Just back home from a wonderful week at Ephesia and missing it already! 6 of us went, 3 adults, 3 children aged 15, 10 & 6 years. So many positives to write about, just a couple of things that weren't so positive so I'll get them out of the way first. Dining hall ... Always really busy and very hot. I have to say the resort of this hotel is great, spacious, the pools are great with plenty of activities for children. We had family room in the older part which was a bit outdated but clean and big enough for family of 4, only thing is there is s street with private houses very close and it can be noisy, obviously that is not the hotel fault. Nice little resort overall but does show signs of ware and tare in places. Staff are mainly young adults but are friendly enough. Restaurant was the usual foods you find in these types of Turkish resorts and was ok. This was supposed to be a 5 star hotel resort but it isnt, this is more like a 4 star tops and thats pushing it. Rooms very average to be honest, wernt clean until we had to ask. Great place for those who hate big, 6 floor hotels and appreciates great service, hospitality and amazing food. You will feel great here and the crew will make sure nothing is missing with a smile and willingness to help! The hotel and facilities are amazing ! The staff really care about the wellbeing of all their guest & their customer service was excellent. A pretty amazing hotel for the price! I loved the decor and the fact they had a spa area in the basement which offered hot stone massages, Turkish baths, a sauna and indoor pool. The indoor pool was very cold but I enjoyed everything else. Outdoor pool was nice but sunshine coverage for sunbathing wasn't long enough! I loved the garden and my room was exceptionally clean and well presented.

We have spent one week at this hotel in May this year. Hotel is exceptionally clean. Food was good. Very nice staff at the reception desk and in the bar where we were served with delicious drinks and tea. We had a beautiful view of the sea from our room. Water pressure is a bit of a problem. The staff barely speaks English. Besides that, the rooms are clean, the food is decent, but not "wow". The spa is also really nice and with very kind personel. The location of the Hotel is great: really close to the sea and to nearby shopping bazars.

The staff is nice but their english, including in the lobby, is below average for a resort. The english of the animation team is probably the best, but it'd be nice to have people in the lobby, restaurant and bars that speak something besides turkish. The rooms are not great. The cheap rooms have the balcony across a massive building with AC units, so no light or rest. Could have left out the balcony...

Up on my arrival I was greeted by a stuff member at the entrance, helped me with my luggage. I checked in and was helped into my room. There is plenty to do at the hotel. Very nice staff, beautifull environent with a lot of activities to do. We enjoyed our stay and encourage others to try this resort. Don't expect big parties but the night shows are worth watching. One negative is the wasps, especially by the snack bar at the main pool and trying to get a table inside when at the main restaurant (especially for lunch).

Lovely really well equipped apartment and food quality and choice overall was great. Very clean too. It is a remote location though so nowhere to walk to nearby. There's still the sunbed issue where you have to be up and out at 7am to get one but with a lack of any system there is no option. This is a small residential village, has everything to offer for families and their kids. Beautiful spacious apartment blocks fully arranged for maximum benefit and position, very well manicured gardens and facilities. 20min drive to Kusadasi down town main hussle and bussle! We stayed at this facility as a family for three weeks in August'2022. We can only recommend it from the heart. Very, very nice staff, so that we even closed them in our hearts and therefore plan to book there several times. They are also helpful. Rooms are cleaned regularly, thoroughly and carefully. We had a good time at the hotel where we stayed for 3 nights. It is possible to have fun, especially in the pool and slides.
