It has great amenities for kids, has multiple pools (with salty water, with normal water, a few kids pools etc), and it has adults only pool far away from all noises, it’s amazing and in forest

Rooms: we stayed in Joy part, rooms are perfectly clean and totally new, well designed and so modern and minimalistic. Room has everything you might need like shampoo, conditioner etc, robs and flip floppers, water etc

The pool is lovely and it is a quiet hotel with amazing Turkish weather and hospitality. The gym is not overly good if you are super into fitness but still just about does the job

Also I liked Thai massage, I tried massage in many different places and here it was better than ever. Frogs sounds at the night is an interesting part of holiday. Food at a restaurant was very tasty

They gave 2 types of bathrobes, and they have a 2 types of flip flops 🩴, one is waterproof for hamam, other is soft warm home type, which makes you feel so good 😊. This small details makes warm on my soul

They have an excellent facility in terms of SPA & wellness that makes everyone relax and enjoy the experience (Sunna, steam room etc) so this is a value of the money you are paying

It is next to the little strip of restaurants and tourist shops for somewhere to stroll in the afternoon or evening. We had a nice meal on a lakeside restaurant

It is nice, peaceful place for vacation. Unfortunately wifi was super slow or u possibly not even get any. Foods are delicious staff friendly. Specially reception Sinem and Ahmed are very friendly and positive

I guess about 12 hours a day but they are always so professional and able to smile customer and gave them positive energy. Also they have very good massage u should definitely try it

Good villa ,clean and nice. Service people are polite. They take insurance when you check in, be prepair for it. Special Swimming pool was good addition to our stay

I stayed in this beautiful villa in 2015 and still remember hospitality and our nice days in Sapanca.. the villas having spacious rooms, open garden and close to restaurants,shops. The owner (Shams) are very helpful.

It was an excellent experience. The villa was very unique and warm. All staff were friendly and helpful. What ever we need they help us lots. My kisd enjoyed too much as they have animals they feel like in garden

If you have a big family then this place would be your best choice the villa comes with four bed rooms two bathrooms , a washing machine and big good kitchen also available. The villa is newlly renovated

It is a central place, close to Sapanca lake, within walking distance, not very luxurious, but it is both affordable and good, and most importantly, the owner and staff of the hotel are very sincere and reliable
