NG Enjoy

We chose NYE to get rid of the stress of this pandemic and spend the weekend in nature and we realized that we made the right choice. The rooms were clean and stylish, I can say that the art pieces displayed everywhere steal my heart. The buffet was rich and charming. It was not very crowded and all the safety precautions were taken. After the dirty air of Istanbul, I highly recommend you to take a walk along the hotel's pedestrian path and start the day with clean air. Thanks to all the friendly staff who made our weekend even more beautiful. Special thanks to Mrs. Asli who helped us at the reception and a friend waiter whose name I forgot who served us breakfast :) No matter how many times we came to the lobby, we thank Ms. Merve who greets us with the same excitement and interest, she has a very good energy. We can say that now we are regular customers of the red wine he recommended, we are very grateful to you for his advice and recommendations, we will definitely come back. Now it is included in the list of hotels worth visiting with peace of mind.

I would like to share with you our experience at NG Sapanca Hotels. We had a wonderful family holiday at NG Enjoy Hotel from 24th to 28th May 2021. It formed a habit for us during our previous holiday at NG Sapanca Hotel. That is why we decided to stay at our hotel again this year. The location of the hotels, their priceless nature, the interest, diligence and friendliness of the hotel staff created a habit and commitment for us as your customer. We were impressed by the hospitality of the restaurant, patisserie and reception staff. HalilGedik Restaurant staff always took care of my mother and father. Ayşe Bayraktar and Nuri Şahin made us happy with their smiling faces and positive energy. Kadir Galip served us very well on the evening when we celebrated my sister's birthday. He made us very happy by helping us prepare a nice birthday surprise. Merve Gülek and Rümeysa Şahin, on the other hand, chatted with us and impressed us as the moving forces around us during the time we spent at the entrance of the restaurant, in the lobby and in the quiet room and made sure that we had an unforgettable holiday with them. friends. Although the hotel is new, we were very, very pleased. Even when you enter the hotel door, the beauty of nature fascinates you and it is in such a beautiful location that the moment you open the window of the room, you become one with nature. We had a perfect weekend with the fresh air and the sounds of birds ❤️ We would like to thank Ms. Sena who took care of us when I entered the hotel and Ms. Ceyda, the hostess who took care of us with her smile and sincerity during dinner, you made our important day even more beautiful. I congratulate the entire restaurant team, they have created a very successful team. We had our coffees accompanied by live music in the lobby, it was very enjoyable. The kitchen team is very successful and knowledgeable, the open buffet was very filling and delicious, we had dinner at the Safran restaurant the other day, Mehmet Usta's hands are healthy, we are looking forward to coming and eating again. Our room cleaning was very good, since it is a new hotel, a little bit of dust comes out of the room, it is not a problem. Room service was very fast, tidy and clean, they fulfilled whatever we asked for, thank you again for your kindness 🙏🏻 The pool was very noisy at noon, it is best to enter during meal times 😇 Congratulations to the entire Enjoy team, we are looking for an opportunity to come again ❤️

It is a wonderful place where the hotel is located and all services suits the concept. I had to overdiscuss my family not to go again to the well-known touristic cities instead to be open for other experiences. Thanks God and thanks NG Enjoy my expectations were fit :) and my family loves it ( parents + sister-in-law + brother).

In NG Hotel had a nice and enjoyable experience as I walked around its courtyards and gardens. I left with a nice impression and I will visit it again.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff are professional without exception. I advise everyone to stay in this hotel. As for us, we will stay there later.

We enjoyed this beautiful place this august weekend and here is my review.

Territory: amazing natural well cared place, full of huge old and new trees, has shadow and sun, it’s really like a forest! I’m sure it’s beautiful in all seasons. NG Joy part is more modern and minimalistic, old hotel has more trees around the building. But territory is common, we could enjoy all of it. It has great amenities for kids, has multiple pools (with salty water, with normal water, a few kids pools etc), and it has adults only pool far away from all noises, it’s amazing and in forest.

Rooms: we stayed in Joy part, rooms are perfectly clean and totally new, well designed and so modern and minimalistic. Room has everything you might need like shampoo, conditioner etc, robs and flip floppers, water etc.

Food: it has just dinner and breakfast included in price, there is also tea time during the day with some cookies and salads. Dinner I liked so much, it had seafood (shrimps, calamari etc), meats and everything you might want. Quality of food is high for Turkish standards, I liked it. Breakfast was normal, standard Turkish, but quality products. Lots at fruits and veggies available. And sweet in evening was just amazing. I enjoyed it a lot.
We also used a bar near pool, which costs you additionally, everything was quality and good, except for the pelmeni- they were undercooked with raw meat inside and huge, but stuff replaced it with another meal on require.

Stuff: stuff is friendly and helpful, we are grateful for letting us stay a few hours longer than check in time since room was available.

Conclusion: we would come here again for a weekend, hotel worth its money, quality and well cared place, mostly families are coming.

We had a blast here, especially with Ms. Sevda, who was super energetic, communicative, friendly, and entertaining. The animation and entertainment team did an amazing job.

We also had a great experience with the archery game, guided by Ms. Sevda. Lovely!
