It is next to the little strip of restaurants and tourist shops for somewhere to stroll in the afternoon or evening. We had a nice meal on a lakeside restaurant
Quite place, the room service is not that professional but they have the best location in Sapanca, the hotel restaurant serve the best Kofta I've ever tried.

The pool is lovely and it is a quiet hotel with amazing Turkish weather and hospitality. The gym is not overly good if you are super into fitness but still just about does the job

The swimming and spa facilities were squeaky clean, and the vip jacuzzi rooms are well worth the fee. The gyms have all the necessary equipment to get a good workout, and the terraces were my favorite part

A very pleasant place with really nice staff. The inside swimming pool and the spa area are very good. Tip for travellers: get a bonnet as it is mandatory in the swimming pool
To this day I disappointed that I purchased through the net Sapanca Aqua Hotel is a 3 hotel if you are in one of them, hopefully we'll go again soon, it's already starting in the reception positive attitudes in the kitchen (thanks to the sprout lady)I wish the hotel good customers lucrative manifested itself throughout your labor health
My family and my friend’s family went there for the spa-pool-hamam package and we had the most wonderful time. Burhan and the rest of the staff made us all feel happy, pampered, and at home
I guess about 12 hours a day but they are always so professional and able to smile customer and gave them positive energy. Also they have very good massage u should definitely try it
The breakfast was good, however the same cleanliness problem exists in the restaurant. The floor was never cleaned properly. I understand it’s a resort with lots of people traffic but it shouldn’t be that dirty
The hotel was a very fun filled warm and friendly hotel. The water slides were exciting and very well situated. You have three pools to choose from and two mini pools for toddlers

A very cosy small but fair pricing. In a very nice district with cafes, restaurants and shopping malls around. Was a good choice to stay for my business trip.
A beautiful hotel in Sakarya. We stayed for 5 nights and we enjoyed being there. The place is very clean and the staff are very friendly and cooperative. I would appreciate if they improve the AC system.

I thought this would be a good thing, but be careful!! The room was big, but very claustrophobic and dark since there was only one small skylight, no other windows at all! There were a few other issues as well: the duvets were too small for the quilts (we are not sure if they were cleaned), the water in the shower drain was backing up, and the thermostat did not work properly! We did complain about...
One of the better hotels in this range. Nice rooms, nice dinning area with tasty food. Location is basically center of Sakarya downtown with bunch of bars and restaurants around

It is a large but also very empty hotel. Maybe because of I didn't visit during the season. Good location and many parking areas. The room, cleaning, breakfast are successful and the people at the reception are polite
The place is very beautiful and the service is excellent will visit again if had the chance to be here again
Good place to stay with friendly staff, great breakfast, and good coffee shop. But the location is the main issue. There's nothing near it or in walking sight. You will need to walk around 20 mins to reach anything.

The hotel is extremely clean, friendly staff, good location and reasonable prices. Delicious breakfast is the bonus. The hotel is more than 4 star comparing others that have same stars level.
On the sheets and bedding were some stains. Althout this was non smoking room I could feel strong smell of cigarettes. Staff at the front desk did not speak much in English
I had problems with wifi - very, very slow, sometimes (evening) didnt work at all
Not so close to the city centre but the price is similar as in Instanbul old town
They didn't instruct about wifi, breakfast time starting and where it will be serve end so on
