Hello. You can have a holiday with the smell of pine and fruit trees in 7 acres of land. We moved our breakfast table to the shade of the trees and ate all our meals there during our stay. During the day there is wind and lots of sun. Some days, the weather can be more closed due to the general atmosphere of Sapanca. If you don't accept the weather, you can be unhappy. The jacuzzi sometimes had problems, but the environment was beautiful and the staff were friendly and tried to fix the problems. The house could have been a bit cleaner but overall it was good

If there is one description for this hotel, it is AMAZING. Bungalows are clean, well equipped and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and kind. I strongly recommend this place for couples and families👍🏻

It's just perfect, The pool is number one, the room is enough for 2 people. Good location, good breakfast. The only problem is that it is on the side of the highway, which is an advantage in terms of location, unfortunately it hurts in terms of sound. Don't worry if you don't wear it.

النظافه كانت رائعه والمسبح نظيف ويتجدد الماء ذاتيا وحسن الاستقبال وجعلونا نأكل من الفاكهه وتوفر الفوط النظيفة وكذلك احذيه للسباحة ويوجد رأس للشحن وصيدليه اسعافات اوليه ومطفاه حريق كل شي كان جميل ويوجد بعض المطعم للتوصيل فقط اخذ رقم المطعم ويأتون اليك ويوجد مكيف ولكن لايحتاج ويوجد صابون يدين

We came for a 3-day family holiday. In a word, it is a perfect place. The owners are very caring and kind. There is everything in the house, the garden is wonderful, the pool is wonderful. I hope we will be regulars in the coming years.
