relaxing. Unfortunately our room was positioned at the West-Wing of the Hotel-complex, Right in Front of the huge Air-condition Systems. These are too loud and make it almost impossible to have a chat on the Balcony.

This hotel has exceeded our holiday expectations so far. It is a mini city that has everything you need, great amenities, superb food, and above all surrounded by breathtaking nature. The hotel is extremely beautiful. Its location, services and features are not found in many hotels. The striking thing is the great development in the level of interaction of the employees. In addition to that, non-guests are allowed to enjoy the hotel’s restaurants.

Excellent hotel. A+++++++ Great for families with kids, amazing atmosphere and beautiful views, lots of activities. The forest is beautiful. The food was delicious and plentiful, we enjoyed the taste and variety of it. The staff were very friendly especially Mr.Mohammed he was very helpful and made sure we get the rooms that we needed. We stayed there for 3 days. We had so much fun. There are almost 6 pools. They have nice cafe and a restaurant. Also, they have their own park that has many activities like football, basketball, golf, darting, play grounds. We loved it. We had a blast here, especially with Ms. Sevda, who was super energetic, communicative, friendly, and entertaining. The animation and entertainment team did an amazing job. We also had a great experience with the archery game, guided by Ms. Sevda. Lovely!

They have an excellent facility in terms of SPA & wellness that makes everyone relax and enjoy the experience (Sunna, steam room etc) so this is a value of the money you are paying. Staff are very nice and lovely people especially Samia at the front desk. Will come back again

Beautiful location and very friendly staff. Many choices in the spa. I tried one of their facial treatments and I enjoyed it. Loved the results. We spent four days and dined at the open buffet. The choices are vast especially the salads and main dishes. Breakfast was also hearty. Loved it.

Richmond Nua Sapanca has a perfect view, atmosphere, ambience and environment. I recommend everyone visit the hotel. You will have a better exprience compared to lake hotels situated in the Western European countries such as Italy and Switzerland. Richmond Nua is a perfect wellness and SpA hotel. You can taste the most delicious meals there as well.

The best hotel in Sapanca far on, i experienced all Sapanca 5* hotels and this was in one word "The Best" - Location the best, center location and have a very nice view of Sapanca lake and surroundings. - Super professional staff, they make you feel very precious like you are the only guest in the hotel, very humble with always smiley face.
