We enjoyed our stay in Elite World very much. Every corner of the Complex is clean and very inviting. The Food is Great and the spa area very relaxing. Unfortunately our room was positioned at the West-Wing of the Hotel-complex, Right in Front of the huge Air-condition Systems. These are too loud and make it almost impossible to have a chat on the Balcony.

The hotel is extremely beautiful. Its location, services and features are not found in many hotels. The striking thing is the great development in the level of interaction of the employees. In addition to that, non-guests are allowed to enjoy the hotel’s restaurants.

We stayed there for 3 days. We had so much fun. There are almost 6 pools. They have nice cafe and a restaurant. Beautiful location and very friendly staff. Many choices in the spa. I tried one of their facial treatments and I enjoyed it. Loved the results. We spent four days and dined at the open buffet. The choices are vast especially the salads and main dishes. Breakfast was also hearty. Loved it.

Richmond Nua Sapanca has a perfect view, atmosphere, ambience and environment. I recommend everyone visit the hotel. You will have a better exprience compared to lake hotels situated in the Western European countries such as Italy and Switzerland. Richmond Nua is a perfect wellness and SpA hotel. A very pleasant place with really nice staff. The food is of high quality. The inside swimming pool and the spa area are very good. Tip for travellers: get a bonnet as it is mandatory in the swimming pool. The wifi could be better - not enough for holding zoom conferences. The hotel was a very fun filled warm and friendly hotel. The water slides were exciting and very well situated. You have three pools to choose from and two mini pools for toddlers. Lovely little hotel. Hotel had a nice breakfast. They have a small pool and a little beachfront. The room was clean and comfortable. There some nice restaurants nearby and a walkable lake park. There is not much to do in the area other than relaxing and enjoying lake view.

Nice hotel, very convenient, affordable prices, and its location directly on the lake is special, but it does not have a great view of the lake. The view was amazing, the room was clean enough, except the bathroom, there was a very bad smell coming out, even taking shower was not enjoyable due to this situation, apart from that, the bed was comfortable, a great well working jacuzzi, and all the necessary things.
