SASA Harmanlık Mini-hotel

Its a very bad experience the worst i have ever experienced in any restaurant!
We went to set for coffee and desert then maybe later for lunch
The staff were so rude
They didnt want us to set in the area we r choosing and want us to set inside cause we said we dont want to have breakfast !!!
Although the place has few costumers and its nOt crowded and 99% of the tables are not occupied
This is very bad so we decided to leave
I e felt like we are kicked out of the place
Never going to this place ever again

Not fine dining, the food came with a ball of hair, inside! Dont go unless you want to eat hair alongside your food..

Tasty food with a good view. Awful service, which is disappointing for the price of the menu. Lots of dates and even a proposal, a romantic spot.

The restaurant is not good. It serves old breakfasts and not is not worth trying there is many other better alternatives. Their service is very bad. We ordered a pot of tea and didn’t get served until half an hour.

We enjoyed a two-night stay in the tree house room at SASA Harmanlık Hotel. The room boasted ample space and offered breathtaking views. However, our experience with the hotel management was less than satisfactory. Here's a rundown of our experience at SASA: Prior to check-in: - Despite the agreement for payment upon arrival, an unauthorized attempt was made to charge my registered credit card beforehand. This occurred well in advance of the designated check-in time. During check-in: - When requesting to pay in Euro (€), we were informed that the hotel does not operate as an exchange office and were charged at a less favorable rate than the prevailing market rate. It's worth noting that while I don't expect the hotel to function as an exchange office, I do expect fair currency exchange practices. Throughout our stay: - On the second day, we returned to find our room uncleaned despite displaying a request for housekeeping. We chose not to report this due to our previous check-in experience. - The hot water supply was inadequate, fluctuating between hot and cold after the first 10 minutes. This made it challenging for two people to shower comfortably. Check-out: - Surprisingly, the smoothest part of our stay was the check-out process, simply because it marked the end of our stay. - We were meant to be charged for cappuccino we grabbed at the breakfast, since they didn’t have any change, it was on the house. Thanks for it. On the bright side: - The highlight of our stay was the delicious and varied breakfast offered. Although room service was available, we opted to dine in the restaurant due to the cold weather.

So bad experience and the waitress and waiters were so rude they didn’t speak English and they replied in Turkish. I asked them many times to bring forks and spoons and they ignored us and after many times she got them while shouting in their language!! One more bad thing about them , they said I should order for two person the breakfast menu while there were alot of choices we don’t eat so wasting of food in the garbage!! I wad so bad and I would recommend it to any one
