Berk Can was incredibly kind and took the time to guide both me and my son through several fun activities in the garden animation area — from golf to bocce and other sports

However, weekends tend to get very crowded, which significantly reduces the overall service quality. The SPA was also below our expectations

I recently stayed at NG Sapanca Wellness & Convention, and it was truly an outstanding experience. The place itself is beautiful, calm, and perfectly designed for relaxation

It was nice, we came here for Kartepe, there is a little distance between it and Kartepe, but the price is expensive here. If it is bought from the internet, it is very convenient, enjoyable, beautiful musical place

I think it is a big plus that they serve with a smile as much as the room cleaning from the reception. I guess it wasn't added to the maps alone. They should get it fixed asap

I recommend it with its friendly staff and clean hygienic rooms. The only hotel I will stay in Sapanca to spend a weekend. Thanks to Mr. Tolga for his interest and treatment.

After the beach walk in the morning, we had breakfast at a carefully prepared table with a view of the pool and garden. Being close to the beach also saved us time

The hotel rooms were prepared very hygienically and with care. The hygienic smell on the towel made me feel at home. We did not encounter any technical problems

The rooms are clean and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, especially Ramadan and the older man who stands by the door, unfortunately I don't remember his name. They have a gorgeous pool as well

Pro's - Nice location - Nice breakfast - They have nice backyard where you can sit and have rest - They have a nice pool (I must say we have stayed during the week, when it was not really busy) - Rooms are big enough, besides really well decorated and functional! Con's - They have problems with cleaning

- There as a spider web -and of course the spider itself- on the bathroom ceiling - We also asked for cleaning on the last day (when we were by the pool) but the room was not cleaned

I guess about 12 hours a day but they are always so professional and able to smile customer and gave them positive energy. Also they have very good massage u should definitely try it
