I am very disappointed.

The service was very selective and very rude.

I came here for a getaway based on the reviews, I suggest you look else where.

The waiters are very selective with how they treat their guests and horribly rude.

I asked for bread to be brought to my table, since the waiters were only placing bread on tables with couples and Turkish natives.

The waiter told me “You don’t need it, it will make you more far”. He was a bald, middle aged waiter.

When I went to the swimming pool only elder women, women in bikinis, or couples were greeted with service and menus. Single men were not.

The food service at night was low quality, the chicken was burnt, and they messed up our order for dessert. Once we told them that they messed up our order, they asked for the old dessert back.

Huge language barrier as well. If you speak English, choose a different place or else you’re stuck using sign language for the rest of your stay. On their website they claim to be English speaking and friendly, the majority of staff don’t understand it.

The spa was nice, except for half of the rooms were turned off, the Sauna was not working, the ice room was not cooler than a fridge, and some of the steam rooms were turned off during working hours.

I am extremely disappointed in the service, the quality, and the hospitality of this place.

Find a different resort to relax in. Get your moneys worth.
