Unfortunately for my four year old daughter, the pools aren't heated! It's no wonder the pools are pristine... no one is swimming!!! Piña colada tasted like pineapple juice and last nights lobster bisque was a lemon bisque. No chance of getting me back here! Here until Wednesday and wondering how I can entertain my daughter! Go to Dubai for service and children's water activities. Very disappointed

Things that I liked : Beautiful suite ( Set suite) with a private pool , Beautiful views , 25 minutes from airport by taxi which is good , 25 minutes to the down town and Marina area . safety lock available on the door leading to the pool.
Baby sitting was available any time , kids club is close to the pool where you can put your baby and stay close at the same time.They have a movie room which was nice , and a bedroom with small lovely beds .
Water Sports activity was nice , we've booked a trip to swim with the Dolphins , They take you to the place by a small boat , It was a lovely experience where you swim with the dolphin and they take tons of amazing pictures for you .
Photographers around the pool are very helpful they take beautiful spontaneous pictures of you , A little bit pricy but the memories worth it.
The spa experience was ok , we felt a little bit rushed but it was relaxing.

What I didn't like : No safety lock on the main door of the suite , my 2 year old can open the door and go out easily because even when you lock it it can be opened from the inside without unlocking and this was extremely uncomfortable.
A lot of misunderstanding when ordering by phone from the private dinning because of the lack of English.
Kids club facilities are very poor , Theres no toys inside , My 4 year old didn't want to stay at all because he didn't see toys .
I would highly recommend it for babies , they can rest and sleep and eat in there which is very convenient.
In room dining menu was kind of poor to me , I've never seen a kids menu that has no Fries or pizza or chicken nuggets on it , all they ate for 8 days was Spaghetti and burger! Couple of options only for breakfast for adults which was boring .
My husband lost his reading glasses and it took us 3 days between the reception and the pool management to find where it was, they kept saying we sent it to the reception and the reception say we didn't get it , who sent it ? well its not my problem who did , You need to have better communication with each other. Anyway 3 days after one of the employers at the pool brought it to us ! its very normal to lose things in a resort yet their way of dealing with it wasn't enough.
The O bag store is way overpriced .
