Very bad hotel. I rented two rooms. Can you believe the room door doesn't have a lock? I also called the front desk to check and asked them to send a worker to collect the bags as I checked out of the hotel. He told me: We don't take bags, which forced me to take the bags myself. I paid 1800 riyals for two days. I ask you, is this a hotel or a prison?

The hotel is very bad. The swimming pool has cracks in the floor. The rooms do not have a water heater. The rooms have air conditioning that does not work. The staff at the reception is very pretentious. We went to him and told him that the rooms do not have cattles for us to drink hot drinks. They told us to go to the restaurant and take what we wanted (water and tea), and indeed we took hot water on the first, second and third day. It was the time to leave the hotel. When we went to the reception, they told us to pay 1200 lira for the tea and hot water that we took, and we told them that we asked if the water&tea are free or not and they said it was free, but they kept procrastinating and lying. The rooms have a horrible smell And the covers for the bed, cut from the sides, are trying to milk the visitors, and they want to take out the dog inside of you

This hotel is such a disgusting place. the staff themselves are so fake and rude, they are so racist too.
The rooms were filthy and the bathroom was dirty and smelly.
The towels and bed-sheets were torn and old.
I really don’t recommend this hotel.

Even 1 star is a lot for the hotel,rooms weren’t clean and bedsheets were torn.

The staff were racist, they literally told us to leave their country(Turkey)

I regret to say it will be the last time. We stayed for 3 nights and had 3 different rooms. The hotel needs renovating overall as it has spacious rooms but no proper care. The rooms were not cleaned properly and under the furniture was very dirty. They only provided housekeeping one day and when we requested it the next day we were told we were only allowed 1 time. They provided very few towels in the rooms (one room which was for 3 adults only had one towel, and the towels were very old and ragged). You are not allowed to bring food and drinks inside the hotel and limited to the hotel's food, not very recommended. The pool was nice. We were also serviced by a very nice guy who made our stay a bit better.

What I dislike the most was the room
The room needs to be renewed and the prices according to it must be revised.
The location was pretty good yet the building was not brightening so I didn't feel okay about it.
I'm sorry to say that but I don't advise it !

Worst hotel in Sapanca area. No zero stars to reflect actual review. Our room door didn't close because of a big crack in the room wall that wouldn't let the door to close. A/C was useless. Bed was not clean and it's wood wad decayed from sides. Room ambiance generally smelled. Morning breakfast (kahvaltı) was fair, but you need to wait for at least 20 minutes even few customers were in. When points were discussed with management, it was clear that they don't welcome foreigners, and the manager's clear rude reply was enough when said we welcome local celebrities, if you didn't like the room, other high-class locals would be better guests for us. We travelled 18 countries, this was the worst reply we have ever heard from a hotel.
