Second time visiting and definitely won't be our last we stayed for 3 weeks which we didn't relize the last week if our stay was turkeys school holiday and with it being predominantly a Turkish hotel it got extremely busy especially at meal times it was a pain but was still a very relaxing holiday and we've booked again for May 25. The staff are amazing and look forward too having our regular room 8321 thank you and see you all soon

We chose Duja hotel for our getaway from the work stress, it was the best, we enjoyed it alot, yoga classes were available twice a day and the instructor was amazing, it was snowing during our stay so it a was a romantic stay for our couple I would recommend.

This was my 2nd visit to duja bodrum the resort is stunning with amazing views we had a village room which was lovely. The Starbucks is amazing and iaas worked tirelessly all day. The pontoon down by the sea was our favourite place to be. Can definitely recommend the sebastian boat trip from the hotel which can be booked via the lovely gokhan or ati we were picked up and spent a lovely day on the boat and then dropped back it was very well organised. Compared to my first visit the service at this hotel has really slipped, trying to get a drink with your dinner is impossible and if you go to dinner early its like feeding time at the zoo and tables are not cleared quickly enough. The spa is amazing and we had hamam and massage for a very good price. Getting into bodrum is easy you can get the dolmus from the main gate is cheap and takes about 10 mins. The hotel always felt safe which is important for females travelling together and when re entering we always had to show our room cards to security. To sum up the resort is beautiful and has some really good parts but the poor service really lets it down! If your expecting 5* you may be disappointed.

pool activities were fun, room was good and clean, food was decent , great view with balcony bar staff were nice , night time entertainment was good for end of season with dj, live music and quizzes , beach area is good with private cabanas and water sports , would come back !!!

The hotel is nice and overall we had a good time. PROS We booked the pavilion which was great. You get drinks, ice cream, lunch from the snack bar and a fruit platter all brought to you. The Starbucks is good and the man working there works very hard and was one of the only friendly staff members. Great views, pools, beach is nice. Hotels room was basic but nice. Good facilities and clean. Good aircon in room. Mini bar restocked every day. CONS Service in the restaurant is non-existent. We almost felt like staff went out of their way to avoid us and serve everyone else around us while purposely ignoring us. We had to hunt for cutlery and never got drinks brought to our table while everyone else did. The food is most repetitive out of all the all inclusive we have been to. It was really uninspiring. The snack bars were good but we again struggled to get service. The staff are not very friendly. A lot of them actually seem like they are sad. Perhaps overworked as they seemed to be working all hours. We were asked if we agreed to having pest control treatment carried out on our room. We thought this was a bit strange. When we checked in we were told we had to book the A La Carte meals at each respective restaurant between 8am and 10am. Turns out you can book it via WhatsApp. Obviously is books up quickly as whenever we tried we couldn’t get a table at any of the restaurants, so we missed out. Overall we had a good stay and none of the cons were enough to ruin our holiday, but definitely some room for improvement here and not 5*, especially on the service front.

this hotel is one the best we stayed in turkey really nice room branded drinks in fridge room cleaned every day lady cleaner all way had a smile the entertainment team are great work very hard the darts during the day was great fun the evening bands was great the lady singer was fab the food was ok need just to cater a little more for the english guest at breakfast and tea time

What can I say about Duja Bodrum? Firstly I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff are unbelievable, the hotel itself is breathtakingly beautiful and spotlessly clean. The views here are to die for. The food is fantastic and the entertainment is great too. The staff here go miles above and beyond in every situation. This is our second time visiting and while being on holiday here, we have booked to come again in October 2025. While here, we have also enjoyed parasailing and have had the children’s photos taken by the very talented Tolga (he has the patience of a saint with the boys) We would like to say a very special thank you to Murat, Sinan, Birgül, Mehmet and to all of the other staff that have made our holiday so perfect sorry I can’t name you all! Can’t wait to be back next year ❤️

Text: Just got back from a fantastic family Holliday .2 kids ages 12,they loved it .We were very sceptical about booking after reading bad reviews.We had a room in the hotel with a sea view ,room was clean and big enough for us all.When we arrived you have beautiful view .Found our way around easily.On the first day we all had a Turkish bath which was really nice.We booked the boat trip with the man by the beach ,great value £120 doe all of us with food and was a great day out.We did the jet ski €100 for half an hr which both kids had 15 mins each .We loved the pool bar and the Starbucks guy azar was just the best ,we found all the staff really nice and they work really hard to accommodate you , when we went for dinner ,if it was busy and tables havnt been cleaned we still sat down and they were quick to clean them or you just ask and they do it .some People moan about this but u only have to ask .We didn’t use the ala carte as we found the food really nice I just walked around the stations where I didn’t require anything ,no need to wait on the.Again ask politely for cutlery and drinks and they will bring them.kids went to slides once as they were away from the main pool so didn’t go again ,they liked the amusement arcade.Loved the pool entertainment and joined in most days .Only watched a few shows at night .On the whole we loved our Holliday and found a week was not long enough..We didn’t go round looking for faults in this hotel.always saw a lady cleaning. and wiping rails down .lots of sun loungers and only went down early if wanted a specific spot by the pool ,we met some lovely people who were also english..We got the bus into Bodrum which was around £4.5o return .kids went free ,took around ten mins .We would definitely consider going back .Dont be put off by reviews .

We had so much fun and laughed. Herzegovina was perfect, cleanliness was very good. We were constantly asked if we needed anything. They are very good as a team. Sometimes it can be intense, but that much can be considered normal.
