In terms of everything the hotel and rooms are nice .. this is my 4th visit to this specific hotel .. BUT i changed my mind of visiting this hotel again after we got poisoned 🤢 we have no idea wither its from Food or the swimming pool, we were a group of 18 person 12 of them got very sick (Diarrhea-Throwing Up- Colic) there were kids and baby among the group who were very very sick... And when i asked the reception that we need a doctor, he informed me that there are no doctors at the hotel and i have to go myself to the nearest pharmacy to get medicine 💉
Note : we didn't go out of the hotel for the 3 nights visit, no tours or anything..so it's impossible to get poisoned outside the hotel ... That's why i am sure its from the hotel ... When i informed the reception about what happened with us they told me " its a general pandemic which happens to all visitors in this area not just this hotel " but unfortunately i don't believe what they said or what happened to us.
My advice is to be careful about visiting the hotel nowadays or the area ( because if what they said was true it will be a disaster)

Simply they are amazaing and the reception team and the gest realation manager they are all adorable...this people really knows what is the meaning of hospitality that i seriously didn't see for long time....i love it and i am Sure i will repeat the visit again but for longer days..

Guest satisfaction is very important; Design of SPA sections, being at the highest altitude among hotels in the region and healthy relaxation with its oxygen. allows you to do. Understanding the service that makes you feel the difference from the view from the rooms and the restaurant will impress you in a short time. The comfort of a 5-star hotel with a unique view. From here you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views in Sapanca. The hotel is very clean, modern and comfortable. The employees and staff are very friendly and helpful, we had a holiday in a family atmosphere. The restaurant part is great. The food is delicious and the presentation is second to none. Health is in the hands of Chef İlyas... I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a calm and relaxing holiday. You feel special from the moment you walk through the door. We would also like to thank Onur Bey, the owners and staff of the hotel who booked the room and greeted us with a smile on their face. From now on our top choice in Sapanca.

In one word, it is perfect. Think of a business, can it be fully equipped with everything? Yes. We had a wonderful stay with my wife and our baby. We would like to thank the general manager, Mr. Arif, the reception staff, Mr. Barış, for their approach to us, and all the employees for their service and friendliness. I will recommend it to everyone. And I look forward to our next stay. See you soon.

I stayed 4 days at this hotel. Starting with Pro: 1- location was very nice and the view of the lake is breathtaking. 2- room was specious and the hotel was clean and new. 3-They have a nice cabana and seating area uphill. 4- you can smoke hookah in the cabana with view of the lake. 5-Breakfast is typical Turkish style with plenty of seating indoor and a little-bit outdoor. 6- valet parking
Cons: 1-Room cleaning service wasn’t good. I called for room to be clean and I even turn the calling service at the door but they didn’t come daily. 2- A/c wasn’t working properly in my first night and somehow was better after technician arrived to fixed it but because the room was very specious I think its never was very cold to my liking. 3- a lot of hijabi guests in the hotel made me uncomfortable as I’m not wearing one. 4- children’s were crazy not behaving, screaming and playing in the hallway and around the elevator. 5- jacuzzi in the room had a bed smell when it was turned on but the pressure was perfect.
At the end I wish the hotel can be adult only as the view and location were great.

The best hotel in Sapanca far on, i experienced all Sapanca 5* hotels and this was in one word "The Best"
- Location the best, center location and have a very nice view of Sapanca lake and surroundings.
- Super professional staff, they make you feel very precious like you are the only guest in the hotel, very humble with always smiley face. Fast actions they are taking always when you request anything.
- Very nice rooms, room which i stayed is 40 sqm Sapanca lake view with Jacuzzi, super room i recommend it hardly room number was 317.
- Breakfast, tea time and dinner was amazing , service - variety of food - everything.....
- Last and not least the outer spaces and Private cabins are outrageous you can enjoy your nonalcoholic cocktail with your shisha all night long without feeling the time pass.
